IntroduktionDet är föga dokumenterat hur barnsjuksköterskor upplever att arbeta med att främja anknytningmellan föräldrar och barn inom ramen för neonatal hemsjukvård.SyfteSyftet med denna studie är att undersöka barnsjuksköterskans upplevelse av att främjaanknytningsprocessen mellan barn och föräldrar inom neonatal hemsjukvård.MetodKvalitativ intervjustudie med Fenomenologisk hermeneutisk ansats.ResultatI resultatet framkommer fem huvudteman vilka är: Att samverka, Att vägleda, Att bekräfta ochuppmuntra, Att se och ana och Att vara i hemmet. I den tolkade helheten framkommer det attfrämja anknytning i hemmet bland annat handlar om vad barnsjuksköterskan har för inställning tillanknytning. Detta framkommer när barnsjuksköterskan beskriver vad hon anser är henneshuvuduppgifter. Familjerna kan således ha kommit olika långt i anknytningsprocessen när deskrivs hem till hemsjukvården, beroende på vilket sjukhus de har legat på.DiskussionI hemmet blir föräldrarna trygga, barnsjuksköterskan är gäst i deras hem och är där på derasvillkor. There is no general aging process therefore should health efforts directed at elderly population based on each individual as a unique person with specific needs. This bachelor?s thesis examines costs of welfare services in municipalities of the region of Västra Götaland in Sweden. The treatment that women get from health care staff can influence the experience of the abortion and how women manage to coping the experience emotionally. The aim of this study was to illuminate women?s experiences in connection with an abortion. The findings show that the women?s social situation led them to the decision of abortion.

When a family member is being cared for in palliative care relatives often need support to be able to support their family member. The purpose of the literature review was to illuminate the nursing staff?s support from the relatives? perspective when a family member is being cared in a late palliative phase. The study is a literature review, there already existing research are surveyed. The findings were structured into two parts, tangible- and the intangible support.

Everyday life mobility of elderly people ? opportunities, restrictions and sustainable urban visions aim to examine and describe elderly people?s movement patterns, their opportunities and restrictions of reaching high mobility and accessibility, and their attitude towards various sustainable urban visions. This paper is based on an approach of time-space geography as it covers the topic of movements in time-space, explained and developed using the concepts of mobility and accessibility. To examine elderly people?s attitude towards sustainable urban visions, this paper also takes approach on theories such as New Urbanism, mixed-use and the compact city.The method used in the study is an interweaving of a time geographic diary and qualitative interviews, where the respondents are six retired people between 68 and 77 years old living in Gothenburg city.

Bakgrund: Under senare år har allt fler kliniska träningscentra för färdighetsträningetablerats för att möjliggöra en trygg och säker lärandemiljö med simuleringsmöjligheter förstuderande och personal. Klinisk färdighetsträning är en viktig del i sjuksköterskeutbildningenvid Högskolan Dalarna (HDa) där lärandemiljön på Kompetenscentrum (KC) kan bidra till enförbättring av lärandemiljön i den kliniska färdighetsutbildningen.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka sjuksköterskestudenters upplevelser viaskattning av lärandemiljön för klinisk färdighetsutbildning före och efter inrättandet avKompetenscentrum.Metod: Studien genomfördes som en enkätundersökning med kvasiexperimentell design.Enkätens baserades på Saarikoski och Leino-Kilpis mätinstrument CLES där frågeställningarom lärandemiljön modifierades med hjälp av Delphimetoden utifrån de tre olikadimensionerna: utbildningsmiljö, relation och lärarens roll. Mätningen före inrättandetgenomfördes under hösten 2010 och mätningen efter inrättandet genomfördes hösten 2011.Totalt ingick 266 sjuksköterskestudenter i studien varav 198 (74 %) besvarade enkäten.Resultat: Sjuksköterskestudenter skattade upplevelsen av lärandemiljön mer positiv efterinrättandet av Kompetenscentrum där resultatet visar en signifikant högre skattning i 8 de avde 16 frågorna. Sjuksköterskestudenterna skattade att de upplever att utbildningsmiljön är merverklighetstrogen, de är mer nöjda med färdighetsträningen samt att den inspirerar dem till attarbeta som sjuksköterska. Att relationen mellan dem och läraren bygger på respekt och att detär en mer positiv atmosfären under färdighetsträningen.

Sveriges befolkning blir allt äldre och år 2050 beräknas en fjärdedel av befolkningen vara över 65 år. Detta medför ett ökat behov av tillgänglighetsanpassade bostäder som till exempel mellanboende. Samtidigt håller sig Sveriges befolkning friskare och på grund av detta minskar vårdbehovet och efterfrågan av särskilda boenden. Trygghetsboende är en typ av mellanboende. Det är till för människor över 70 år som känner sig i behov av ett tillgängligt utformat boende och kanske känner sig ensamma men som av kommunen inte anses i behov av ett särskilt boende.

Our purpose was to study how care managers in practice evaluate needs in eldercare. A specific focus was set on elderly persons' sex, an area where former research show that decisions vary considerably. Were the care managers influenced in their decision making by the elderly person's sex? If so, in what ways? Were there variations in the definition of eldercare needs between the four chosen municipalities. And, finally, how did the care managers handle set criteria and priorities in their evaluation of such needs?The study was based on literature as well as interviews with eight care managers, chosen from four Scanian municipalities.We arrived at the conclusion that there is no specific difference in how the care managers evaluate eldercare needs in relation to sex..

AbstractHomework is often debated in the media today. The question is about the meaning of homework and whether the students benefit from it or if homework is just a remain from an old educational system.The research made on the subject disagrees on what positive/negative effects the homework has on the students.For my essay I chose to find out what attitude junior-level teachers have towards homework. Why give students homework? How do you work with home assignments?My research is based on interviews with six junior-level teachers that either have or do teach in the lower grades (1-3).The result I reached was the all of the teachers used homework in their education.The purpose of the home assignments is partly to give the students the possibility to rehearse and fortify their knowledge, especially when it comes to learning how to read.Another purpose of the homework is that it helps to maintain a good connection between the home and school. Introduction: In Sweden the definition of ambulance nursing is the examination and treatment of sick or injured people done by ambulance nurses during transport.  This means not only focus on the illness or injury but also the human being treated. The paramedic service must be based on the presumption that the medical needs of the patients are guaranteed, and that the expectations and demands of the public are satisfied. Competence and availability are basic terms for a well-functional paramedic service. There is a lot of pressure put on the people working with pre-hospital nursing. One mistake can lead to serious consequences for the patient.
