Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur Stockholms Prideparad representeras i Dagens Nyheter och Aftonbladet åren 1998, 2009 och 2013. Frågor som ställs är vilka diskurser som används i rapporteringen av paraden, samt vilken kunskap om sexualitet som reproduceras och genereras i artiklarna. Studien utgår från Michel Foucaults teorier om kunskap, makt och sexualitet; Norman Faircloughs diskursteori; samt queerteori. En kritisk diskursanalys enligt Faircloughs tredimensionella modell tillämpas på materialet som utgörs av sex stycken artiklar, en för varje tidningen och utvalt år. Analysen av artiklarna visar att de dominerande diskurserna i båda tidningarna var en event-/nöjesdiskurs som sammanfattar paraden.

Idrotten blir allt mer kommersialiserad och professionell. I takt med att klubbarna blir merprofessionella ställs även högre krav på marknadsföringsmässiga åtgärder. Begreppetidrottsmarknadsföring får en allt viktigare innebörd hos dagens elitidrottsklubbar. Den häruppsatsen tittar närmare på IF Elfsborg, Borås Basket och Borås Hockeysmarknadsföringsmässiga tillvägagångssätt vid genomförandet av en match.Syftet med uppsatsen är att skapa en ökad förståelse och beskriva vilka likheter och skillnadersom föreligger mellan de tre klubbarna marknadsföringsmässigt. Studiens mål är att ta reda påom det existerar några tydliga skillnader mellan de olika klubbarna och huruvida de anammattillgängliga idrottsmarknadsföringsteorier.Forskningsfrågan som formulerats lyder enligt följande, hur ser tillvägagångssättet ut gällandegenomförande av en idrottsmatch med en marknadsföringsmässig utgångspunkt? Våradelfrågor tar hänsyn till om klubbarnas storlek betyder något vid genomförandet av en match,samt vilka marknadsföringsmässiga medel som används.För att åstadkomma syftet med studien har tre stycken kvalitativa intervjuer ochmatchobservationer genomförts.

All patients, regardless of age and sex, with the need of immobilizing supposed fractures, were included.  Patients with suspected femur fracture, collum fracture, or where pre-hospital care was not possible or in question, was excluded.

The study is aimed at investigating the images of God, or how God is percepted, that is beingpresented in the artistic work of Ingmar Bergman, and how they differ from each other. The filmsthat are being analysed in this study is The seventh seal (1957), The Magician (1958), Through aglass darkly (1961), Winter light (1963), The Silence (1963), Persona (1965) and Cries andwhispers (1973).To examine the images of God that are being presented throughout the scope of the study Iam mainly using common cinematic theories that are presented in James Monacos How to read afilm (2000) and Louis Giannettis Understanding film(1993) which basically are structuralistapproaches to discussing film as a language and interpretation.I am studying each movie as it is presented to us, the viewers, and only speaking of the film.I am also looking into Ingmar Bergmans personal life, not to examine if he was a Christian believer,but for clues to interpret themes, characters and the event taking place in each of the films. Thestudy is investigating the series of films as a connected unity, a connected unity that explores therelationship of God and mankind as it is presented in the films.The result of the study is that the image of God presented in the films of Ingmar Bergman isa God that moves from the transcendent sphere to the immanent sphere, a God, or ?the Holy? thatover the years transforms into something materialistic. This new God, or holiness, is something thatexists in the interpersonal relations of mankind in the latter work of Ingmar Bergman..

Emulering och simulering omfattar ett brett spektrum av varierande tekniker på olika nivåer, som involverar både mjuk-, och hårdvaruparadigm. Denna rapport är utformad utifrån ett arkitekturellt perspektiv och ämnar att återge en kortfattad studie av ämnen relaterade till design av en generell referensarkitektur för emulatorer.Särskilt fokus har lagts på sammansättningen av de olika komponenter som vanligtvis utgör en emulator, och dessa ställs sedan i jämförelse med den arkitektur, skapad av Von-Neumann, som idag används i den moderna datorn.Målet är att identifiera de mest lämpade arkitekturella strategierna för att kunna uppnå kvalitetskrav som flexibilitet, generalitet och funktionell lämplighet. Vid skapandet av en prototyp görs en avvägning mellan olika tekniker, vilket resulterar i en hybrid mellan tidskritiska och händelsedrivna paradigm. Vidare jämförs befintliga arkitekturer där modularitet mellan komponenter visar sig vara en återkommande egenskap inom samtliga designer.Det viktigaste resultatet vi kom fram till är att en tillståndsmaskin ofta har en betydande roll inom händelsedrivna system. För den prototyp som designats resulterade detta i en tillståndsmaskin med svagt kopplade deltillstånd som tillsammans leder till aktivering av olika huvudtillstånd, något som går i linje med icke-Von Neumann-alternativ..

