Det eftersträvade syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om det fanns någon koppling mellan värdepremien och företagsstorlek på den svenska marknaden, dvs. om små svenska företag har högre värdepremie än stora eller tvärtom. För att ta reda på det delade jag den generella värdepremien för samtliga aktier i två värdepremier enligt storleken. Vidare utförde jag en jämförelse mellan värdepremien för små företag (VMGS) och värdepremien för stora företag (VMGB). Därefter var avsikten att verifiera huruvida CAPM modellen gav en bra förklaring av de olika värdepremierna.

Studie redogör för ekonomiska tolkningar av väntetider och väntelistor inom hälso- och sjukvården i syfte att utröna om det finns någon entydig sådan tolkning. Vidare diskuteras den utvidgade vårdgarantin som infördes i november 2005 och eventuella fördelningsimplikationer till följd av det väntetidstak som garantin innebär. Studien baseras på erfarenheter från tidigare forskning. Ett urval representativa studier presenteras och analyseras i syfte att återge de speglingar av väntetider och väntelistor som dominerar den hälsoekonomiska debatten. Väntetider och väntelistor kan tolkas som en jämviktsskapande fördelningsmekanism mellan utbud och efterfråga då förseningar i vårdkonsumtionen medför att nyttan av vårdåtgärden minskar.

Slovenia and Latvia are two examples of countries which have gone through a successful democratic transition. They were both under authoritarian rule and command economy up until their declarations of independence in the early 90s. Today they have a functional market economy and political pluralism. I have examined transition theories highlighted by Jonas Linde and Joakim Ekman and from these theories sought the explanations to what lies behind the successful transitions of these two countries. The transition in Slovenia was affected by liberalization from within the ruling communist party which then controlled much of the transition process. A relatively large civil society and the fact that Slovenia was not involved in the Balkan War also contributed to the short process.

The study´s purpose is to investigate the underlying norms of how the concepts of language development and learning, used in the preschool curriculum. Knowledge of the concepts underlying norms can help to make visible what approach preschool teacher is expected to have to children's language, in relation to development and learning. The results of the study may in turn provide a picture of societal norms on children in preschool and a deeper understanding of the importance of preschool to review and analyze the content of the curriculum, then it is not a foregone conclusion.Theoretical basis is curriculum theory, which involves studying curricula in order to create a knowledge of a society and its cultural, social and economic demands. Norman Faircloughs critical discourse analysis is used as a method, in order to achieve the study´s intention and answer the questions at issues in the study. The critical discourse analysis considers that the discourse is creating the social world through language.The results of the study show that there is a language in the curriculum as normatively may influence preschool teacher.

I det nya pensionssystemet i Sverige placeras en viss del av den framtida pensionen i fonder, som väljs av individen själv. Detta system, kallat premiepension, innebär att det är av stort intresse för såväl individerna som samhället i stort att veta hur väl dessa fonder förvaltas. I den här uppsatsen studeras en särskild aspekt av förvaltningen, den så kallade tajmningförmågan. Det är förmågan hos fondförvaltarna att förutsäga vilka vändningar marknaden kommer att göra och sedan investera fondens medel med hänsyn till dessa vändningar. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om det finns sådan tajmningförmåga i de 38 Sverigefonder som ingår i premiepensionssystemet samt om de fonder som eventuellt uppvisar sådan tajmning har några gemensamma egenskaper.

The process is controlled by the acquisition policy which makes it clear that e-books should be purchased if possible.

 Prostitution has been intensely debated in Sweden for nearly four decades. Two major investigations have so far been initiated by the government and numerous propositions have been put forward in the Swedish parliament resulting in the sexköpslag from 1999 that criminalizes purchase of sexual services. The law aims at punishing the buyer and protecting the women in prostitution, thus making it possible for women to be helped by various social interventions rather than punished. Swedish society has undergone major changes in these decades. Globalization, the internet and the membership in the EU have changed the Swedish society and influenced the discourse on prostitution.This paper has a twofold aim, on the one hand investigating if and how these changes have had an impact on the prostitution discourse in texts produced by the government and analyze how female and male sexuality in connection to prostitution is constructed.

