Syftet med uppsatsen är att jämföra hur grunderna för ansvarsfrihet från skadestånd vid fullgörelsehinder är uppbyggda i olika normsystem för att utifrån en komparativ analys komma fram till vilket system som är bäst tillämpbart i en situation liknande den i scenariot med den försenade vaccinleveransen som jag beskrivit i inledningen till uppsatsen.De regler jag valt att studera för en komparativ jämförelse är kontrollansvaret i den svenska köplagen 27 § och CISG art. 79, modellagarna PECL och Unidroit Principles regler om force majeure och hardship, standardklausulerna i ICC 2003 Force Majeure and Hardship Clauses samt den engelska läran om frustration. Att jag valt att studera teorin om hardship beror på att teorin är starkt sammankopplad till reglerna om force majeure och kontrollansvar. Jag har valt PECL och UNIDROIT som exempel på hur modellagar kan vara upplagda. Fler modellagar och principer finns.

Köpesamhället har under det senaste århundradet genomgått stora förändringar vilket också återspeglas i köprätten. 1905 års köplag var sträng mot säljaren i dennes ansvar och bevisbörda något som kanske var förståeligt mot bakgrund av att lagen även reglerade konsumentköp. 1976 kom ett förslag till en ny köplag som syftade till att mildra säljarens bevisbörda, något som redan skett i övriga nordiska länder. Den nya köplagen skulle istället för den äldre köplagens omöjlighetslära bygga på force majeure. Under denna tid var även en FN-konvention angående internationella köp under utarbetande.

Avtalsrätten vilar på principen att avtal skall hållas. Den som vägrar att uppfylla sitt avtalslöfte kan tvingas att fullgöra sina skyldigheter och betala skadestånd genom tvångsåtgärder av myndighet. Men precis som för principer i allmänhet, så har även denna princip ett flertal undantag. En teoretisk motivering för att befrias från en avtalsförpliktelse är den tyska Omöjlighetsläran som växt fram på grundval av den romerska rättsgrundsatsen - impossibilum nulla obligatio est. Denna lära förespråkar attvid förekomst av objektiv ursprunglig omöjlighet, dvs.

With today´s power uprates in BWR reactors the bundle lift force has become aproblem. The lift force is calculated using a best estimate approach and the resultfrom the calculation should pass the existing lift force margin. Lift force margin isdefined so that the lift force may not exceed 80 % of the fuel weight. The margin issupposed to cover all the uncertainties that exist in the lift force calculations.However, no uncertainty analysis has been conducted to quantify the uncertainties.In this report the uncertainties in the lift force model have been quantified. Each inputparameter to the lift force model which has been assumed to have an uncertainty isassigned a probability distribution.

Vilket arbetssätt har den svenska styrkan i Afghanistan, specifikt i PRT Mazar-e-Sharif, i förhållande till arbetsmetoderna minimum force och show of force? Har det skett någon förändring i arbetssättet mellan 2006/07 och 2009/10? Vad kan en eventuell förändring bero på och kan man se någon inriktning för framtiden? Genom en jämförande fallstudie skall uppsatsen analysera hur den svenska styrkan i Afghanistan förhöll sig till arbetssätten minimum force och show of force vid två olika tidsperioder. Genom att analysera två tidsperioder kan man komma fram till om en förändring i arbetssätt skett samt undersöka anledningarna till den. Resultatet av analysen visar att under åren 2006/07 arbetade svenskarna i mångt och mycket efter metoden minimum force genom användandet av lätta fordon och små patruller. Under 2009/10 har dock en förskjutning mot arbetssättet show of force upptäckts genom införandet av tyngre fordon och fler vapensystem.

Tractors of today come equipped with a CAN-system. A CAN-system sends information from sensors to electronic control units who process the signals. The sensors measure several interesting parameters such as force, pressure and speed for various components of the tractor. This thesis discuss a force sensor which is placed in the pivot of the tractors three point linkage, the sensor measure the horizontal reaction force from the load that the tractor is exposed to. Signals from this sensor can be used to measure the force from any implement that the tractor is exposed to during an operation.

