Lärande organisation ur ett medarbetarperspektiv : En kvalitativ studie om medarbetarnas uppfattningar om det gemensamma lärandet på en förskoleenhet
The purpose of this essay is to develop knowledge about how learning among employees is perceived to occur practically in a pre-school unit seen as a learning organization. From an employee perspective the intention was to gain an understanding of how they perceive the organization regarding employee learning in the workplace when it comes to in which contexts and what conditions that enable collaborative learning. Because learning organization is mostly a vision from a management perspective thereby it should in this case mostly be viewed as the context in which the employees work in.The essay is based on a qualitative research approach with eight semi-structured interviews. It was based on hermeneutics as method of analysis with the intention to gain an understanding of the employees' subjective perception. It is a case study on a selected pre-school unit in Stockholm.

The purpose of this case study was to examine consequences of a limited social citizenship among young adults in the refugee camp of DeHeishe in Palestine. In order to receive a profounder understanding of conditions and structures that affects young adult?s experiences of social citizenship, status in the community and practices a case study was carried out during April 2013.The data has been collected by triangulation, conducted through nine interviews, 52 survey forms and several observations in DeHeishe camp. The data was analyzed through the theoretical approach of social citizenship, intersectionality and the concept of ?empower-ment?.

This paper is supposed to get an answer to how teenagers in a municipality in Kalmar Län in Sweden think about their individual role in a community. The essay is a comparative investigation at how age can affect teenagers's view at the community, based on contractualistic approach. The background issue clarifies the objectives and guidelines how the schools should work with the social norms and values. The method for this studie is a quantitative survey in which students in two different classes are compared. The method for comparing takes place using the theoretical position, which is based on the individual's social maturity in the Swedish society.
Konsten att skapa mening : En studie om kreativitetens och skapandets möjligheter för socialpedagogiska målgrupper
Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ studie med en hermeneutisk och fenomenologisk utgångspunkt. Vi har använt oss av halvstrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer då vi samlat in data. Grunden för studiens teoretiska ram utgår ifrån Mays och Marcuses förklaringar av kreativiteten och skapandet som en allmänmänsklig, meningsskapande och transcendent praktik. Vi har intervjuat personal på tre olika, icke behandlande, institutioner för vuxna. Institutionerna vänder sig till våldsutsatta kvinnor, bostadslösa kvinnor och vuxna människor med psykisk ohälsa.
Offentlig klagomålshantering : En utveckling av befintliga strategier med hänsyn tagen till tre aktörer
Service recovery innebär företags försök att uppväga kunders negativa reaktioner på ett misslyckande vid leverans av en tjänst. Det här är ett relativt välutforskat ämne, men fokus är nästan uteslutande på kunden och hur den ska hanteras. Kundperspektivet är dock bara en av tre delar som ingår i service recovery. Förutom att göra kunderna nöjda, behöver företag arbeta aktivt med att förbättra processerna samt ge medarbetarna rätt förutsättningar för att hantera misslyckanden och därefter återhämta sig. Det sistnämnda, kallat employee recovery, upplever vi ha blivit bortprioriterat och nonchalerat i en majoritet av tidigare forskning inom service recovery.
Empowerment i multisystemisk terapi- en kvalitativ studie av MST teamet i Halmstad
The study was performed based on a qualitative method using a hermeneutical approach used to interpret the semi-structured interviews. The study aimed to investigate the Multisystemic therapy (MST) team in Halmstad municipality perceptions on the treatment method multisystemic therapy for youths from the ages of 12-18 years old.The questions were: Does the MST therapists experience that the MST is a method that leads to an improved situation for young people who receive the method? What do the MST therapists describe as opportunities and obstacles in the work with the method?The study builds on previous research on MST and empowerment based on MST. The study shows three therapists and an MST leader's experiences of the treatment and how it is aimed at influencing the parents and the youth for a change. From therapists statements it highlights how the MST method is designed for the young people?s motivation to change by means of the internal and external networks.
Socialtjänstlagen i mötet : Socialarbetarens möjligheter för att stärka individens egna resurser
The purpose of this study was to examine the resources and barriers that social workers have incorporating the Social Service Act states during meetings with clients, using and developing the client's skills and knowledge, develop their own resources and to promote the use of self-determination. A qualitative study was done by interviewing six social workers working within the in social service?s department for family and individual welfare. Social workers were encouraged to describe and discuss the key aspects of cases that developed positively respectively negatively. Motivation theory, evidence-based practice, empowerment, and expert-expert relationship are the theories and concepts that we used to analyze the material.The study's main conclusion is that the most important prerequisite for positive development of cases is that the social worker emphasizes and stimulates the client's own resources during meetings.
Att vara en räckande hand : Personliga assistenters förhållande till den andres självbestämmanderätt
The purpose with our essay was:- To study how personal assistants understand their occupation role.- To describe the attitude of personal assistants to the right of self-determination of their care receivers. We have used a qualitative research method called phenomenografic. The empirical material was based on four interviews that served as the data collection methods. The interviewees were four women from two different municipalities of Middle Sweden. The interviewed personal assistants work with adult people who have mental disabilities. As a result we came up with eight categories which showed that personal assistants, despite some difficulties, perceive their careers as crucial for society?s well being. The phenomenon of self-determination was much easier to describe than to put to practice.
En fika på vägen till ett (mer) självständigt liv? - empowermentprocesser på ett aktivitetshus
Studien är en kvalitativ fallstudie kring brukarinflytande och empowerment på aktivitetshuset Gunnareds gård. Syftet har varit att undersöka hur empowermentliknande metoder tillämpas och hur empowermentarbetet upplevs av deltagare och personal. För att få undersöka detta har vi haft följande frågeställningar? Vilka metoder används vid tillämpningen av empowerment? -Hur tillämpas dessa metoder i verksamheten? ? Kan deltagarna påverka verksamheten? -Hur/Varför inte?? Hur beskriver personalen de begrepp de arbetar med?? Hur upplevs arbetet med inflytande och empowerment?ResultatArbetet med brukarinflytande på Gunnareds gård sker främst genom verksamhetens möten och arbetsgrupper. Ett av de resultat som kom fram i vår studie är hur deltagare och personals uppfattning av möten delvis skiljer sig åt.
Hur kan socialsekreteraren hjälpa? : En kvalitativ studie om socialsekreterare inom ekonomiskt bistånd och deras upplevelser om vad som påverkar möjligheten att stödja klienten mot en egen försörjning
Uppsatsens syfte var att undersöka hur socialsekreterare som arbetar inom ekonomiskt biståndupplever sina möjligheter att stödja klientens situation mot en egen försörjning. Dettagenomfördes med kvalitativ metod i form av enskilda intervjuer med sex socialsekreterareverksamma inom ekonomiskt bistånd. Empirin analyserades utifrån innehållsanalys ochresultatet analyseras sedan med känsla av sammanhang (KASAM) och empowerment.Undersökningen visade på att socialsekreterarna upplever sitt arbete som meningsfullt trots attdet är hög arbetsbelastning. De anser att de har en god relation till de flesta av sina klienter,men att de också möter motstånd från klienterna. De upplever att de kan stödja klienterna moten egen försörjning förutsatt att klienterna själva är motiverade till att göra det största jobbet.En fungerande samverkan med andra instanser framhölls som betydelsefull för att arbetet medoch kring klienterna skulle vara som mest gynnsamt.

