Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att bidra till en ökad förståelse för hur lärande sker inom en projektgrupp och vilka sociala och organisatoriska konsekvenser lärandet får för arbetet. Vi har sett att olika sorters lärande uppstår i olika situationer och dessa leder till varierande former av kunskap. Kunskap värderas olika beroende på de antaganden som styr organisationen och högre värderad kunskap tenderar att uppmärksammas mer än annan kunskap. Relationer är en förutsättning för lärande och hur dessa uppstår och förändras beror på tre faktorer vi sett; trygghet, status och tid. Dessa tre faktorer påverkar i sin tur arbetetsuppgifter och arbetsfördelning i gruppen på olika sätt..

Att läsa svenska som andraspråk på gymnasiet är idag likställt med attläsa modersmålsvenska. Dock är det många andraspråkselever som intedeltar i svenska som andraspråksundervisningen på grund av att de haren negativ attityd till ämnet. Tidigare forskning på området visar attmodersmålssvenska har högre status och att föräldrar, kamrater ochlärares syn på vilket språk som är viktigast påverkar flerspråkiga elever.Att inte tillhöra skolans monokulturella norm anses som avvikande ochkan bidra till flerspråkiga elevers negativa inställning till svenska somandraspråk. I denna studie undersöks hur utländska elever födda iSveriges attityder till ämnet svenska som andraspråk påverkar derasämnesval på gymnasiet. Ett övergripande syfte är att nå en ökadförståelse för de processer som påverkar individen i hennes strävan attfölja sina attityder och vad som inträffar när hennes förväntningar intestämmer överens med hennes sociala verklighet.

In today's society the borders between work and leisure blurs out more and more, and just as we might bring our work home, we might as well take our leisure to work with the help of so called smartphones with constant connection to social networks such as facebook and twitter. But what happens when the small talk around the coffee machine in the workplace gets out in public spaces? Instead of complaining to my closest colleague when my boss is acting like a fool or when my workload sky rocketed, I might now instead update my status on facebook with my complaint. But what am I actually allowed to write about my employer? Mobbning är vanligt förekommande fenomen i svenska skolor. Det finns dock ett tunt utbud med forskning om mobbning som sker på lågstadiet. Studien bygger på kvalitativ forskning där 33 elever medverkat. Eleverna har intervjuats med syftet att ta reda på varför relationell, fysisk och verbal mobbning uppstår. Resultaten från studien har diskuterats och analyserats utifrån tidigare forskning.

There is a shortage of locally produced high quality protein concentrates in Europe andSweden. Local production would decrease the dependency on imported soybean and meet thedemand for organically grown feedstuff from ecological dairy farmers. Field bean (Viciafaba), peas (Pisum sativum) and sweet lupin (Lupinus angustifolius) are good alternatives tosoybean, but contain anti-nutritional substances (ANS) that could reduce their use as proteinconcentrates in dairy cow diets. The aim of this literature study was to review which ANSfield bean, peas and sweet lupin contain and whether they affect dairy cows negatively.Trypsin inhibitors and Chymotrypsin inhibitors (TI) were present in all three crops. TI couldbecome inactivated and degraded in the rumen, but due to the high passage speed of thedigesta, most TI left the rumen in an active state.

Syftet med mitt examensarbete är att undersöka ifall införandet av en skoluniform skulle få bort kläders betydelse i dagens skola. Till min hjälp har jag använt mig av fem frågeställningar som alla handlar om kläders betydelse inom skolan. Den metod jag använt är kvalitativ, både observation och intervju. Jag valde, slumpmässigt ut åtta elever i årskurs 9 för intervju. Resultatet av både observationen och intervjuerna vittnar om att kläder har en stark betydelse för vem man är.

Målet med detta examensarbete har varit att undersöka möjligheten att visa larmstatus från en byggnad på en tredimensionell VRML-modell. Modellen skall kunna visa status baserat på händelser från larmsystemet och erbjuda viss interaktion på objekt i modellen. Resultatet som jag uppnått är ett Javafönster i vilket en tredimensionell VRML-modell är presenterad. För att presentera modellen används en VRML-tolk till att ladda in modellen. Java 3D används sedan för att presentera modellen för användaren.

Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka vad lärare fördelat på åtta kommuner i Sverige anser om sin rådande lön och löneutveckling. Läraryrket är ett av de viktigaste yrkena i vårt samhälle och har en mycket lägre ingångslön och lägre löneutveckling jämfört med andra akademiska yrken med samma utbildningstid. Undersökningen genomfördes med hjälp av en kvantitativ metod i form av enkäter. Enkäterna delades ut till 84 stycken verksamma lärare i grundskolans tidigare år, grundskolans senare år samt på gymnasiet i åtta olika kommuner i Sverige. Merparten av våra respondenter anser att deras lön är alldeles för låg och de känner ingen optimism för att det kommer att ske några större positiva förändringar inom snar framtid..

