Research on psychosocial health in social work isn't developed enough. Instead, there's much more research on psychosocial unhealth. What about social workers, the unhealth is often related to the situation at work and the work environment.The aim of this study was to "during interviews understand the factors which social workers experience as important to maintain their own psychosocial health in the life situations". With hermeneutic method the particular interest was directed on how the participants experienced and explained their psychosocial health on the basis of their life situations, and the results was analyzed with Antonovsky's (1991/2005) perspective directed on health and Sense of Coherence (SOC). In the study, we used a qualitative form of interviews which allowed our participants to answer with their own words and from how they interpreted the questions.

Examensarbetet handlar om på vilka sätt sju förskollärare dokumenterar barns lärprocesser i den dagliga verksamheten, för att främja en fortsatt verksamhetsutveckling. Kvalitativa intervjuer har använts som metod för att undersöka på vilka sätt förskollärare säger att de dokumenterar i den dagliga verksamheten samt på vilka vis de anser att dokumentationsarbetet påverkar utvecklingen av verksamheten.Sedan 1930-talet har det i förskolan funnits ett starkt intresse att observera och dokumentera barns utveckling och lärande. Denna typ av dokumentation har sin grund i utvecklingspsykologin. Detta har medfört att förskollärare utifrån färdiga mallar främst observerat och dokumenterat för att undersöka och bedöma barns utveckling, i förhållande till vad som ses normalt för deras ålder. Dokumentationsformen skiljer sig från pedagogisk dokumentation som härstammar från en stad i norra Italien som heter Reggio Emilia.

AbstractThe purpose of this essay is to study in what way teachers in preschool work with pupils enabling them to gain influence and involvement in their learning.Influence means being able to make your voice heard which is an important component of a democratic society. Involvement is about being part of a community in which everyone is welcomed regardless of beliefs and opinions. Several of today's researchers believe that learning occurs in interaction between people. Teachers providing meaningful assignments to pupils, they become more motivated to learn.The study is based on observations of how teachers work with influence and involvement in controlled sessions, and interpretations of them. My results show that children become involved in their learning when they are confronted with a variety of pedagogical approaches to learning.

Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka barns uppfattningar om förskolans regelverk sett ur barnens perspektiv. Vårt syfte kompletteras med frågeställningar om hur barn uppfattar regler, både de uttalade och outtalade, som finns på förskolan samt upplevelsen av att kunna påverka regelverket. Studien utgår från ett relationellt perspektiv och ur barns perspektiv. I tidigare forskning redogörs för relevant forskning och litteratur utifrån ämnesområdet. Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod med triangulering via observation och intervju för att belysa våra forskningsfrågor ur flera perspektiv.

The purpose of the survey was to find out how early childhood teachers work with the curriculum of I Ur och Skur with children between 1-3 years in the forest and how such educators are using the outdoor pedagogy in the forest environment in preschool.In order to answer the study's aim and objectives interviews were performed with six teachers in I Ur och Skur kindergartens.What emerged from this study is that forest excursions are a central part of the curriculum and is seen as their educational place. The teachers are working to create a feeling of security among the youngest children of enjoying the woods and also to raise an interest in the children. Natural materials are used during the forest stay and no other toys or materials.The results reveal that educators work to get the smallest children to use and develop their imagination at play and at the same time they are involved with the children in their discovery of the woods. With the smallest children in kindergarten it involves being on the level of children and as a teacher to have the flexibility to change the forest stay environment if needed..

The purpose of this study is to investigate how male and female is produced in the literary children?s literature that is found in a Municipal preschool. My issues are the following:Which sex dominates as a main character in the preschools literary books?What type of properties is attributed to the characters?What type of clothes is portrayed on the books characters?I performed a quantitative study of 136 children?s books. I used Maria Nikolajevas perceptions of stereotypical male and female properties to analyze my empirical data.

Inskolning i förskolan -med fokus på innehåll!Introduktion into preschool - with focus on content!Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka vilka faktorer som är viktigast för förskollärarna i val av inskolningsmetod. De inskolningsmetoder vi valt att undersöka är traditionell inskolningsmetod samt föräldraaktiv inskolningsmetod. Vi valde att intervjua åtta förskollärare vid den här studien, där samtliga hade lång erfarenhet av inskolningar med de yngsta barnen. Studien beskriver vad förskollärare anser är betydelsefullt i val av inskolningsmetod. Det framkom att pedagogerna valde att utgå från sin yrkeserfarenhet, och därtill mixa samman delar från den föräldraaktiva inskolningen samt från den traditionella inskolningen.