AbstractIn this study, then collaboration agreement impact of the work on 11 and 19 § § MBL are studied. The employer and collective agreements bearing employee union are often involved in collaborative agreements to facilitate cooperation between them. Issues addressed to collaboration areoften questions related to employee participation. The purpose of this study is to investigate two local employers and related collective bearing employee unionsview of the cooperation agreement related to the MBL. The purpose leads to these questions:?How can co-operation agreements affect 11 and 19 § § MBL??What are theadvantages and disadvantages cooperation agreementscan lead to, regardingemployer disclosure and negotiation duty?To try to sort out these issues are interviews conducted to create a greater understanding of the work of the Cooperation Agreement between organizations and how it affects them.Results of the study suggest that collaboration agreement leads to simplifications in the work of the employer's information and bargaining duty.

This is not only a way for organizations to get healthier and more efficient employees, but also a way to regulate the employee?s identity by getting them to identify with the organization. This bachelor essay studies how health promotion can be used as a management strategy. This is done by interviews and by performed observations at the recruitment company, Adecco, in the Stockholm region.
Intern marknadsföring inom hotellbranschen: en fallstudie av två hotell
The purpose of this thesis was to illustrate the use of internal marketing in the hotel industry. It was decided to conduct a case study on two hotels in the same region, Quality Hotell Statt and Pite Havsbad. The case study is based on personal interviews with the managers of each hotel, who have the ultimate responsibility of the internal marketing work. The research questions were based on why the hotel industry work with internal marketing and how the hotel industry work with internal marketing. The study showed that the hotel industry work with internal marketing on daily basis to get low employee turnover rates, increased employee job satisfaction and high quality services.
Stärka för styrka. Ökad KASAM genom empowerment?
Begreppet KASAM- Känsla av sammanhang, utvecklades av Antonovsky. En hög KASAM ger en bättre förutsättning att möta livets utmaningar och se dem ur ett meningsfullt, begripligt och hanterbart perspektiv. Empowerment är inom omvårdnad ett förhållningssätt som syftar till att stärka individens förutsättning att påverka den egna situationen. För sjuksköterskan sker detta ofta genom information och undervisning. Uppsatsens syfte är att klargöra hur patientens situation påverkas utifrån KASAM´s tre beståndsdelar, samt hur sjuksköterskan genom empowerment kan stärka dessa komponenter.Metoden utgörs av en litteraturstudie där 15 artiklar granskats utifrån denna studies syfte och frågeställning, med en deduktiv ansats.
Välkommen till familjen! : En studie om effekten av en stark företagskulturs påverkan på medarbetarnas identitet
The purpose of this study is to examine in what way a strong corporate culture can have an effect on the ways that individuals perceive their own identity based on different social aspects, thereby meaning the influence of personalities in relation to the environment. In this essay I have used the theory of employer branding in an analysis of the corporate culture at Ikea Barkarby, with the purpose to answer the following questions: How does the relation between the employee and the corporate culture appear from an identity perspective, i.e can an individual?s identity be affected by the influence of a strong corporate culture? If the corporate culture has an influence on the individual?s identity, what rhetorical tools are part of this? How can the surrounding corporate cultures possibly influence the employee?s process of becoming a part of the corporate culture? The method of research that was used in this study is a framing analysis and a semistructured interview method. In the discussion of the influence of social environment on identity I have used the rhetorical term doxa. The material that was examined was an advertisement for employment from the Ikea Barkarby website as well as the response from my interviews of some of the employees.The result of the analysis shows that it is possible for an individual to negotiate with himself about his identity in relation to the actual situation and environment, meaning a possible transformation of the individual?s behavior in different social contexts, in this example the corporate culture at work.
