A type of communication that also is expensive.The Swedish political party Feministiskt initiativ (Fi) have existed since 2005 and is not yet a part of the Swedish parliament. They have not been entitled to the economic support that is given to Swedish parties with more than 2,5 percent of the votes in the last two elections. As a result Fi is completely dependent on economic contributions.

Trade was assigned as a Community responsibility at the founding of the European Community in 1957. It was then recognized that Europe would achieve a greater international influence if it were to negotiate trade deals with one voice. Since then, the basic rule has been that the European Commission negotiates agreements on behalf of the EC, and presents the agreements negotiated for approval in the European Council. Today, the 25-member European Union is the largest trading power in the world, and most member states have decades of experience of coordinating their national trade interests into a common position. However, partly as a result of the complex nature of the trade decision-making processes it is sometimes problematic to identify who or what really influences EU trade policy.

This thesis is made on behalf of SCA's Forestry Division and is a comparison of two bucking simulation tools: Aptan (manufactured by Skogforsk) and Best/upr (from Berget Systemdesign). The data is based on 32 stands from SCA's forests in Norrbotten and Västerbotten. The objective is to compare the simulations created by the tools with the harvested volumes from those stands. Three variables are needed for the bucking simulation; these are the diameter distribution (at breast height), the relationship function between diameter and height, and the taper coefficients. The volumes of five different assortments from the stands are compared.

Fish-head pendants are one of the characteristic Gotlandic Late Iron Age artefacts. This object has been rather neglected and mainly considered as an insignificant embellishment, normally worn as a neck-collar and seen as an artefact include in the typical Gotlandic set of female jewellery.The fact that the fish-head pendant has a very long life span, which stretches from grave-finds in the Early Vendel Age to hoards in Viking Age as well as secondary usage as brooches in the Early Middle Ages, makes the artefact an excellent starting point for discussions on social practices and change through material culture. It's shown in this study that, contrary to previous beliefs, the normal usages for fish-head pendants is as solitary pendants and not as neck-collars. Neck-collars is shown to have an intricate relation to inhumations for young individuals, whereas solitary pendants are found in cremation deposits for adult individuals, something that relates to a fixed social practice mainly in the period 700-900 AD and that develops from the cremation funeral practice. This particular social practice relates to aspects of attraction and protection and continues in to the 10th century outside of funeral structures, which is shown by the composition of hoard-finds from the 10th century, but is totally absent when the pendants is given a secondary usage as brooches in the end of the 11th and beginning of the 12th century.

Frigoscandia Freezer AB have seen themselves as an entrepreneur company for a long time, but have lately begun to realise that they have to go against a more administrative era. With that insight they have begun to examine their enterprise in order to achieve this. The division Team Spare Parts has started a project with the intention of checking-up the inventory management, and improving it for the future. To get support for this and other point of views, they decided to let us do our exam thesis as a part of the project.The first part of the thesis deals with the appropriate inventory theory. All calculations in the other parts of the thesis have been based upon this.