An absolute majority of all Swedish children begins to attend preschool at some point between the age of one and five. The acclimatisation to preschool means a great change in every small child's life. They leave all that is well known, the parent and their home, to face a whole new environment with new kids and adults to get to know and learn to trust.The purpose of this study has been to find out how the professionals in preschool reflect upon the child's acclimatisation at preschool. More specifically we wanted answers to how the preschool teachers, in their work with the child's acclimatisation, relates to the today, in preschool, much debated relationship between the two perspectives care and pedagogy.This qualitative study is based on ten interviews with preschool teachers at different preschools in a small town in Sweden. The analysis is based on a presentation of the interview material compared with earlier research and the theoretical aspects we have chosen, which are Bronfenbrenners Ecological Systems Theory and the Object Relations Theory.While working with this paper it has come clear to us that there is no explicit or common definition of the concept of care within preschool, while there is a clear definition of the concept of pedagogy.

Organisms relevant for nature conservation dont follow administrative borders. Because of this there is a need for a landscape perspective within conservation and planning, and a need for the species of interest to have legal protection. Network analysis adapted for ecological purposes has grown to become a powerful tool for studying and communicating the relationships between species dispersion and access to habitat. In this study the following question is posed: How is the Osmoderma eremita and the Pernis apivorus dispersal possibilities in the small scale cultivated landscape of Borås affected by exploitation in respect to a) dispersal ability, b) habitat quality, c) position of habitat patches in a network? The analysis were based on municipal and regional nature conservation data, which in due to confidentiality is not accounted for in the report by maps, coordinates, etc.

AbstractThe purpose of this essay is to discover the driving forces in top athletes, concerning training, body image and social positioning. Furthermore the object is to study how important being fit is for social reasons in today?s society. The athletes have been interviewed face-to-face and described their personal drive regarding training, their goals and the significance of the sport. They have also described how they see the image of the ideal body that currently exists within the field of sport and society and how training affects their own body image.

Bakgrund: Globalt ses en ökad internationell migration där Sverige varje år tar emottiotusentals asylsökande. De asylsökandes rättigheter skyddas av internationella deklarationer och konventioner om mänskliga rättigheter, där rätten till hälsa är central. Ändå lider asylsökande av hög grad av ohälsa, mycket till följd av deras status som asylsökande och den utsatthet som det medför. Att dessutom vara gravid gör dem extra utsatta trots att de har rätt till mödrahälsovård på samma villkor som icke-asylsökande i Sverige, då de inte har rätt till övrig sjukvård. Barnmorskor inom mödrahälsovården arbetar för vård på lika villkor utifrån kompetensbeskrivningen och den etiska koden, men utifrån lagstiftningens begränsningar riskerar barnmorskorna ställas inför professionsetiska dilemman i vården av asylsökande gravida kvinnor.

The aim of this study was to examine retiared individuals view of oral health and dental care. A questionnaire was sent to three different retirement organizations and answared by 106 participants. Our studie showed that irrespective of education or health status, the majority considered oral health and dental care was important and will become so in the future. Most elderly individuals can consider getting help with their oral health with oral health care in the future. This studie showed that the elderly are concerned about their appearance.

Do new, attractive neighborhoods meet the requirements of being socially sustainable? This essay is based on the potential conflicts between the pursuit of social sustainability, while the theory of the creative class influence city planning. Social sustainability is difficult to measure, but implies broadly that everyone should have equal rights and opportunities. A city or region that aims to attract a certain type of people by providing what they ask for, might pay less attention and spend less resources on the rest of the population. Socially sustainable - for whom? The new district Hyllie in southern Malmö stands in focus, and the paper seeks to identify how different operators in Malmö defines the concept of social sustainability, how it is implemented in the design of Hyllie, and if any potential conflicts may arise.Interviews with the following informants; representants from the Office for City Planning in Malmö, the nonprofit organization Sustainable Development Skåne, the Commission for a Socially Sustainable Malmö and the company Skanska Öresund have constituted the main methodology, among with reading and analyzing existing documents and policies relating to the development of Hyllie.

We have made a qualitative study where we have chosen to interview a number of respondents consisting of ophthalmologists, eye nurses and patients. The purpose of the study was to examine employees' perceptions of patient-related status and treatment and quality, and meaningful participation in the work. The conducted interviews, we then sat in relation to how patients experienced the visit to the eye clinic and their perception of accessibility and hospitality. The result is then compared against the policy of the Title use of internally and we have also tried to explain what is happening with the help of various theorists. Theorist that we made use of is Maslow, Foucault, Deming (TQM) and Herzberg.
