Syfte: Urininkontinens är ett folkhälsoproblem som berör åtminstone 500 000 svenskar.  Studiens syfte var att kartlägga sjukgymnastisk behandling med bäckenbottenträning, vid urininkontinens hos kvinnor, på primärvårdsnivå i Uppsala län. Metod: Studien hade en kvantitativ och deskriptiv design. Data samlades in via en webbenkät som skickades till alla sjukgymnaster på primärvårdsnivå i Uppsala, både offentligt anställda och privata sjukgymnaster med landstingsavtal. Resultat: 96 sjukgymnaster tillfrågades om deltagande i studien varav 65 besvarade enkäten (68 %). Drygt hälften av respondenterna behandlade med bäckenbottenträning. Antalet patienter som behandlades var lågt. Det var få patienter som remitterades från andra vårdgivare.

The purpose of this Bachelors thesis is to investigate teachers' work and attitude to life in relation to the curriculum. Furthermore, how teachers look at students' emotional/social development in their general development. The thesis also reviews the criticism from The Swedish School of Authority on various programs primarily SET (social and emotional training)Three qualitative interviews and four observations at three different schools with teachers have been conducted. Using theories of social constructivism, deliberative conversation and social and emotional skills, the intention is to interpret the gathered material.The results show that the teachers see knowledge of life in school as important in the foundation of students´ emotional/social development. One teacher follows the SET program and two teachers? took inspiration from various other programs and ideas.

ProblemThe manufacturing industry is a mature industry where the profit margins are small and the competition is hard. This makes it hard for both manufacturers and resellers to gain market shares and reach reasonable profit margins only by selling products. Therefore Swecon who is reseller for Volvo Construction Equipment tries to find alternative methods and ways to increase their profit. An alternative source of income could be to develop the range of services that are connected to the ground products.PurposeThe purpose of the thesis is to examine how Swecon in southern Sweden can improve their offers of existing services connected to the ground product and investigate the demand of new such services.MethodThis study is based on a qualitative study of five of Swecons local offices and five of Swecons customers. The empirical framework is mostly based on personal interviews but in some cases information was retrieved by using phone interviews.

The aim of the study has been to explore what participation and hope means for persons with disabilities living in an institution called Horizon House, in Stellenbosch South Africa. The aim has also been to discover the South African approach to disability and how Horizon House fits into this approach. Horizon House is an institution and a protective workplace in Stellenbosch for adults whose main impairment is of an intellectual nature but there are also physical and emotional disabilities. Another aim has been to explore the perspectives of the residents. The research questions of the study are: ? What does participation imply for the residents of Horizon House?? What does Hope represent for the residents of Horizon House?? What importance can hope have for people with disabilities, in their approach towards increased participation? We travelled to South Africa during a two week period in March 2009, where we participated at the protective workplace of Horizon House.

Syftet med litteraturöversikten var att utforska hur andningsmuskelträning har studerats hos vuxna personer med KOL, stadium 1-4, avseende använda effektmått, teoretiskt perspektiv och metodologi. Detta för att få en ökad förståelse för hur andningsmuskelträning kan användas i det kliniska arbetet, samt att vid framtida forskning kunna genomföra studier av god metodologiska kvalitet som kan ge generaliserbara resultat och ökad säkerhet kring behandlingens användningsområden.Metod: Litteraturöversikten inkluderade studier som var publicerade efter att litteratursökningen till Cochrane-rapporten ?Breathing exercises för chronic obstructive pulmonary disease? stängdes (april 2012). Elva studier inkluderades från databaserna PubMed, Cinahl, Pedro, AMED, SweMed+ och PSYCInfo med sökorden: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, breathing exercises och respiratory muscle training.Resultat: Studierna visar att andningsmuskelträning i kombination med fysisk aktivitet har ett positivt värde för personer med KOL. Detta med avseende på funktionell fysisk kapacitet, lungfunktion, hälsorelaterad livskvalitet, samt minskning av antalet exacerbationer.

