From January 1st 2011 the use of Eurocode will be mandatory for all constructionprojects. Eurocode is the common European set of struc-tural design codes which willreplace BKR (Boverkets Kon-struktionsregler). BKR is the Swedish set of structuraldesign codes that was used up until December 31 2010. Syftet med detta examensarbete var att utveckla en GC-metod för analys av etylenglykoler i förorenade vattenprover, exempelvis industriavloppsvatten. Detta skulle åstadkommas med en GC-FID och MMI (Multimode Inlet), samt helst utan provupparbetning. Ett annat av målen var att kunna kvantifiera inom området 1 ppm till 100 ppm, och att metoden skulle vara tillräckligt stabil för att kunna ackreditera den.Ett flertal kolonner testades, där en HP-5 med dimensionerna 30 m*0,53 mm*0,88 ?m från Agilent var den som gav bäst resultat. Även två olika liners provades, dels en med glasull och dels en 2 mm dimpled liner, där dimpled linern gav bäst resultat, och minst ?carry-over? mellan analyserna.

Young men who commit sexual abuse is a complex topic. This study is based on litterature on the subject and the material is processed through a qualitative content analysis. The study aims to study how the litterature describes the reasons why young men commit sexual abuse. It also aims to explore what is described to be effective treatment of young men who committed sexual abuse. The study found that most of the young men who commit sexual abuse comes from families where violence and psycohological abuse occurs. Many have themselves been victims of sexual abuse.

When the emissions from the diesel trucks today accounts for a large part of the total emissions from the road traffic, the trend with a more extensive use of diesel trucks for transportation will therefore lead to increasing carbondioxide emissions to the atmosphere. Because of the fact that technical progress in the form of optimized engines and shifts in the means of transport sometimes result in even greater emission levels, other solutions to this problem must be studied to decrease the emissions of carbondioxide from the diesel trucks. The purpose of the thesis is to show how a decrease of the carbondioxide emissions from diesel trucks in Sweden can be achieved in a costeffective way by the use of a carbondioxide tax and a differentiated vehicle tax. The method used in order to fullfill the purpose of the thesis is studies of literature, mainly of public government reports. Literature of enviromental economics will be used to show the need of a tax and how to determine the dynamic effective carbondioxide tax in steady-state.

Det övergripande målet med den här uppsatsen har varit att skapa en framtidsprognos rörandeämnet organisationsteori. Jag har använt den hypotetisk-deduktiva metoden för att kunnaskapa trovärdiga prognoser. Den teori jag väljer att använda som utgångspunkt är enorganisationsstruktur skapad av Henry Mintzberg, som jag sedan kopplar samman medföljande fyra olika organisationsteorier: Human Resource Management, StrategisktManagement, Produktionsmanagement och Knowledge Management.Själva strukturen är uppbyggd så att jag i den teoretiska referensramen beskriver dåtidensteorier (Den byråkratiska skolan, Scientific management, Den administrativa skolan ochHuman relations management) med fokus på de klassiska organisationsteorierna. Sedan är detmin uppfattning om hur organisationsteorier utnyttjas i nutiden som finns i kapitlet ommoderna organisationsteorier. During the last couple of years it has been more important to reduce the driving on the field to prepair the soil after ploughing. The machine costs are high so it is necessary to be effective. To reach a pleasant soilbed directly after ploughing is sometimes possible on easier soils but heavier clay soils always need more tillages. There is a lot of equipment mounted on the ploughs on the market, for example Furrow Cracker and Furrow presses, which makes a pleasant soilbed on easier soils. The last year Överum and Kverneland have presented knives which are mounted on the wing or moulboard.

The purpose of this essay is to compare a theoretical strategic process model with the strategic work in a Swedish bank. The reason of the comparison was to identify which key success factors that is essential in strategic implementation processes. To make this study feasible three qualitative interviews were executed and it also presents data from a quantitative survey performed by the bank. The theory of the study examines eight different parts that needs to be looked at attentively when new strategies are formulated. The results points out that the work at large correspond, nevertheless the theoretical framework points out the importance of the business mission to impregnate the whole strategic process.

The purpose of this Master Thesis is to investigate the quality of the library service at the City Library of Uddevalla. In particular this thesis will examine the quality of the library service to people who are disabled. This applies particularly to the service to people with reduced ability to move or to see, which also includes people with infirmities due to old age. We also have investigated how well the library itself is adapted to the disabled. In order to get more information about the library service to people who are disabled, we have studied literature on this subject and the Master Thesis contains a summary of those documents.

