Variation in tuber quality within a single field was one of the motives for a pilot study in Halland, in south-western Sweden conducted during 2002. Quality problems in potatoes have been increasing due to the aggregation of several small fields with different land use history into larger farm units, which are heterogeneous in soil properties and fertility. The study in Halland indicated that both the uniformity and the mean size of tubers may increase from site-specific K fertilization, whereas total yields may be unaffected. The results from this pilot-study with site-specific fertilization showed that tubers reached a more uniform quality and gave a more uniform mean size, while the total yield wasn't affected at all. Site-specific K-fertilization has been applied for some years in Halland with good results. The aim of this study was to test this technique in another potato growing area.

Mitt arbete handlar om lärares ledarskap och dess betydelse för undervisningen. Hur medvetna är lärare om ledarskap och vilket ledarskap förordar Läroplanen? Jag har genomfört en enkätundersökning riktad till 115 lärare på 5 skolor med syfte att undersöka lärares medvetenhet om ledarskap och dess betydelse. Vid sammanställningen av enkäterna var bortfallet relativt högt. Antalet svarande var 78. Resultatet av min undersökning visar sammanfattningsvis på att det finns ett stort intresse bland yrkesverksamma lärare av fortbildning om ledarskap.

Under lång tid har det riktats kritik mot restriktionstillämpningen i Sverige eftersom det finns en risk att den isolering som restriktionerna medför påverkar klienternas hälsa negativt. Kriminalvårdarna har en viktig uppgift i att försöka minska de negativa följderna genom att isoleringsbryta individerna. Problemet är att den höga arbetsbelastningen har lett till att kriminalvårdarna inte kan utföra de vårdarna uppgifterna i den utsträckning som det finns behov av. Av den anledningen har fem kriminalvårdare intervjuats i syfte att undersöka hur de upplever förutsättningarna för att bryta isoleringen för häktade under restriktioner. Uppsatsen ämnar även studera vilka arbetsuppgifter och egenskaper kriminalvårdarna anser är viktiga i arbetet.

Studiens syfte var att få kunskap om förhållanden som kan leda till ett förändringsarbete som är lyckosamt. Det vi ville undersöka var hur en ledare ska bete sig/handla för att få en lyckad organisationsförändring men även varför och på vilket sätt kommunikationen är viktig vid en förändring?Metoden som användes var kvalitativ och vårt empiriska material skaffades genom intervjuer. I vår studie deltog fem respondenter. Genom analys av teori och intervjumaterial har vi kommit fram till slutsatsen att man måste ha egenskaper från både transformativt och transaktionellt ledarskap.

Syftet med det här arbetet är att behandla hur människan uppfattar egenskaper hos perspektivbilden i ett gestaltningsförslag. Med bakgrund av vår utbildning som framhåller vikten av goda perspektiv undersöker vi hur olika utvalda bilder uppfattas av personer som skulle kunna ingå i en tävlingsjury. Detta är intressant bland annat för att reda ut om det finns egenskaper i bilderna som på olika sätt är uppskattade eller föredras, för att framöver veta om man kan anpassa sitt perspektiv efter de mottagare som bedömer förslaget. Vi för samtal om nio olika bilder med två kommunalråd, en kommunal gatu- och parkchef samt en landskapsarkitekt. Informanternas åsikter grundar sig i deras personliga smak och yrkesmässiga bakgrund i varierande grad.

In this work a study has been performed to show the different kinds of insulated balcony connections exists on the market. In the work there is also a short description of thermal bridges concerning balconies. A description of older solutions for balcony connections is given as well as a calculation of the difference in energy costs for a insulated balcony connection compared to the standard connection. The work includes a short description of the different products. After that there is a short information about their insulation properties, durability, acoustic performance, assembly, computer programme and a short analyses for each product..

Abstrakt:Denna uppsats är en kvalitativ studie med kritisk realism som vetenskapligt perspektiv och där syftet är att få en djupare förståelse för rekrytering och förstå på vilka grunder rekryteraren fattar beslut om den arbetssökandes lämplighet. Frågeställningarna lyder; Hur ser företagens rekryteringsprocess ut? Och på vilka grunder fattar rekryteraren beslut om den arbetssökandes lämplighet? För att besvara frågeställningarna har sju semistrukturerade intervjuer med rekryterare genomförts. Våra teoretiska utgångspunkter har varit Bourdieus kapitalteori och Giddens struktureringsteori. Slutsatserna blev att annonsen har betydelse i rekryteringsprocessen genom att den attraherar lämpliga sökande.

I detta examensarbete har materialet papper och dess egenskaper utforskats ur ett designperspektiv. Genom att vika, rulla och forma olika typer av papper har flera uttryck skapats. Utifrån olika byggstenar som till exempel kuber och stavar har artefakter som örhängen och korgar tagit form. Noggrann dokumentation av den experimentella processen ger ett mervärde i form av att läsaren kan upprepa och inspireras av artefakterna som skapats. Detta examensarbete syftar att måla upp en bild av papprets breda användningsområde i ett designsammanhang.

Aim: This paper aims to produce a serviced office concept adjusted to Statens fastighetsverk. The concept will make SFV:s properties more attractive for renting. Method: Information has been collected from interviews with 13 different serviced office companies, one serviced office agent and eleven government authorities. Also litterateur, reports and internet have been used in gathering information.I will use following questions:¨      How is the serviced office concept designed?¨      Which customer segment should SFV direct to and what need does the segment have?¨      How shall a marketing plan look like for the concept?¨      How should a concept designed for SFV look like? Result & Conclusions: Serviced office space is a company that letting functional workspace with access to shared facilities e.g. reception, office machines, internet, phone and more.

Syftet med arbetet var att undersöka vilka tillvägagångssätt barn använder vid sortering och vilka matematiska begrepp barn använder när de sorterar. Undersökningen är kvalitativ och baseras på deltagande observationer med tio barn mellan 3-6 år. Materialet som användes var pasta, kritor och pärlor. Resultatet visar att barnen sorterade utifrån egna kännetecken och valde egenskaper hos materialet som var mest intressesant för dem just vid det tillfället. Alla visade intresse för färg, men de hade förmåga att sortera och använda andra kriterier som form, storlek, mönster, och mängd också.

Nästan alla stålkonstruktioner måste rostskyddas. Undantaget är de som står inomhus i torr luft. Ett rostskydd kan utföras på flera olika sätt, men de vanligaste är att stålet målas med rostskyddsfärg eller att det varmförzinkas. Innan detta kan utföras måste stålet förbehandlas. Det är viktigt att den utförs noggrant för annars kan kvarvarande föroreningar börja rosta under färg- eller zinkskiktet.
