SyfteSyftet med uppatsen är att studera de idéer som ligger bakomInnovationsmaskinen, en modell som Innovation Stockholmanvänder sig av i rådgivningen för att förverkliga nya idéer. Vidarekommer jag att undersöka hur denna modell implementeras hos deinnovationsrådgivare som arbetar för Innovation Stockholm, ochvilka förutsättningar Innovationsmaskinen har att spridas.Teoretiskt perspektiv Grunden för uppsatsen lades genom att studera de kreativabegreppen som möjliga att systematisera. Därefter undersökte jagmed ett organisationsteoretiskt synsätt hur ett koncept uppnår statussom ett recept, och därefter hur ett sådant recept har möjlighet attspridas och översättas.MetodUppsatsen har en deduktiv ansats där kvalitativa metoder ansettslämpliga för att fylla uppsatsens syfte. Primärdata utgörs avintervjuer och är huvuddelen i empirin.SlutsatserInnovationsmaskinen innehåller många av de ?framgångskriterier?som finns för att uppnå status som ett framgångsrikt recept.Men det finns även luckor i konceptet som skapar konsekvenser förresten av ?maskinen?.

Att vara egenföretagare är en anställningsform som blir allt vanligare och genom att skapa en förståelse för varför denna anställningsform växer ökar även kunskapen om egenföretagarnas drivkraft och trivsel. Motivation har en nära koppling till arbetstillfredsställelse och är en viktig del i egenföretagarnas vardag.  Studiens syfte var att skapa en förståelse om vad som påverkar egenföretagarnas arbetstillfredsställelse och även att ta reda på betydelsefulla motivationsfaktorer. Denna kvalitativa undersökning är baserad på intervjuer av 15 egenföretagare. Resultatet visade att en god arbetsmiljö, utmaningar och självständighet har en positiv påverkan på arbetstillfredsställelsen medan en hög arbetsbelastning påverkade arbetstillfredsställelsen negativt. Variation och skapande i arbetet, erkännande och utveckling visade sig vara bland de starkaste motivationsfaktorerna för att egenföretagare skulle fortsätta driva sitt företag..

AbstractPurpose/Aim: My study aims to analyse, using Pierre Bourdieu´s theory, whether the social background plays a significant part in the attitudes and use of Apples mp3-player iPod. The study also aims to determine whether it is possible to group the focus groups used in my study and iPod into Bourdieu´s model.Material/Method: The reference material used in this paper is mainly gathered from books concerning Pierre Bourdieu´s theories. I have also had four focus groups of two different characters, to study their attitudes towards Apples mp3-player iPod. I have then applied the results of the focus groups to Bourdieu´s theories and models concerning habitus, social fields, capital and lifestyles, and studied whether there are any divergences in attitudes between the groups.Main results: My findings are that the focus groups as well as iPod can be put into Bourdieu´s model. According to the responses from the people in the focus groups, the attitude and usage of iPod do not mirror people?s social class or background, which goes against Bourdieu´s? theory.

This paper aims to examine how and to what extent, a transition of Sweden according to the principles of Omställning Sverige (Transition towns Sweden), have the potential to contribute to a society with increased happiness.The paper is based on a qualitative textual analysis of the key texts in the Swedish Transition towns movement, Omställning Sverige. In the first part of the study the most important transition principles of Omställning Sverige were identified. Four key principles emerged: An altered view of economics, a spiritual change, a stronger local community and increased awareness. These transition principles were then analyzed through the lens of the scientific fields position on happiness, followed by a summarizing conclusion.The altered view of economics which Omställning Sverige advocates, where sustainability and quality of life are priorities over economic growth, is even necessary to secure our basic physiological needs. Such an economy has also improved conditions for economic stability, high employment and higher efficiency in the sense of happiness promoted in relationship to how many natural resources are used.

Maciej Zarembas artikelserie ?Hem till skolan? rörde upp en stor skoldebatt när den publicerades under våren 2011. I denna studie undersöks vilka mediala bilder av lärare som återfinns i Zarembas uppmärksammade debattserie, samt vilka lärarbilder som återfinns i några av de blogginlägg, som kom som reaktioner på serien. Detta görs eftersom studien grundar sig på uppfattningen om att läraryrkets status konstrueras genom talet om lärare och läraryrket bland annat i media. Metoden för denna undersökning är en kritisk diskursanalys och de analysinstrument som används är att undersöka vilka lärarkategorier som konstrueras i texterna samt vilken professionalism och makt över att påverka sin egen arbetssituation de olika kategorierna tillskrivs.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of our study was to examine how four different organizations cooperate on rehabilitation of people to get them back to employment. More specifically our aim was to investigate how different organizations in a project, involving workrehabilitation, looks at cooperation. Our main questions were vague at the beginning of our study, but finally our focus became clear. The questions were formed with help from the research of Hjortsjö (2006) and Fridolf (2000): Which possibilities and hindrances identify the different organizations which cooperate? What does cooperation mean to the representatives from the different organizations which are included in KARB? Our result shows that the respondents mostly think positive of the project KARB.