Background: Miscarriage is a common phenomenon in our society. It is reported that approximately 17 % of all pregnant women in Sweden go through a miscarriage every year. For many women miscarriage is a tumultuous life event that often has a deep emotional impact. Miscarriage is a subject that often is prohibited to talk about in our western society. Consequently this means that nurses have an important role in the emotional support for these women.

An increasing number of chemicals are being transported by ships along the Swedish coastline. Many of these chemicals may pose a threat to the environment. Accidents and spills are luckily rare, but nonetheless it is important to be prepared for a possible chemical spill. The Swedish Coast Guard is responsible for responding to chemical spills at sea, and has both equipment and trained personnel for the purpose. In order to prepare for a possible accident one also needs to know what is currently being transported at sea.

The aim of this paper is to clarify the up till now somewhat shady definition of legitimacy, and to investigate what happens to this concept when it is transferred from the boundaries of the nation state to the realms of the international arena. By creating a model of legitimacy from which an institution can be evaluated, the purpose of this paper is to investigate what legitimacy is and how important it is for the actors within the international society. The next step involves evaluating what makes the UN a legitimate institution and how its foundation is affected by the blatant disregard of its authority by one of its? most influential members.The theoretical framework consists of a summary of what contemporary analysts? views of legitimacy are, which I have incorporated into my own institutional model of legitimacy. The role of institutions is central to all aspects of this study.

The 1900s saw two incidents of states using their military in civil disorder situations, which resulted in the killing of unarmed citizens. May 14, 1931 in Ådalen, marks a significant part of Swedish history and its view of the use of military force.  On that day, a peaceful protest march escalated, which resulted in live firing by the military stationed there to uphold law and order. This resulted in the deaths of five civilians and the prohibition of the use of military force in incidents of civil disorder. In 1972 in Northern Ireland a similar event took place on January 30, which is commonly known as Bloody Sunday. The Troubles were raging and resulted in protests for civil rights by nationalists.

Media society is developing rapidly; the media?s more central role in our society means that their interpretations and portrayals of the world will have a greater impact on how we look at ourselves and our society.When Swedish Princess Estelle was born in February 2012 she was the first Swedish heir to be been born in what is known as ?the computer age?. This paper aims to examine the reporting of the birth of Princess Estelle and how it was conducted by Swedish news sites, from an ideological perspective. The study is based on qualitative method with ideational analysis and Norman Fairclough?s critical discourse analysis.In conclusion, the news sites portray a positive image of Princess Estelle?s birth and the Swedish monarchy and strengthen the status of the Crown Princess family.

Många av dagens elektroniska kalendrar och kalendersystem kan inte kommunicera med kalendrar och system av en annan typ, trots att de ofta använder sig av samma format för att beskriva händelser. Det är därför intressant att undersöka hur ett protokoll för kalenderkommunikation bör fungera och hur de förslag som idag utvecklas ser ut. Ett standardiserat kommunikationsprotokoll underlättar för användare eftersom de då har större frihet att själv välja mjukvara. Det underlättar även för utvecklare som kan undvika kostsamma misstag då de utvecklar applikationer till kalendersystem.Denna undersökning genomför en litteraturstudie av två potentiella kandidater till standard för kalenderkommunikation, CAP och CalDAV. Dessa två förslag undersöks och jämförs med avseendet att utvärdera kvalitén på design, säkerhet, prestanda, händelsehantering (event notification) och portbarhet.

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur intern kommunikation används som strategiskt verktyg i norska IKEAs Corporate Social Responsibility arbete.Metod: I studien har kvalitativ metod tillämpats. Det empiriska materialet har samlats in genom personliga intervjuer. Dels med personal som ansvarar för kommunikationen av CSR och dels med personal som har andra arbetsuppgifter, exempelvis försäljning och kassaarbete. Materialet har kompletterats med observationer på varuhuset och och studium av styrdokument.Slutsatser: Personalen är överlag positiv till IKEAs CSR-arbete men har olika attityder till CSR, alla håller inte med de ansvariga för CSR om att både samhället och IKEA tjänar på att IKEA tar ansvar. Den viktigaste informationskanalen för internkommunikation av CSR tycks vara event marketing och kampanjer.

During later years coaching has gained popularity. Coaching offers help to learn rather than to teach and enables optimal performance. A coaching area steadily increasing is business- and executive coaching. The overall purpose with this paper is to explain what coaching is generally speaking, with specific focus on business- and executive coaching.
