Aspects of computerized learning in terms of educational situations in kindergarten andschools where the teachers use software either made for children or for adults, is thesubject of this paper.The market for software produced in Sweden and intended for educatilonal situationswith small children is discussed and analysed by qualitative method. The software, theusers, the producers and other related groups are looked upon from an educationalperspective and a mode1 of this process is presented in the paper.The software is categorized and discussed according to area of use and underlying educationalperspectives. The educational situations in which the users are a part are discussedfrom an educational perspective and examples from use of software in kindergartenand schools are given. The images of their target group which the producers haveare categorized according to phenomenographical method. This qualitative study is done with the purpose of creating understanding for the theoretical democratic content in educational materials for Civic Education courses 1a1 and 1b during GY-11, so teachers create an intentional approach when using educational materials in their democratic education. This was motivated as important considering the reduction in obligatory Civic Education for the vocational programs. The study was conducted using a hermeneutic qualitative reading method where the educational materials, more specifically two series with one book for each course, was read with purpose of creating understanding for the democratic content according to ideal democratic models: deliberative democracy, participatory democracy and electoral democracy. A text voice analysis was also conducted using Bakhtins theory of dialogic and monologue text that contributed to the general result concerning the democratic content. The results show that the electoral democracy ideal is dominant in all educational materials, there is hence no striking difference between the democratic content in 1a1 and 1b educational materials.

Abstract Syftet med vårt utvecklingsarbete är att beskriva vilka multimodala verktyg som yrkesverksamma pedagoger som har studerat pedagogiskt drama använder i sin undervisning samt på vilket sätt dessa verktyg används. I Pedagogiskt drama utgår man från en helhetssyn på människan. Föreningen av praktik och teori sker i en utvecklande process. Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod bestående av tre semistrukurerade intervjuer och dagboksanteckningar från en deltagare. Vi har även studerat aktuell forskning inom området och i närliggande områden.

This essay describes how theatre can be a tool in social work. The essay evaluates the Swed-ish KRAFT-project, a course for unemployed people with the goal to make them grow as in-dividuals by using drama exercises and performing a theatre play in front of an audience. The essay is a quantitative secondary study of the questionnaire used in the KRAFT-project. Through analysing the questionnaire the participants answered this essay tries to explain the results from a social psychological perspective. The essay also discusses how the participants? self-concept and self-esteem could have been affected by the KRAFT-project.

Syftet med vårt examensarbete har varit att undersöka hur musik och drama integreras i svenskundervisningen, inriktat mot de tidigare skolåren. Vi som gjort arbetet har läst olika program i vår respektive utbildning där den ena av oss läst Svenska i ett mångkulturellt samhälle vilken varit mer teoretiskt inriktad medan den andra läst kultur, media och estetiska uttrycksformer som haft en mer praktisk inriktning. På detta sätt har vi upplevt undervisningen olika baserat på den utbildning vi fått i vårt respektive program. Detta har medfört att vi försökt att komplettera varandras sätt att uppfatta och utveckla undervisningen så att det blir en bra, rolig och utvecklande mix av teori och praktik. Utgångspunkt i vår studie har varit styr- och måldokument för grundskolan och svenskämnet och som stomme för den teoretiska delen har vi främst använt oss av begreppen radikal och modest estetik, samt funktionaliserat och formaliserat lärande.

Syftet med studien är att genom tidigare forskning och verksamma dramapedagoger ta reda på och åskådliggöra fenomenet drama. Fokus ligger på elevernas åsikter gällande drama som en alternativ undervisningsmetod i språkundervisningen. Samtidigt har jag tittat närmare på hur drama inverkar på deras skriftliga produktion (fri skrivning), där ord, fraser och grammatik ingår. Jag har undersökt en grupp elever som går sista året på samhällsprogrammet inriktning språk. Undersökningarna har genomförts genom löpande observationer i klassrummet, eleverna har skrivit sina reflektioner i loggböcker (de har läst berättelsen om Pinocchio på italienska), enkäter, för-och eftermätning i form av prov samt att eleverna har satt upp en skolpjäs om Pinocchio på italienska.

In this paper I make an analysis of the play Järnbörd (By burning Iron) written by the swedish author Magnus Dahlström. In this play all the characters has committed horrible crimes wich they easily describes the violence. The starting-point of my analysis is the text itself and not any stage-setting. The reason for this is that I find it interesting to see what can be found in the text only. I investigate if the language itself can tell something.Furthermore I discuss Magnus Dahlström´s literary language and if he has any distinguishing quality, and if so what it may be.

The aim of this study is to establish an understanding of how the concept educational materials can be interpreted, as well as to investigate how teachers describe their use of educational materials. The focus of this study is the subject ?Sign Language for the hearing?, at the upper secondary level. We, the authors of this essay, both have a great personal interest in this language. Swedish Sign Language is the sign language mainly used in Sweden.

Today, librarians tasks may sometimes take on an educational aspect, e.g. when designing educational courses. Our aim with this paper has been to extend our knowledge of peoples learning and learning processes in order to better adapt our educational courses for different user groups. We have investigated what eight senior citizens wanted to learn about the Internet, and followed seven of them during their course. We have examined how the group experienced a course about Internet use, and how they described their learning and learning processes.

Jag har i denna uppsats valt att undersöka om och på vilket sätt drama och folksagor kan hjälpa 10-12-åriga barn att utveckla sin återberättarförmåga. Jag har även försökt att finna ett sätt att med hjälp av gestaltning av folksagor skapa en bättre uppfattning av barnens inre utveckling. En positiv upptäckt under denna studie var att unga redan i första stadiet av sin utveckling lätt kan lära sig att personifiera olika objekt och utvidga sin fantasi, vilket kan leda till att de i framtiden lättare kan lösa mera komplicerade ting i livet. Ett problem var att jag var ensam om en sådan undersökning, som skulle krävt minst tre personer för att man skulle kunna genomföra hela proceduren från videoupptagning till observation, intervju och analys. Under denna undersökning har jag upptäckt att gestaltning av folksagor fungerar både som en bra metod i arbetet med utveckling av barnens fantasi och som ett sätt att få en bättre uppfattning om andra människor i samhället..

Syftet med vår undersökning var att se om man med hjälp av pedagogiskt drama kan stärka intellektuellt funktionshindrade barns självkänsla. Eftersom vi båda arbetar med intellektuellt funktionshindrade barn och tycker det är stimulerande och utmanande, valde vi att göra vår undersökning i en dramagrupp med 10 grundsärskoleelever. Under vårterminen har dramagruppen arbetat med ett projekt om Leonardo Da Vinci som avslutades med en teaterföreställning. Vi valde att samla in vårt empiriska material genom kvalitativa studier i form av observationer och intervjuer. Åsa som var involverad i projektet genomförde deltagande observationer under vårterminens dramapass.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate respectability and the construction of ?free love? in Swedish feminist debater and playwright Frida Stéenhoff?s (1865?1945) drama Lejonets unge (1896). In 1897 the first production of the drama was set in the small town of Sundsvall in Sweden and caused a public storm be-cause of its plea for free love for both men and women.Through an intersectional perspective, where the axes of class, gender, sexual-ity, religion, nationality and age are central and with a starting point in Beverly Skegg?s concept ?respectability? I investigate how ?free love? is constructed in the drama. I also link the construction of ?free love? to the historical context of the debate concerning sexual morality and marriage which was intense in society and literature in Scandinavia in the late 19th century.In the drama the plea for ?free love? is created mainly through the character Saga Leire.
