IT-system utvecklas idag ofta i globalt distribuerade organisationer. Detta görs för att möta de krav som ställs från omgivningen samt för att finna specialkompetens. En global organisation kan medföra distribuerat arbete, alltså att utvecklingsgrupper sprids över flera platser. Ett problem med detta kan vara att få alla delar av verksamheten att arbeta mot ett gemensamt mål. Koordination ? att hantera beroenden mellan element i komplexa organisationer för att möjliggöra effektivt arbete mot ett gemensamt mål ? blir då en viktig aktivitet.

This thesis concerns an energy audit of a food industry. The company's business consists of boiling and peeling shrimps, and producing mayonnaise-based salads. This type of work involves energy-intensive processes, such as steam generation, compression of air and refrigeration of large spaces. These needs are supplied with electricity. Furthermore, the industry is a major consumer of district heating, particularly for heating the supply air in the ventilation system.

Ambulanssjukvården i Sverige har de senaste 20 åren utvecklats från att vara en transportorganisation och köra in sjuka och skadade patienter till sjukhus, till att ambulanspersonalen utför kvalificerade medicinska bedömningar och behandlingar prehospitalt. Inom Svensk ambulanssjukvård används ett beslutstöd Rapid Emergency Triage and Treatment System (RETTS). Nya arbetssätt behöver skapas för att den prehospitala sjukvårdens kapacitet används optimalt till bedömningen av patientens kontaktorsak till rätt vårdnivå. Syftet med studien var att kartlägga ambulanssjuksköterskans grad av följsamhet till att följa riktlinjer för att utföra ambulant bedömning. Metoden var kvantitativ, prospektiv journalgranskning med datainsamling under fyra månader vilket inkluderade 100 patientjournaler. Materialet beskrevs kvantitativt med beskrivande statistik och bearbetats i statistikprogrammet SPSS.

The concept of building work environment co- ordinator is a relatively new concept that has its origin in the amendment to the Working Environment Act which came into force on 1 January 2009. Once these disciplines complement one another, you can achieve a smooth handover to ensure a good and healthy working environment.In this thesis, we study a company in Uppsala and their operations and handover by interviewing the relevant staff in question. The result shows that there are currently no present guidelines for how and when the handover should take place, it is up to each individual to provide themselves with the relevant information.If the handover of the work environment would occur to the extent it should it would lead to minimized proportions of unforeseen risks and events that may occur during the production phase, which ultimately leads to a better and healthier working environment..

Data har insamlats genom semistrukturerade intervjuer och har analyserats med hja?lp av kvalitativa inneha?llsanalys som Granheim och Lundman beskriver den.Resultat: Utgo?rs av tre huvudkategorier; Patienten i fokus fo?r bedo?mningen, Omgivningens roll samt Va?rdarens tillva?gaga?ngssa?ttDiskussion: Resultatet har diskuterats utifra?n andra studerade arbetssa?tt och tankeprocesser bakom en bedo?mning.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa intervjustudie var att belysa vad sjuksköterskor på ambulansen respektive akutmottagningen ansåg vara viktig information till patienter med akuta bröstsmärtor samt vad som var viktigt att tänka på vid informering av dem. Tio intervjuer med sjuksköterskor utfördes, fem på ambulansen samt fem på akutmottagningen. Resultatet har delats upp utifrån de olika arbetsplatserna. Resultatet visade att det fanns stora likheter i hur sjuksköterskorna svarade på frågorna som ställts. Det som ansågs viktigt att ge information om var vad som skedde och varför, det var även viktigt att informera om läkemedel och dess biverkningar och att med den information de gav, lugna patienterna.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how much influence children perceive and feel that they have in terms of after-school activities and offerings. I have also tried to find out how much influence the children in the selected after-schools feel they have. This is to highlight how children themselves perceive their influence and if the children are aware of their rights in terms of participation and influence. The study also wants to highlight the forums and the ways in which children feel that they are heard. The study used questionnaires and group interviews were made of 15 children aged 8-9 years from two after-schools, located in two different schools in the same municipality.

The Russian operation on the Crimean peninsula has been referred to as a victory enabled by the operationalization of the concept of New Generation Warfare. According to some military theorists, this concept and its operationalization cannot be characterized in terms of the traditional wars waged up to this point. It is, however, also argued that this new generation of warfare is primarily a new approach to strategy, a new way of applying traditional methods to achieve political goals. The purpose of this study is to discern whether Russia employed strategic deception in its operation in Crimea and if this is the case; what methods and principles were used and if these can be explained using a traditional view of deception. Background: In studies about Romani people?s health, it becomes clear that the Romani inseveral countries have a poor health and avoid seeking health care.Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore Romani men's experiences of treatmentin the Swedish health care.Method: A qualitative interview study was conducted with respondents about theirexperiences in individual interviews. Seven male Romanis were elected with a purposefulsample. A content analysis by systematic text condensation on the data obtained was made asdescribed by Granheim & Lundman (2004).Results: The summed up impressions of the responses was perceived to be good, however,many men believe that the information is inadequate. Staff at the emergency department inUppsala should listen more to patients.

The aim of the study is to investigate how social workers relate to the self-determination in cases that involve people who have dementia. To investigate this we have chosen to build a qualitative study. The study is based on four interviews with social workers in elderly care in Sweden. To analyze our material we chose the concept autonomy, and legal texts from the Social Services Act (SFS 2001: 453) and Parental code (SFS 1949: 381). Our results show that social workers are often forced to deviate from the law and guidelines to ensure the best for the person with dementia.

In 1975 the Indian president Indira Gandhi proclaimed the emergency period which would go on until 1977. Under this time approximately 8 million men and women were sterilized in the name of family planning. Many of them did not volunteer. This was not just an Indian con- cern because the family planning program was largely funded by international aid. The Swe- dish involvement in the program was debated 1977?1980, in what has been called ?SIDA?s Watergate?.

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva hur överrapporteringen fungerar mellan ambulanssjuksköterskor i Uppsala län och sjuksköterskor på akutmottagningen på Akademiska sjukhuset i Uppsala från mottagande sjuksköterskors perspektiv. Metod: Empirisk deskriptiv tvärsnittsstudie med kvantitativ ansats. 60 enkäter delades ut varav 33 besvarades. Det gav en svarsfrekvens på 55 %. Resultat: Sjuksköterskorna på akutmottagningen har delade meningar kring hur överrapporteringen fungerar med ambulanssjuksköterskorna.

Could it be that a top rank is detrimental to an entire country's efforts to fight corruption?This bachelor thesis in political science is about Swedish corruption. In essence, so questioning the Transparency International's indexed rankings that placed Sweden in third place. Issues concern since if the third placement has created nonchalance and a careless mentality in Swedish government and in particular in the municipal operations. Research results show that Transparency International's rankings have low validity and low reliability and that the government is not acting sufficiently to prevent and fight corruption.
