Att vara ambulanssjuksköterska innebär ett stort ansvar som kräver goda kunskaper både praktiskt och teoretiskt inom flera olika områden. Eftersom det är relativt nytt att arbeta strukturellt i ledningsfunktionen har författarna valt att undersöka upplevelsen av att vara medicinskt ansvarig på skadeplats och vad som kan underlätta uppgiften. Studien bygger på kvalitativa intervjuer. Ambulanssjuksköterskorna förbereder sig på väg ut till patienten både praktiskt och mentalt och ställer höga krav framför allt på sig själva. I studien framkom att att ambulanssjuksköterskan generellt har ett bra samarbete med kollegan och övriga inom den egna organisationen.

Today there are commercially available databases with active features, i.e. active mechanisms are available for development of information systems. But the usage of active mechanisms is low in practice. This is due to the insufficient methodological support in analysis and design for developing ECA rule based software. It has been proposed that one of the most suitable ways to tackle this problem is not to develop new methods but to extend existing methodologies.In this thesis an extension of the Object Modeling Technique (OMT) is developed, called OMT-A, which is able to model active rules.

This master?s thesis describes the development of a model of the catalystsystem aiming at control by an MPC. A well functioning model, which is suitable in control purpose, is important while emission legislation become more and more hard to fulfill for the car manufacturers. Much research has been done in the field of physical modeling of the system, but in this work a linear adaptive time discrete ARX-model is developed and validated.The systems tendency to change its dynamic during usage implies that the model must be adaptive. The developed model proved to be well functioning and shows promising conditions for the MPC design.

In present-day situation many libraries use detectors so that they can be able to prevent attempts too take out books without registering them. The university library in Jonkoping is one of the libraries that have such a detector. But unfortunately it doesn?t always work correct and can also react on other things a part from books. This is a big problem since the library staff don?t have time to check all signals that comes from detector.

The purpose of this study has been to examine how the media presents policymakers from a gender perspective. We have made an analysis on the basis of genderdichotomies. We have studied images from the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet as well as the French newspaper Le Monde in order to achieve a greater understanding in which way the both medias contributes to the reproduction of gender in the media.The conclusion of the study has shown that the gender system is somewhat confirmed by the way in which men and women are presented in the medias. Men are presented with more traditional gender related associations than women who is shown in a more dynamic constellation, this is mostly evident in the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet..

This thesis work is executed at Business Unit Ericsson Test Environment (BETE), in Linköping. BETE is the department at Ericsson, which is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company's Operations Support System (OSS). Their management system was outdated and they wanted it to be updated and it also required new features. The database needed to be replaced and the data migrated to a new database without licensing costs. The system also needed a part where employees could manage existing users.As a programming language PHP was chosen for its dynamic possibilities, platform independence and good support for database intergration.

I denna rapport redovisas modellbyggande av ett aktivt stötdämpningssystem till en formulabil. Stötdämparna som har använts i modelleringsarbetet är av MR-teknologi (Magneto Rheological). Dämpningskaraktäristik för MR-dämparna har tagits fram genom tester samt databehandling med mjukvaran Matlab. Genom användandet av modellerings- och simuleringsprogrammet Dymola (Dynamic Modelling Laboratory) med dess olika komponentbibliotek har flera delmodeller skapats för stötdämpningssystemet. Dessa modeller är baserade på fysikaliska relationer och de sätts sedan samman till en hel modell av systemet.

This report describes a synchronous machine model with magnetic saturation in d-axis, neutralconnection and electrical exciter interface for the transient simulator PSCAD/EMTDC. It hasbeen designed and verified in comparison to the regular machine model in EMTDC.The performance of the model is very good when incorporating a linear as well as a saturatedmagnetising inductance. The dynamic deviation is only thousandths to ten thousandths perunit. By using a cubic interpolation of the saturation curve, the model gives a good representationof the saturation effect. The open source code implementation of the synchronousmachine model gives the possibility to easily adapt the model to specific requirements.The derived model makes it possible to simulate a synchronous machine with its excitationsystems, e.g.