The purpose with this essay is to get a deeper insight into why there is a lack of male educators in Swedish preschools. I also want to know which role the male educators have in comparison to the female educators. This essay builds on four questions, which covers:The cause of the lack of males in Swedish preschoolsIf there are any gender bound expectations on male educators in the Swedish preschoolsWhat the woman educators perceive about the roles of the male educators in the Swedish preschoolsHow the male educator experience his own work in a workplace dominated by womenThe method I have used is a qualitative interview study in which I have interviewed four male educators and two woman educators from three different preschools. The result of this study shows that male educators gave different reasons to why there is a lack of male educators in Swedish childcare. According to the male educators the reason for this situation is that there is a worry to be seen as a feminine person, get singled out as a pedophile and that the childcare sector has low status.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka vad förskollärare anser om barnlitteraturens betydelse, hur barnboken används i verksamheten och hur detta kan kopplas till läroplanen. Undersökningen bygger på litteraturstudier och kvalitativa intervjuer. Undersökningsgruppen består av fem verksamma förskollärare, vars ålder och arbetserfarenhet varierar.Resultatet visar att pedagogerna främst använder barnlitteratur vid högläsningsstunder, då barnen ska vila. Lässtunden bearbetas genom samtal eller uppföljande aktiviteter. Även barnen använder litteraturen, då de på egen hand tittar och ?läser? i böckerna, enskilt eller tillsammans med andra.

Syftet med detta examensarbete var att underso?ka hur fo?rskolla?rare resonerar kring ett lekpedagogiskt arbetssa?tt och barns relationer. Fo?r att underso?ka detta valde jag att genomfo?ra min studie med hja?lp av intervjuer som metod. Denna studie syftar till att undersöka vilka vardagsföreställningar 4-5-åringar har kring naturvetenskapliga fenomen, i detta fall regn och vattnets kretslopp. Detta undersöktes med hjälp av individuella kvalitativa intervjuer, vilka videofilmades och transkriberades. Ett kodningsschema grundat på tidigare studier användes vid dataanalysen. Resultatet visar bland annat att flertalet av barnen, fem av sju, har en initial förståelse av vattnets kretslopp då de ofullständigt förklarar begreppen avdunstning respektive avrinning, samt att regn kommer från moln. Barnen förklarar även att det regnar på grund av att moln krockar, det blåser alternativt att Gud eller solen släpper regnet.

The purpose of this study is to create an understanding for marketing directors? viewabout how event marketing effect the company?s brand equity in four separatebusinesses. Our question formulation the study aims to answer is:How does event marketing effect the brand equity in international companies?We have chosen to perform a qualitative study with a semi structured research interviewto find out how event marketing as a marketing method, can be applied from theperspective of a marketing director in relation to our theoretical reference frame.To create structure and increase the understanding of our thesis, we will describe thebasics in brand and sponsorship theory, which will fall in to the marketing method ofevent marketing. Further we will describe the brand equity model that we will latermodify for our purpose.

 This essay is about how the educators can use the play as a tool to develop childrens social skills with eachother. The work is based on a qualitative study using a survey, where the educators can tell how they work within the play. I chose to use five different participants in my essay. All of them work in the same preschool, south of Stockholm.In this essay I have two questions. These two are:What do the educators tell about the importance of play for children's interaction?How do the educators tell how they work with the play to develop the children?s social interaction?Previous research shows that play gives the children opportunity to develop socially, emotionally, intellectually and physically.

Syftet med denna studie är att undesöka vilket matematiskt innehåll förskollärare synliggör vid användning av bilderboken Lilla nollan och dom andra. För att besvara studiens frågeställningar har både observationer och kvalitativa intervjuer använts. Två förskollärare från en förskola valdes ut. Barnen som deltog vid observationerna var 4-5 år gamla. Resultatet visar att förskollärarna synliggör ett brett matematiskt innehåll i den ovannämnda bilderboken.

Kindergarden - How can we create different synergies between different fields that they can benefit from each other? What different activities will suit the kindergarden? How will our perception of the kindergarden, of its need and function in society, change?In this Degree Project in Architecture I will be investigating the combination of the kindergarden together with a restaurant and a dance studio. I believe these activities will harmonize since they have overlapping benefits: We all eat, move and grow.With the new architectural activities in mind, I will further investigate the importance of the kindergarden as a part of society, more specifically our perception of what function it may, may not or could fill. I share the idea with a lot of authors, scientist that we are headed toward a society where children are kept too safe, thus minimising their chance to experience and learn to cope with a harsh reality when they grow up as adults.
