ABB Motors är en av världens ledande tillverkare av lågspända växelströmsmotorer för industriellt bruk. Enheten i Västerås är uppdelad i två tillverkande enheter: Division Komponenter som tillverkar halvfabrikat och komponenter, samt Division Motor som monterar halvfabrikat och komponenter till motorer färdiga för leverans. Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att finna en lämplig metod för produktionsplanering av statorpaket vid Division Komponenter. Utifrån den bäst lämpade metoden skulle riktlinjer utarbetas för produktionsstyrning av maskingrupperna stansning och paketsvetsning. Målet har varit att finna riktlinjer för produktionsplanering som kan förbättra statorpakets-tillverkningen med avseende på lagernivåer, kapitalbindning och servicegrad.

Peab är ett av Sveriges största bygg- och anläggningsföretag. Division Väst är en del av Affärsområde Bygg och utför nybyggnationer och renoveringar i Västra Götaland och Värmland. Peab jobbar för att sänka byggkostnaderna för kunden genom kostnadseffektiviseringar i alla delar av byggprocessen. Som en del i detta arbete har företaget uppmärksammat inköpen. Idag saknar Peab en beräkningsmodell för totalkostnaden.

This report deals with the modeling of a part of the communication system based on the IEEE 802.11a standard which represents the next generation of wireless LAN with greater scalability, better interference immunity and significantly higher speed, up to 54 Mbps. 802.11a uses Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) where modulation is performed by an IFFT and the demodulation by an FFT. After modeling the FFT in Matlab and C, the FFT implementation has been validated using a soft microprocessor core by Xilinx (Microblaze) and the results were compared..

The aim of our study is to examine stepparents´experiences of their role in the new family, we also want to examine if the role as stepparent is affected to the role as a biological parent. Our study is based on six semi-structured interviews, with three stepmothers and three stepfathers.By using role theory and symbolic interactionism our results indicate the requirement of constant negotiation as well as acknowledging the need to consider the other familymembers, those you may not have chosen to live with.We can see that the Division of responsibility is governed by what is best for the family - to make life as easy as possible. It is clear that many stepparent lack guidance in what is expected of them in their new role; howeverr, they have been able to grow into it.  .

Aim: On the basis of the Swedish 2012 National Patient Survey and its open answers, study how patients experienced the quality of care during hospitalization in a surgical DivisionMethod: In this study, 306 patients' responses was compiled and analyzed by qualitative content analysis and reported descriptively in running text.Results: The way patients were treated by staff was experienced by respondents mainly as positive. The staffs? courteous and sympathetic attitudes were appreciated. The food that was served was described as substandard, distasteful and dull. The cleanliness of the hospital departments were reported to be inadequate, particularly in washrooms.

Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka elevernas strategier samt eventuella svårigheter och missuppfattningar med avseende på aritmetikkunskaper i åk 7 på en högstadieskola.Teoretisk referensram:Studien tar sin utgångspunkt i det postpositivistiska paradigmet och har både en kvantitativ med lösningsfrekvenser och en kvalitativ del med innehållsanalys. I det postpositivistiska paradigmet kan man använda sig av flera metoder (Denzin & Lincoln, 2011). Enligt Denzin och Lincoln är en av grundtankarna inom postpositivismen att vi aldrig kan förstå naturen helt och hållet, det finns alltid dolda faktorer som vi kanske inte kan upptäcka och detta utgör drivkraften för nya studier inom samma område. Grundidén med innehållsanalys är att kvantifiera någonting i texter utifrån ett speciellt syfte och som stöd för kvantifieringen kan intervjuerna användas (Bergström & Boréus, 2005).Metod: Undersökningen genomfördes i samtliga klasser i åk 7 på en skola och från denna grupp av elever valdes några elever ut för intervjuer. Den kvantitativa delen undersöker lösningsfrekvensen för de olika uppgifterna genom statistik över vilken typ av fel som eleverna gjort samt över hur många elever som har löst samtliga uppgifter inom ett räknesätt korrekt och vilken metod de har använt.

A qualitative content analysis of the depiction of women?s MMA in media is a study which focuses on how women?s MMA and Ronda Rousey as an individual athlete are portrayed in american internet based MMA media, with a gender research perspective. This study also investigates how the introduction of the first women?s Division in the UFC might have affected the depiction women?s MMA in media.The theoretical framework consists of gender theory concepts such as gender performativity, the man as norm, sports and masculinity.

The purpose with this essay is to study the public support givers view of the concept innovation and to study how the public support givers discuss and act around the Division of public support to entrepreneurs innovations. The purpose is further to describe if the Division of public support favour or not favour environmental innovations and to examine if the public support givers consider the industry for environmental innovations is profitable for the society?s economy.We have done several case studies where we have interviewed eight public support. Support givers in this essay are defined as public authorities and other organisations on local, national and/or international level that gives public support to innovations. Enligt Redelius (2002) blir barnen inslussade i föreningslivet vid allt tidigare åldrar och fotbollsföreningarna i Sverige blir viktiga aktörer för de verksamma ungdomarna. Syftet med den här uppsatsen är främst att studera attityder inom pojkfotbollen i Sverige. Med attityder menas här på vilket sätt olika föreningar bedriver sin pojkfotbollsverksamhet och hur ledarna står för dessa attityder i den dagliga verksamheten. En granskning sker huruvida det är en elitsatsning utan gränser som sker eller om leken står i centrum i ett sammanhang där alla som vill vara med är välkomna.

The Purpose of this essay is to seek an answer to whether or not a conflict exists between priests of the Assyrian Church, the Syrian Orthodox Church and the Coptic Church in contemporary Swedish society, as well as to examine the environment between the three. The theological dissimilarities will be studied (from a historical standpoint), along with the interviewed participants views on the Division in Christianity which will be presented also. I choose to interview six priests/chorbishops who live and work in Sweden, and the result was analyzed according to the senior professor of peace- and conflict, Peter Wallensteen?s theories on conflict and conflict resolution, where important issues are laid out to identify the core problem, and theological differences are discussed and compared from a union perspective.The result of the interviews illustrate a clear response that the participants experience a lack of functioning collaborations (from the Assyrians Church view, a collaboration is absent from the Syrian Orthodox Church and the Coptic Church, and vice versa) and most of the participants experience negative consequences from the divide in churches, as they strive for unity in Christianity as a whole. The theological differences between the churches proves not to be as significant as expected, the actual predicament lies partly in language-and phrase Division along with a general rejection of each other?s interpretations.