The following paper looks into MaternityPaternity leave and how the parents make use of it. The underlying reasons for the paper, is a pattern of unequal division of leave between the mother and father.By using a qualitative in depth interview technique with couples that have children between 2 and 3 years old we have looked for reasons why the decisions, around the division of leave, have been taken, and what factors influence the outcome.We have found that great importance is attached to, how, the negotiations are carried out between the parents, although these negotiations are influenced by a series of circumstances where the families economic situation influenced by the employment market are important factors.The results from the empiric part of the study showed a link between the childs age and which parent stayed home. Furthermore, the results show the families place in relationship to the structure of society also plays an important part in the concluding division of leave..

Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka relevansen i tre olika teorier som förklarar hur Flow kan upplevas på en arbetsplats. Teorierna är skapade efter forskning från Csikzentmihaly, Hofstede samt Maslow. Undersökningen har skett på två olika arbetsplatser inom två olika yrkesgrenar för att finna om eventuella skillnader mellan dessa två arbetskontext kan påverka upplevelsen av Flow. Det ena företaget kategoriseras som en affärsmiljö och det andra företaget rubriceras som en kontorsmiljö. Tre hypoteser skapades som var för sig testade de tre teoriernas effekt på Flow.

I denna uppsats har jag analyserat Ryssland och Kaliningrads län. Detta har gjorts i förhållande till denEuropeiska Unionen och ett geopolitiskt perspektiv. Geopolitisk teori har tjänat som ett analytisktverktyg då det gäller att studera Kaliningrads förhållande till den centrala federativa makten i Moskva.Jag har önskat att studera Kaliningrads möjligheter och begränsningar för att få en s.k. ?särskild status? iRyssland.

The purpose of this study is to investigate ethnic discrimination in the recruitment process. National and international law protect individuals from ethnic discrimination by potential employers during the recruitment process.Despite the laws in place to protect human rights, minorities in society do not have the same opportunities in the labor market as the rest of the population. Minorities continue to have difficulties compared to Swedish nationals in the recruiting process. Highly educated immigrants seeking employment in Sweden continue to report being treated unfairly based on their ethnic background.Ethnic discrimination in the recruiting process is based on prejudice and stereotypes that affect decisions whether it is visible or hidden, intentional or unintentional.Under the law, it is not legal to base a decision on prejudices or stereotypes. Therefore, it is important for the employer to highlight the job requirements to ensure the recruitment process is ethical.

År 1855 klassificerades slotten i vindistriktet runt Bordeaux. Denna klassificering fick stort genomslag och används än idag. Klassificeringen har emellertid kritiserats för att ej representera den faktiska kvaliteten av dess innefattande viner. Trots det används den som ett facit över vinernas storhet.Detta arbete har undersökt samband mellan klassificeringen och vinernas kvalitet idag.Resultatet av litteraturstudien fann samband mellan bordeaux, pris och marknadsföring. Vidare redogörs för att begreppet kvalitet är svårdefinierat då flertalet aktörer tolkar kvalitet på skilda sätt.

In order to investigate if the KRAV-regulations have any effects on the health and welfare of calves, KRAV-affiliated farms were compared to conventional farms with respect to calf management and outcome. The dairy calf has had a low economical impact during history. Even today the value of the calf is low and a lot of calves have a poor health status. The calf breeding is built on tradition and on the fact, that cheap antibiotics have made it possible to ignore, the recommendations about good hygiene in the calf?s environment.

Förstoppning är ett allvarligt problem och kan drabba vem som helst men är särskilt förekommande hos personer som lider av vissa sjukdomstillstånd eller äter vissa läkemedel. Tillståndet påverkar patienten på flera nivåer, både fysiskt, mentalt, socialt och i vissa fall även existentiellt. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa hur sjuksköterskan på olika sätt kan ta hand om patienter med förstoppning, för att kunna ge dessa patienter en individuell omvårdnad. Resultatet bygger på fjorton artiklar som är utgivna mellan åren 1996-2005 och ska visa att en uppdelning av sjuksköterskans omvårdnadsarbete kan göras under tre huvudrubriker: Bemötande, Bedömning och dokumentation av patientens status samt Åtgärder vid förstoppningsproblematik. Sjuksköterskans bemötandet var betydelsefullt i dialogen med patienten.

Background: Insufficient nutritional support is associated with prolonged hospitalisation, impaired wound healing and impaired survival for patients in intensive care. In severe sepsis and septic chock, calculation of nutritional need is complicated since the metabolism is affected by decease. Aim: The aim of the study was to investigate nutritional support and to examine the quality of nursing documentation of nutritional status and nutritional support in patient records in severe sepsis and septic chock.  Method: The study was conducted as a retrospective investigation where 64 patient records were studied. The quality of documentation was examined in 10 patient records using an examinational model.Findings: Calculation of average nutritional support showed insufficient supply particularly in the two first days of intensive care. During the next five days nutritional supply was higher but individual variation was seen, why a clear picture of nutritional support is hard to detect.

Sweden has for years been struggling with high youth unemployment. The problem is also a hot topic of discussion among experts and politicians, often leading to different proposals to solve the problem. The government chose in 2006 to do something about youth unemployment by lowering payroll taxes for employees up to 25 years. But many experts and studies show that the effects failed to materialize.This study will try to find out if the government subsidies have given any effect on the youth unenployment either by new jobs created or by movement in the labor force. I will use a regression model with an dependent, "difference in difference" variable where the change in the number of employed young people are compared to the change in the number of employed in the subsequent age group.The results show that subsidies are not given any positive effect on the youth employment rate in relation to the subsequent age group..