During the beginning of the 19th century Sweden is effected by the Napoleonic Wars and in the aftermath of the war Sweden looses Finland to Russia. This loss leads to the dismissal of King Gustav IV Adolf and the introduction of the Bernadotte dynasty on the Swedish throne. Over the century the industrialization plays a big part in the progress of Sweden. The growth of the industries leads to developments in the areas of agriculture. With this essay I would like to examine if the people on the countryside of Gotland keep the same pace as the people on the mainland in their introduction of new things.

The foundation for this thesis lies in whether or not, and how, the body representation in printed commercials, specific products directed to the body (shampoo, body lotion etc.), has changed during the last fifty years. Four years have been chosen because of the changes in society that we believe might have had an impact. The commercials that have been picked out are the ones that best represent the general view of the body. We have found that the changes when it comes to body presentation has followed the social development to a certain degree, but it is difficult to say how much the society has had an affect on the body ideal in advertising. Representations of the male body is something that has escalated since the early 70?s, fifteen years earlier few commercials was made with male models, and the few there were, never showed more than the face.

In this essay a conclusion about the way female characters are portrayed in fantasy novels will be attempted through an analysis of one selected female character from each selected novel. The works that have been chosen are; J.R.R. Tolkien?s The Lord of the Rings, Robert Jordan?s The Eye of the World and A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin.The analysis will be done with the help of examples and theories from both feministic criticism and gender studies.

Different forms of organization in the field of social work, creates different conditions of the individual social workers occupation. This affects not only the people who carry out this work, but also the clients who come in contact with social services.   This survey was based on six interviews executed during spring in the year 2010. The respondents were social workers within economic aid and their nearest executive manager at two municipalities in Kalmar County. The overall aim for this survey was to examine how these social workers were influenced by various ways to organize the municipal work activity. This through following questions:How was respective social service in the municipalities organized?How were the social worker effected in their daily work by the organization?Where there any specific up- or downsides in the way that economic aid was organized in the aspect of the social workers daily work?  The result of this survey was synonymous with a lot of the previously executed research in the area in the sense that the larger municipalities were more specialized in its organization than the smaller.

I Hälso och sjukvårdslagen står bland annat ?Målet för hälso- och sjukvården är en god hälsa och en vård på lika villkor för hela befolkningen?. Att se om detta mål stämmer överens med verkligheten är ett omfattande projekt. I den här uppstasen diskuteras de olika sätt som finns för att mäta lika fördelning av vård; vårdutnyttjande, tillgång till vård, sjukvård fördelat utifrån behov och fördelning av hälsostatus i befolkningen. Uppsatsen innehåller även en empirisk analys av vårdutnyttjande där unga mellan 18-30 år jämförs med åldersgruppen 31-65 år.

Uppsatsen behandlar 3:s etablering på den svenska marknaden för mobila teletjänster. För att kunna analysera detta har jag kombinerat empiri med vald teori. Den insamlade primärdatan består av telefonintervjuer med beslutsfattande personer på såväl 3 som andra konkurrerande företag och institutioner. Teoriavsnittet är uppdelat i två huvuddelar - pris- och spelteori, då marknaden karaktäriseras av ofullständig information där priset är den variabel företagen använder sig av för att konkurrera. De slutsatser som kan dras är att operatörerna historiskt sett har haft incitament att upprätthålla en oskäligt hög prisnivå för att kunna göra överavkastningar.

This thesis examines the legal boundaries of third-party use of trademarks in the European customized clothing market. The purpose is to determine under what circumstances third parties may legally modify and sell trademarked apparel without infringing on trademark rights. The study employs a legal dogmatic method, analyzing EU trademark law, case law, and legal doctrine to clarify the scope of exclusive rights and their limitations. By analyzing key EU case law, the study further illustrates how the legal framework has been interpreted and applied in cases concerning third-party trademark use. Given the increasing demand for customized fashion and the rise of new business models in the clothing industry, this topic holds significant legal and economic relevance. Additionally, Schumpeter?s theory of creative destruction provides a theoretical perspective on how trademark restrictions impact innovation and market competition.

The economic situation in the Swedish agricultural industry is currently experiencing a development towards larger units. This progress occurs simultaneously as farmers in cooperation more frequently make investments to decrease risk exposure and to improve the financial result. The purpose with this thesis is to study which advantages and problems a group of farmers experience after a common investment in a small-scale seed production. The aim with this investment is to increase the level of vertical integration in their respective agricultural firms and the results will be analyzed from an economic point of view. At present, the farmers are all seed producers with considerable cultivation areas.