Fysisk aktivitet har positiv effekt på den självskattade hälsan, där motivationsgraden har stor betydelse till att utöva fysisk aktivitet. Syftet med föreliggande uppsats är att studera hur fysiskt aktiva personer skattar sin hälsa. Vidare undersöks sambandet mellan skattad hälsa och motivation samt skattad hälsa och antalet träningstillfällen. Dessutom undersöks sambandet mellan skattad hälsa och hinder till träning samt känsla inför, under och efter träningspass. En enkätundersökning genomfördes på ett gym i västra Sverige och totalt besvarade 244 fysisk aktiva individer enkäten.

This essay examines the expected impact of the statury audit exemption in Sweden from anauditor perspective and any conscious changes made on the accounting firms to meet the abolition.The theoretical framework is divided into three parts where the first deals with the concept of audit, who the stakeholders are to revised information, the auditor's function from an agent and positive accountingtheoretical perspective and the expectation gap of what an auditor cando and what the client expect audit to be. The second part deals with the audit exemptions and effects in Denmark and England. The last section addresses the current debate, studies and statements by FAR SRS, small businesses, banks and the tax authority.The essay is essentially inductive with a phenomenological operator perspective. The thesis has a qualitative approach with four respondents who are authorized or approved as an auditor with extensive experience, active on four different accounting firms. I have chosen in my study, to do a comparison between pupils´ expectations of the future, how they would meet adult life or working life after their education. These pupils are ending their programmes during this term. One program is Business and Administration Programme and the other programme is Qualified Vocational Education in Business, which is a post-secondary education and training programme. This investigation is done in Haninge municipality.The purpose of this study has been to investigate if these students´ expectations differ between each other, compared with factors such as age, sex, ethnical origin and different study programmes. Further it has been interested to see how teachers and future employer meet these pupils´ expectations in education or in their planning working life.There have been two other important questions to investigate in this study.

Horses are made to eat mainly roughage and it is essential for optimal health to offer them an appropriate amount of roughage with good hygienic and nutritional qualities. To produce good hay at the right time and be able to keep the hygienic quality until next summer is a problem. This has the effect that horse owners today choose haylage and silage to a larger extent. Science in this area is scarce, i.e. if the change from hay to silage has any effect on the horse.

The purpose of this study has been to look into and analyze the view on sex equality in textbooks and teaching media, and teaching of a group of upper secondary school teachers, through a gender perspective. The teachers teach subjects within social- and political science. The two questions that I wanted to answer are: What views do the teachers have on sex equality in their teaching? What views do the teachers have on sex equality in the teaching media (textbooks and other teacher media) which they have access to? Since I wanted to look into the teachers own views I chose unstructured interviews as the method of gather empirical information. To interpret the transcribed texts I chose the hermeneutic view of people as intentional.

This leads to unforeseen consequences for the director, as the actor no longer wishes to take part in the marketing of the film prior to its opening night. Balans- och styrketräning för nedre extremiteterna kan avsevärt minska förekomsten av fallhändelser. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att klargöra vilka metoder som används för personer i åldersgruppen 65 år och äldre med avsikten att förbättra balans, benmuskelstyrka, gång- och förflyttningsförmåga och därmed minska risken för fall. Metod: Litteratursökning utfördes i de medicinska databaserna PubMed, CINAHL och Proquest.

The tsunami in Thailand in 2004, 9/11 and hurricane Katrina in New Orleans 2005 are all reminders that no organization is immune to crises, which also means that all organizations should be prepared and know how to handle a crisis if one was to occur. A case study has been conducted, on a crisis regarding a fire that occurred on the 31st of July 2014 in Västmanland, Sweden. Through Qualitative interviews empirical data was gathered and then analyzed together with our theories and previous research. The purpose of the study is to analyze how the municipalities affected and the County Administrative Board of Sweden handled and communicated with/to the public during the fire that spread in Västmanland 2014. Our study shows that a risk analysis and analysis of surroundings is crucial in anticipating a crisis event and that it is essential for organizations to undergo training to prepare organization members on how to handle a crisis. Another conclusion is that the need for information is large during a crisis event and grows throughout the entire course of the crisis. The crisis that we studied had a lack of information, but at the same time the public?s need for information is a need that can?t be satisfied during a crisis.