Lip force has been found to affect the ability to achieve satisfying speech production and swallowing. A normative value for lip force in adults has been measured to 15 Newton (N). Corresponding value for children measured with Lip Force Meter 100 (LF100) does not exist. In the current study lip force was measured in children between the ages of five and ten years. The aim of the study was to obtain normative values for children with typical development in separate age groups.

Frågan om ekonomisk ojämlikhet tillhör kanske en av de mest kontroversiella frågorna genom historien. Åsikterna om fördelar och nackdelar med ekonomisk ojämlikhet, men kanske framförallt graden av ojämlikhet går isär. Det har till en början inom forskningen antagits att ekonomisk ojämlikhet är en förutsättning för tillväxt genom att det frambringar investeringar och är viktigt för incitamentsskapandet. Ny forskning tyder däremot på att tillväxt och ekonomisk ojämlikhet har ett negativt samband, särskilt när förhållandet studeras på lång sikt. Om så är fallet har detta stor betydelse för ekonomiska och politiska beslut.

The purpose with this thesis was to examine the cold rolling mill located at Högskolan Dalarna and to stabilize the rolling process, to achieve steady state. Experiments with cold rolling of an aluminium strip have given results for rolling force, friction, reduction, strip tension and strain hardening. Results show that steady state has been found for the experiments with roll force and strain hardening, and not been found for the experiments with friction and reduction. Results show that increased strip tension gives lower roll forces. The roll force equation of Stone shows comparable results with reality for dry contact with reductions up to 30 %, but starts being incomparable with higher reductions.

The purpose with this disertation is to find if there are selected factors which can force companies to grow. We have chosen five factors which we think can force the companies; market, strategy, profitability, demographic and institutional factors. We want to examine if there are differences between small and larger companies, and if there are differences between the lines of business.The intention to growth is also influenced by different factors. The organization and the board have an effect on the development. There are also factors that can obstruct the growth, for example control.

The 1900s saw two incidents of states using their military in civil disorder situations, which resulted in the killing of unarmed citizens. May 14, 1931 in Ådalen, marks a significant part of Swedish history and its view of the use of military force.  On that day, a peaceful protest march escalated, which resulted in live firing by the military stationed there to uphold law and order. This resulted in the deaths of five civilians and the prohibition of the use of military force in incidents of civil disorder. In 1972 in Northern Ireland a similar event took place on January 30, which is commonly known as Bloody Sunday. The Troubles were raging and resulted in protests for civil rights by nationalists.

By our employer Camatec Industriteknik AB have we been given the assignment to continue with the previous work ?Design of strip feeder?. Our goal with this work is to come up with a design basis for a strip feeder.Functionally a strip feeder consists of two rollers which with the aid of the friction between the strip and the coating on the roller create a strip force that pulls the strip through the working progress.Demands on this project:? 10 ? 600 mm in strip width and 0,1-1 mm in strip thickness.? Minimum 30m/min in production speed.? A maximum strip force on 30-40 kN.? The cost of the strip feeder?s components is to be considered of economy and quality.The need of a strip feeder occurs when the coil doesn?t manage to feed or pull the strip before or after a working process. The strip can otherwise be exposed by a permanent yield deformation or a change in the strip material if it?s pulled trough the working process only by the on ? and of-coils.

There are two objectives of this study.The first one was to study the new instrument Deltack fromPrufbau, and with the new knowledge, study the interaction between blanket and paper.Deltack is a new instrument to measure the ink splitting force. Blankets from an earlier study doneby GATF have been montered on 12 different Deltack print forms and those have together with Deltackbeen the base for this project.This study together with information from GATF?s study shows that some of the blankets have ahigher capability to adsorb ink. Those blankets generate a sharper shape on the force curve, they havea lower dot gain, but they print not as good solid..

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om det går att påvisa några samband mellan jämställdhet och ekonomisk tillväxt. Med hjälp av multipel regressionsanalys undersöks paneldata från EU-15. Den beroende variabeln, ekonomisk tillväxt, förklaras av en rad oberoende variabler. Olika modeller testas för att se om tillförandet av jämställdhetsvariabler förbättrar modellen. För att avgöra om så är fallet undersöks förändringen i justerad förklaringsgrad.