Norra Djurgårdsstaden, en ny stadsdel i Stockholms innerstad, utvecklas av Fortum och ABB till ett "smart elnät". Det smarta elnätet i Norra Djurgårdsstaden kommer att bestå av den samling integrerade tekniska lösningar som ska möjliggöra att elnätet och dess abonnenter kan bidra till en hållbar utveckling samt anpassa elmarknaden till människors liv och ett optimalt utnyttjande av energi. Tillförlitlighet, energieffektivitet, förnybar elproduktion från vindkraft och solceller samt integration av elfordon är fokusområden för det smarta elnätet i Norra Djurgårdsstaden. Drift- och underhållskostnader för Fortum i Stockholms elnät är uppskattningsvis cirka 38 miljoner SEK. Det ligger därför ett stort intresse hos energibolag som Fortum att optimera och effektivisera underhållet av elnätet.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka huruvida de nya reglerna angående ränteavdragsbegränsningar är förenliga med EG-fördragets fria etableringsrätt och om reglerna inte anses vara det - huruvida en sådan inskränkning kan rättfärdigas.De nya reglerna avser en begränsning av avdragsrätten för ränteutgifter och gäller vid räntebetalningar mellan företag i intressegemenskap. Avdrag för ränteutgifter får göras under förutsättning att den inkomst som motsvarar ränteutgiften skulle ha beskattats med en skattesats som uppgår till minst tio procent (tio-procentsregeln) enligt lagstiftningen i den stat där det företag i intressegemenskapen som faktiskt har rätt till ränteinkomsterna hör hemma, om företaget bara skulle ha haft den inkomsten. Avdrag får även göras för ränteutgifter i de fall såväl förvärvet som den skuld som ligger till grund för ränteutgifterna är huvudsakligen affärsmässigt motiverade. Regeln är ett alternativ till tio-procentregeln och gäller därmed även i de fall ränteinkomsten inte beskattas med minst tio procent. This EEF-project is a part of a larger project at SLU, Division of Reproduction, Dept of Clinical Science, with the intention of developing and evaluating new methods for the assessment of stallion semen quality. Over the last 10 years there has been an increase in the use of artificial insemination with cooled semen in Swedish horse breeding. At the same time, foaling rates have decreased. This has lead to a need for new and better methods of assessing the quality of stallion semen. This EEF-project was based on an objective method to calculate motility, with QualispermTM, in fresh and cooled stallion semen, and after selection. Today sperm motility evaluation is mainly done subjectively by visual assessment with a light microscope, and the correlation between these motility results and fertility have varied.

Österbyverken is an industrial estate in Östhammars municipality in Uppland, Sweden. Many different activities have taken place on the estate the last 600 years. During the last 15 years both health and environmental studies have been made by different companies. At the most recent study a great increase of metals in Nerån, a river that runs partly through and partly next to the estate, was identified with mass balances. The purpose of this thesis is to accomplish a deepened study about the reasons for the increase of metals in Nerån.

Syfte och frågeställningar: Syftet var att genom en tvärsnittsstudie ta reda på om det fanns asymmetrier mellan dominant och icke-dominant ben hos skadefria kvinnliga fotbollsspelare gällande sagittal knälaxitet. Frågeställningar i studien var: Hur stor är den anteriora och posteriora knälaxiteten i dominant respektive icke-dominant ben uppmätt med KT-1000 vid belastningar på 20 lb, 30 lb samt vid ett manuellt maxtest i anterior riktning? Föreligger det någon sidoskillnad mellan dominant och icke-dominant ben gällande knälaxitet uppmätt med KT-1000 vid anteriora och posteriora belastningar på 20 lb, 30 lb samt vid ett manuellt maxtest i anterior riktning? Hur stor andel av deltagarna uppvisar en sidoskillnad av sagittal knälaxitet på ? 2 mm respektive ? 3 mm uppmätt med KT-1000 och hur är frekvensen fördelad mellan dominant och icke-dominant ben hos dessa?Metod: För att besvara syfte och frågeställningar genomfördes en tvärsnittsstudie där 56 kvinnliga fotbollsspelare inom division 1-2 deltog. In the beginning of the 21th century several successful companies filed for bankruptcy. These bankruptcies have been known as large accounting scandals and the largest scandals did Enron and Worldcom stand for. These bankruptcies arose without any warning signal from the auditors about the companies? financial problems and their inability to continue as a going concern. The bankruptcies damaged the reputation of auditors and broad criticism has developed at the auditors? inability to discover companies? financial problems and their unwillingness to reveal a going concern opinion in the audit report.

Det har förekommit en debatt i bland annat media de senaste åren om tillsatser och dess nytta eller risk inom livsmedelsindustrin. Det finns även undersökningar på att konsumenterna inte längre önskar tillsatser i livsmedlen. Därför har det på många företag inom livsmedelsbranschen påbörjats ett arbete för att se över de tillsatser som används och väga för och nackdelar mot varandra.Detta examensarbete är en del av ett sådant projekt som utförs på Lantmännen Food R&D tillsammans med Lantmännen Kronfågel. Kronfågel använder ett stabiliseringsämne i en av sina produkter, Salladskyckling, och detta examensarbete undersöker om denna kan tas bort eller bytas ut mot ett naturligt alternativ. Stabiliseringsämnet som används är difosfat (E 450) och trifosfat (E451) och har som uppgift att binda vatten i köttet.