När det gäller vuxna patienter, visar studier att Davanloos Intensiv dynamisk korttidsterapi(ISTDP) är evidensbaserad och effektiv vid flera sjukdomstillstånd. Medan det finns få bevisvarken för eller emot tillämpningen av ISTDP på barn och ungdomar, har en artikel skriven avLinda Gilbert (2004) fått författaren till föreliggande litteraturstudie att tro att det inte finns ettbättre val än att börja forska om tillämpningen av ISTDP tekniker på barn och ungdomar ochför att visa hur dessa tekniker skiljer sig från dem som används med vuxna. Dennalitteraturstudie är ett teoretiskt förslag för att använda ISTDP med fokus påmentaliseringsteorin inom ramen för BUP. När det gäller KBT leder internationellaforskningsresultat till nödvändigheten att fästa blicken på andra evidensbaserade metoderockså när det gäller behandlingar för barn och ungdomar med psykiska och psykosocialaproblem. Davanloos ISTDP är en sådan evidensbaserad metod.

A variety of demands have to be considered in the design of a new opera house in Galärvarvet. All possible viewpoints are important to be aware of, as is the need for the new building to be a contrast to the already existing opera house in Stockholm. The restricted site also makes a multitude of demands on the building's design.By rationalizing the layout and structure and also by making the footprint smaller, the complex building of over 30 000 square meters can be fitted and blended into the existing physical context. Unlike the existing opera house in Stockholm, the new opera house shows the rationality and the advanced technology that lies behind the scenes and becomes the character of the entire building. Through the dynamic façade, the new opera can convey any character it so desires, just like scenes do through different settings.

Numerical simulations play a vital role in both static and dynamic stability assessment of electric power systems and the foreseeing of voltage collapse. Simulations performed by Svenska Kraftnät(SvK) are mainly done in the specialized voltage collapse predicting software tool, SPICA and the more all?purpose software tool, ARISTO.The grid operators at SvK use SPICA to predict the maximum transfer limit at specified sections (in this report the section in concerns is the southern part of Sweden i.e. interface1 4). SPICA is mainly used as an online application by using actual states from the grid, these states update every quarter of an hour.This thesis is a continuation of the master thesis SPICA ? The purpose of this Bachelor?s thesis is to describe and analyze the implementation of Facebook in a public library. A case study consisting of qualitative interviews and studies of documents containing goals for the library has been conducted at a public library going through the process of implementing Facebook in their operations. The theoretical framework for this study consists of Everett M. Rogers?s stages of the innovation-decision process and his characteristics of innovations as perceived by individuals.

AbstractWhen the Swedish Centre Party, Centerpartiet, just before Christmas 2012 released a draft for new program of ideas a powerful "winter storm" broke out. Ideas that Centerpartiet would abolish compulsory schooling and the right to inheritance and allow polygamy are just a few of the things that cause alarm.It's not the first time during the last years the Centre Party is associated with neo-liberal elements in their party?s ideology. In 2007 Erik Ullenhag criticized Centerpartiet for their new neo-liberalism was a danger to the alliance.The aim of this study is to investigate whether it is possible to see a change in Centerpartiets ideology and how deep it is. From an idea analytical approach based on ideal types, created for social liberalism, neoliberalism and ecohumanism, the party programs from 2001 and 2013 are studied.

Det är vanligt förekommande att ambulanspersonal utsatts för hot och våld i samband med uppdraget enligt tidigare studier. Syftet med detta examensarbete var att undersöka förekomsten av hot och våld mot ambulanspersonal i en storstad och hur det påverkar arbetet. Datainsamling genomfördes med enkäter och analyserades med hjälp av statistikprogrammet SPSS version 19.0. Resultatet visade att hot och våld mot ambulanspersonal är vanligt förekommande i storstäder men att majoriteten av de som blivit utsatta inte fått några former av fysiska eller psykiska besvär efteråt. Ungefär hälften av de tillfrågade hade inte fått någon förebyggande utbildning gällande hot och våld på sin arbetsplats och det ambulanspersonalen främst efterfrågade var utbildning inom hot och våldsförebyggande åtgärder.