Erosion in coastal areas is a common problem all around the world. The range of the problem depends on several factors, i.e. type of bed-rock and soil, wind and wave climate. Another factor is whether the area is of high interest, i.e. if the area is important for tourism and recreation, if there are houses and other buildings close to the shoreline or if it is a site of special scientific interest.

By using modern methods of casting concrete, cast in place can get more effective and industrialized. A modern method is self compacting concrete. By using this type of concrete, advantages like improved working environment and rationalized construction can be reached. Because the concrete doesn?t need to be vibrated, the amount of staff on site and the noise can be reduced.

Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att undersöka hur lärare kan arbeta med datorn vid läs- och skrivinlärning. Vår utgångspunkt har varit Arne Tragetons metod som beskriver hur lärare kan använda datorn som ett pedagogiskt hjälpmedel vid läs- och skrivinlärning. Syftet har även varit att undersöka hur Tragetons metod skiljer sig från andra läs- och skrivinlärningsmetoder och vilka för- och nackdelar det finns med metoden. Vi har valt att göra en kvalitativ undersökning där vi har intervjuat tre lärare. Utöver intervjuerna har vi utfört en observation under en dag i en årskurs 2 och i en förskoleklass.

In conjunction with an overview of the organizational structure of the municipality of Arvika the Balanced Scorecard was introduced as a management model. After the Balanced Scorecard has been in use over a period of years the conception of it varies throughout the organization.The purpose of this study is identifying which factors are facilitating and which factors are obstructing when implementing the Balanced Scorecard in the municipality of Arvika. This is a case study of the staff organization of the municipality of Arvika. The study is explanatory as our objective is to describe why the current situation appears as it does today. A qualitative method has been applied during this study.

Detta arbete undersöker om användarfall, en metod som normalt sett används för att utveckla och designa datorsystem, är lämplig att använda för att göra manualer som beskriver arbetspassen för sändningsproducenter. Sändningsproducenter är en yrkesgrupp som jobbar med nyhets- och samhällsprogram på enheten SVT Nyheter och Samhälle på Sveriges Television i Stockholm. Syftet med arbetet var att ta fram manualer genom att göra användarfall över sändningsproducenternas arbete med olika datorprogram. Samtidigt som detta gjordes så skapades en sammanställning av hur systemet som sändningsproducenterna använder fungerar. En jämförelse mellan de olika arbetspassen gjordes också för att se om det var något arbetsmoment som endast förekom under några arbetspass.

SammandragSyftet med detta examensarbete har varit att belysa läsinlärningsmetoder i ett historiskt perspektiv, samt att genom intervjuer med lärare undersöka hur olika fokus i lärarutbildningen, syn på läsinlärning, forskning och samtid påverkar undervisningen. Examensarbetet grundar sig på intervjusamtal med fyra lärare i olika åldrar som under olika tidsperioder, mellan 1950-talet och fram till idag, varit verksamma lärare i den svenska skolan.Läsundervisning har hög prioritet i skolans vardag och det finns olika läsinlärningsmetoder som under dessa år vuxit fram och gjort intåg i skolans värld, bland annat ljudmetoden, LTG-metoden, Wittingmetoden och Whole Language-metoden.Resultatet av undersökningen visar tydligt att skolan under dessa decennier har genomgått stora förändringar, framför allt på grund av samhällets förändrade ekonomi och nya levnadsförhållanden men också på grund av nya forskningsrön och nya läsinlärningsmetoder. Trots de många läsinlärningsmetoder som lanserats under 1900-talets senare hälft, visar resultatet att alla de fyra lärarna fortfarande använder sig av ljudmetoden som grund, då de tycker att den fungerar bäst. De har dock olika syn på läsinlärning och på hur läsförmågan utvecklas, kanske framför allt på grund av att de utbildats under olika tidsperioder.En slutsats som kan dras utifrån materialet är att förändringar har skett både i lärarutbildningen och i skolans värld och trots detta arbetar de fyra lärarna fortfarande med en av de äldsta läsinlärningsmetoderna. Kan det då betyda att ljudmetoden är den bästa metoden?Nyckelord: läsinlärning, ljudmetoden, läsundervisningshistorik, lärarutbildning.
