This paper is about employer?s obligation to establish plans for equality between the sexes and the practical use of these plans. The aim is to clarify what national and international law states about plans for equality between the sexes, and to examplify how plans for equality between the sexes is used in practice.For this paper juricprudential metod with a social science perspective is used. Current law has been examined, but this paper also contains an empirical part consisting of interviews with two individuals from a municipality and a private company, and an examination of the two organizations? plans for equality between the sexes.Employers with over 25 workers owe to establish a plan for equality between the sexes.
Personligt varumÀrke: En studie om hur studenter kan bli mer konkurrenskraftiga pÄ arbetsmarknaden
Nyutexaminerade studenter inom samma utbildning gÄr alla ut med samma teoretiska kunskap, men vad Àr det som gör att en student skiljer sig frÄn mÀngden och utmÀrker sig i ett hav av studenter med samma utbildning? Med denna frÄga i huvudet valdes Àmnet personal branding, eller personligt varumÀrkesbyggande, i syfte att fÄ bÀttre kunskap vad en student kan göra för att bli mer attraktiv pÄ arbetsmarknaden efter examen. Syftet med denna uppsats Àr att fÄ en bÀttre förstÄelse för hur en student kan utveckla det egna personliga varumÀrket för att bli mer konkurrenskraftig pÄ arbetsmarknaden. Studien Àr en fallstudie av kvalitativ karaktÀr dÀr vi genom intervjuer utfrÄgat tvÄ respondenter kunniga inom Àmnet men som ocksÄ innehar en god insyn för just studenters perspektiv.Slutsatsen av studien visar pÄ att med ett starkt personligt varumÀrke blir man som student mer konkurrenskraftig pÄ arbetsmarknaden och stÄr ut över sina konkurrenter vid sökande av jobb efter examen. Et annat fynd Àr att det krÀvs mÄnga egenskaper och finns mycket att ha Ätanke som student vid utvecklandet ett personligt varumÀrke som ska ses som starkt.
Food traceability system for Swedish origin food items : an assessment of the application ?vÄga frÄga - fÄ en bonde pÄ köpet? from a farmer perspective
In June 2013 a debate concerning the consumers? right to a label of origin on food packages was held in the Swedish parliament (www, Riksdagen, 2014). The debate was sparked by some food scandals where labelling was falsely used, claiming something that was not true ? the horse-meat scandal, frozen strawberries infected by Hepatitis A, pork sold as beef, etc. These cases were not only wrong in terms of food safety, but also fraudulent and threating consumers? right to fair origin labelling.

The need for labelling was added when the trade had expanded during Roman times in order for the customers to know who manufactured their craft. Background:Public health is a concern of many important areas of society and it`s important that Sweden works with the health of the individual through the eleven public health areas. Health isn`t longer only a objective but even a resource. That`s why the society works with the health of the individual through a salutogenic perspective, about what can preserve or enhance the health of the individual.Aim:The aim of this study is to find out what the staff at a nursing home has views of what health can bring, and also study how health affects their ability to work. Also to study the employee`s apprehension of the wellness reimbursement that employer offers them.Material and Method:A qualitative method was used to obtain results from eight interviews with health care workers in SkÄne. Interviews were transcribed and analyzed using content analysis.Results:For the interview person?s health means to feel good and be healthy.

Environmental management officers ? leadership and employeeship in local environmental health authorityThe purpose of this study was to illustrate the working situation of municipal environmental health management officers. This is a qualitative study where I have interviewed ten environmental officers in ten municipalities in Sweden. The interviews were based on a half structured interview guide with questions. I have interpreted the interviews through different leadership theories.
Analys av kvalitet i en webbpanel : Studie av webbpanelsmedlemmarna och deras svarsmönster
During 2012, the employer of this essay carried out a telephone survey with 18000 participants and a web panel survey with 708 participants. Those who partook in the telephone survey were given a choice to join the web panel. The purpose of this work is to study the participants of the telephone survey and see if they reflect the Swedish population with regards to several socio-demographic factors. Also, we intend to investigate if the propensity to join the web panel differs for participants of the telephone survey with regards to various socio-demographic affiliations. It is also of interest to study if the response pattern is different for participants of the telephone survey that would like to join the web panel and those who reject.

Title: Artists? identity and image ? a brand perspective The purpose of this study has been to create an understanding of how artists in the music business can be seen as brands and to see what stands out when having this approach. During the study we have focused on the two terms identity and image. We find this issue interesting and relevant since branding has been widely discussed in business economy, but not enough when it comes to artists in the music business. To answer our research question we have targeted three aims for this essay, which is to clarify and analyze:? Identity and image when people are viewed as brands? What specifically characterizes the image of the artists when they are seen as brands and what it might mean that artists are considered as brands? How artists identity and image can be highlighted, shaped, influenced and how it can changeIn this study we have used a qualitative approach to get the topic in depth and gain a greater understanding for the subject.
Kulturskapare eller serviceorgan? : en studie över folkbibliotekets uppdrag i samhÀllet idag
The subject of this thesis is to ascertain the task of the public library in Swedish society today according to the employer, that is the State and the municipalities, and according to the public library itself. The thesis also tries to establish as to what extent these different actors share the same view of the task. To this purpose I have studied the library law, the target reports of municipal authorities and public libraries, and made interviews with public library representatives during the autumn of 2001. The particular consideration of this paper is whether the task is being described in active, culture making terms or in passive, service functionary terms. Initially, I describe the task according to the library law.

At the same time Sören Ăman was appointed head of acommission whose obligation was to investigate the initiation of compulsory unemploymentinsurance. In May 2008 Ăman delivered a separate report describing how the initiation of theinsurance should be dealt with.

Abstract The subject of this thesis is the priority rules that apply in connection with mining activity. Already back in the 1800s, there were rules in the so-called Lego Charter concerning protection of workers, mainly servants. When the first modern trade union was founded in the 1870s, also developed a collective agreement. These agreements were the order of priority clauses had to intend to ensure employees' working lives. Exceptions had to be done by ensuring that individual employees' dependents. In 1974 the Act on employment entry and had intended to protect older workers.

För att skapa ett starkt varumÀrke pÄ en marknad krÀvs vÀlplanerade, strategiska och originella reklamkampanjer samt en stark och enhetlig visuell identitet. Med hjÀlp av fördjupningen sÄ har en kunskapsgrund lagts inom Àmnet grafisk profilering och det praktiska arbetet har förenklats mycket.Den praktiska delen innehÄller framtagning av en grafisk profil med tillhörande manual till House of Sweden, Sveriges nya ambassad, Event Center och lÀgenhetsbyggnad i Washington D.C., USA.

Omsorgspersonalens tankar och arbetssÀtt kring sexualitet : En kvalitativ studie pÄ grupp- och serviceboenden för personer med intellektuell funktionsnedsÀttning
The aim of this study was to acquire a greater understanding and knowledge about how care staff at houses with special services for people with intellectual disabilities think and work (handle situations) regarding sexuality. To achieve our goal we carried out nine semi structured interviews using an interview guide. These interviews took place in two different communities in southern Sweden. The theoretical perspectives that were used to analyze the result were Sense of Coherence, Scope of action and Normalization. The result showed that the staff considered sexuality a part of their work and a natural subject to talk about.
