Ett brev från Herr P : om det personliga hos Björn Lövin

For the Swedish artist Björn Lövin, the personal was a problem. In his first exhibition in Moderna Museet, Lövin observed through the fictitious character Mr. P (for »Personality«) the ruptures in the Swedish welfare state. The exhibition Konsument i oändligheten och Herr P:s penningar (Consumer in Infinity and Mr. P?s Money) (1971) was composed of two environments, through which a veridical working class apartment and a high street with life-sized mannequins and furniture characteristic of its time, visualized the societal discrepancies in the welfare state as well as the art world of the early 1970s.

Slutsatsen i vår studie är att syftena för inhyrning av personal är likvärdiga mot tidigare studier som utförts. Vi har i studien klargjort att flexibilitet är fortfarande ett centralt syfte att hyra personal istället för att anställa. Vi konstaterar även att motivet ?undvika LAS? inte är ett vanligt syfte att hyra personal, även fast undvikandet av LAS är en omdiskuterad faktor i den teoretiska referensramen. Att vara en räckande hand : Personliga assistenters förhållande till den andres självbestämmanderätt

The purpose with our essay was:-          To study how personal assistants understand their occupation role.-          To describe the attitude of personal assistants to the right of self-determination of their care receivers. We have used a qualitative research method called phenomenografic. The empirical material was based on four interviews that served as the data collection methods. The interviewees were four women from two different municipalities of Middle Sweden. The interviewed personal assistants work with adult people who have mental disabilities. As a result we came up with eight categories which showed that personal assistants, despite some difficulties, perceive their careers as crucial for society?s well being. The phenomenon of self-determination was much easier to describe than to put to practice.

The purpose of this comparative study is to investigate how certified family therapeuts, with base professions psychologist and social counsellor respectively, construct boundaries through language. The study aims to demonstrate and analyse how the two professions present each other, through similarities and differences. For the purpose of definition and elucidation, the study comprises five main themes (see Appendix). The first theme is concerned with motives for choosing a professional career in family therapy. The second theme investigates conceptions of the professional role, while the third theme looks at professional practise and the implications of family therapy work.

Att växa med gränser : Tillsynens hindrande och möjliggörande för ungdomars psykosociala utveckling på hem för vård eller boende

Ungdomar på hem för Vård eller Boende (HVB-hem) har ofta problematiskt beteende och är i behov av skydd, säkerhet och gränssättning. HVB-hem förväntas utifrån lagstiftning bereda ungdomar vård och behandling för att motverka en ogynnsam utveckling. Inspektionen för vård och omsorg (IVO) ansvarar för tillsynen över verksamheterna. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att intervjua personal på HVB-hem och tillsynsmyndigheten IVO för att undersöka deras uppfattning om hur vård och behandling på HVB-hem bör bedrivas. Vidare syftade studien till att urskilja huruvida lagstiftningen kan tolkas på olika sätt och vilka konsekvenser detta får för vården och behandlingen för ungdomar avseende deras behov av gynnsam psykosocial utveckling.

The purpose of this thesis was to study the importance of an artist?s personal brand from a record company and artist management perspective. We also aimed to investigate how these companies work to create and maintain an artist?s personal brand. The study conducted was a case study based on interviews with staff members of a major record company, Universal Music AB, and an artist management, United Stage Management Group AB.

What are the solutions of bibliographic relationships and the concept of a work in KRS and FRBR? The thesis is based on a literature review. In the literature I have examined the discussions of the work and bibliographic relationships.

Etnisk boendesegregation i Södertälje- En kvalitativ studie om erfarenheter av att bo i Ronna

The purpose of this paper is to investigate segregation from an accommodation perspective. The essay questions how the residents of Ronna feel about their neighborhood and what they think of other people's views of their area. Our purpose is to conduct a qualitative study of whether or not individuals experience residential segregation in Ronna. The essay is based on qualitative interviews, which were conducted with five people who have lived in Ronna for at least five years and who define themselves as Assyrians/Syrians.To analyze our empirical data, we have used two theoretical perspectives. One by Westin and Elias & Scotson, which is the theory about social groups - established and outsiders.

ProblemArena Personal har upplevt att deras rekryteringstjänst inte används isamma utsträckning som deras bemanningstjänst. Detta trots att deanser sig kunna erbjuda en bra tjänst inom detta område. ArenaPersonal vet inte säkert vad orsaken till detta är och vill därför ha svar på problemet. Orsaken till ovissheten grundar sig i att de inte har tillräckligt med kunskap om hur kunderna uppfattar dem.SyfteUppsatsen syfte är att utvärdera hur kunderna upplever ArenaPersonal. Utifrån undersökningens resultat ges Arena Personal enfördjupad inblick i de områden som upplevs som bra och i de områdensom upplevs som sämre samt svar på varför kunderna inte använderrekrytering i samma utsträckning som bemanning.TillvägagångssättIntervjuer med fyra av Arena Personals kunder genomfördes ochsammanställdes för att få en bild av hur de uppfattade Arena Personal.Resultatet av de viktigaste positiva och negativa aspekterna av ArenaPersonal presenterades utifrån de fyra områden som undersökningenutgick ifrån.

Thereafter the idea of place is looked into, its importance for the individual and how the own individual experience affects the experience of place. The climate at the labour-market in Sweden today means that students who have recently passed their examinations find it quite difficult to find work. The competetiveness calls for a strategy to find advantages in the employment process. The strategy explored in this thesis is called personal branding. We believe that by building a strong personal brand you can increase the possibilities to influence the decisions of those responsible for recruitments in our society. The question we ask ourselves in this essay is how to build a personal brand with the power to give students a competetive advantage in the employment process.
