Return handling is often regarded as a slow and complex process. Studies have shown that it is not unusual for a return to cost up to nine times as much as a standard outbound delivery. An efficient return handling process is therefore essential to all competitive companies dealing with logistics. This report investigates, analyzes and gives suggestions on development with the purpose to improve the return handling process at LensLogistics AB in Kista, north of Stockholm, Sweden. The study has been conducted from a deliberately practical point of view in order to suggest improvement suggestions possible to implement and thereby change the entire return handling process.

The Church of Sweden has in recent years offered activities such as Christian deep medita-tion, mindfulness and health days. This may be a way for the Church of Sweden to reach the modern man who would not otherwise have come to the church, but there are critics who argue that new spirituality has made its entry in the Church of Sweden. The phenomenon of Christian deep meditation has become increasingly common in the Church of Sweden. In order to satisfy my curiosity about what a Christian deep meditation is, I decided to write an essay about this. My question is as follows: How important is Christian deep meditation as a religious practice in the Church of Sweden? This essay is a qualitative study and I have cho-sen to perform eight pieces of interviews, two of them are recorded.

I denna uppsats behandlar vi en form av illegal IT-användning, nedladdning av upphovsrättskyddat material via Internet. Undersökningen är koncentrerad till att undersöka om beteendet gällande nedladdning hos studenter förändrats till följd av den förändrade upphovsrättslagen som i juli 2005 trädde i kraft. Beteendet innebär om studenterna förändrat sin nedladdningsfrekvens och sitt tillvägagångssätt efter lagändringen jämfört med innan lagändringen samt vilka orsaker som ligger bakom det aktuella beteendet. Undersökningen genomfördes vid Örebro universitet.För att samla in data till denna undersökning gjordes en enkätundersökning som besvarades av 153 stycken individer. Data för att sammanställa inledning, frågeställning och syfte samlades i huvudsak in från artiklar och information som funnits via Internet.Det vi kom fram till i denna undersökning var att nedladdningsfrekvensen och antalet som fortfarande laddar ned är mindre efter lagändringen än det var innan.

The aim of this study is to analyze the construction of "Christian masculinity" during the modern era. This is made in opposition to earlier research that has claimed that masculinity could not be constructed religiously, that is, without at the same time being constructed as effeminate or anti-masculine.Using a wide variety of theoretical concepts - such as discourse analysis, class, secularisation, masculinity as constructed from countertypes, and finally masculinity as a homosocial construction - I analyze a free church in Sweden, the Scanian Missionary Society (Skånes Missionssällskap), during the period of ca 1939-1945 (the society was a district of the Swedish Covenant Church, or Svenska Missionsförbundet), in order to argue for the standpoint that masculinity, in fact, could be constructed religiously. This affects landscape planning mostly through environmentally hazardous transportation and heating of buildings. In environmental work, the term "Sustainable development" is often used. This term was coined in the Bruntland report in 1987. A number of frameworks have been developed to clarify the term and to remind the user about relevant aspects of sustainability.

Motsvarande skyldighet finns inte för icke-reglerade bolag, dessa kan dock frivilligt välja att presentera hållbarhetsinformation. Institutionell teori menar att organisationer inom en institution efterliknar varandra som ett reslutat av samhällets påtryckningar. Regeringens riktlinjer gällande en obligatorisk hållbarhetsredovisning för statliga bolag skulle på så sätt kunna resultera i en indirekt reglering av de icke-reglerade företagen. De undersökta bolagen i denna studie är det statliga bolaget Vattenfall AB samt de icke-reglerade bolagen E.ON Sverige AB, Tekniska Verken i Linköping AB och Mälarenergi AB.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka huruvida de fyra undersökningsföretagen kan ha påverkats av Regeringens riktlinjer för en obligatorisk hållbarhetsredovisning för statliga bolag.

Med utgångspunkt i den begränsade litteraturen, har information främst samlats genom en intervjuprocess med representanter från fastighetsbranschen. För att få ett brett perspektiv i ämnet, har representanter med olika befattningar, olika lång erfarenhet och med varierande utbildningar intervjuats. I studien görs avgränsningar om makrofaktorer, såsom konjunktursvängningar, ränteförändringar, finanskriser, låneinstitutens förändrade låneregler etc.

This paper attempts to display how five teachers of social studies use and relate to the policy documents and their instructions on gender. To penetrate the subject, five teachers were intreviewed. Each interview focused on how the curriculum attempts to guide teachers regarding gender, sex differences and equality of opportunity. The collected information was processed, analyzed and discussed using gender studies and discourse theory.The results show that the interpretation and usage of the curriculum is very subjective and varies greatly between all the interviewed teachers. Their personal interpretation proves to be crucial when it comes to making reality of the stated goals in the curriculum, concerning actively working towards equality of opportunity between sexes.

Today most ice rinks in Sweden use secondary refrigeration systems with a solution of calcium chloride and water as secondary refrigerant. Due to the large amount of energy such a system uses more efficient systems would be desired.An earlier study concluded in the possibilities of using carbon dioxide as secondary refrigerant with copper tubes as the loops in the ice rink. Since then 3 ice rink refrigeration systems has been built with carbon dioxide in copper tubes. Excluding the ones being direct involved in those projects there is still very little knowledge about how these system works. This study has been made primarily with the aim of adding to the knowledge concerning availability and cost and secondary to look at possibilities for improvement.A comparison between systems with carbon dioxide, calcium chloride respective ammonium solved in water has been made by using Decision Matrix.

The aim has been to see if physical education (PE) is more an arena for bullying than swedish language education, in a swedish urban school. Furthermore to get an insight in the students sense of exposure to bullying in the locker room and during PE class. In the purpose is also included to analyse the answers in a gender perspective.Questions are: Is PE to wider extent an arena for bullying compared to swedish language education? Is the students? opinion that they feel worried about being and changing clothes in the locker room due to other students bad intentions? Do the students think that boys and girls bully in different ways?The method used is a questionnaire answered by 69 students in seventh and eighth grade in Åsö compulsory school. Furthermore, interviews has been made with a boy, a girl at the school and a teacher in PE to get a deeper insight above the questionnaire.Results of the study showed that the students to a wide extent, 100 % of the girls (g) and 89 % of the boys (b) thought that bullying can look different between PE and swedish language class.

In the school subject of the natural sciences it is imperative that the students are given opportunities to ?talk science?, since the dialogues that occur in the classroom have a significant importance for the students? abilities to engage in meaning-making in their learning process. Hence, the student and teacher interaction in the classroom and the feedback given there play a significant role in the students? learning process. The aim of this study is to contribute to the development of formative assessment tools that can mediate the students? meaning-making in natural sciences subjects in upper-secondary school.

Syftet är att genom en litteraturgranskning av vetenskapligt publicerade forskningsartiklarundersöka vad peer-tutoring som en form av kooperativt lärande kan innebära för möjlighetentill social interaktion och lärande när elever med funktionsnedsättning inkluderas i enidrottsundervisningssituation. Många elever med funktionsnedsättning är inte inkluderade iidrottsundervisningen som de skulle önska, detta begränsar deras påverkansmöjlighet till godhälsa genom fysisk aktivitet. Kooperativt lärande och peer-tutoring har visat sig gemöjligheter till ökad social interaktion och lärande. Sökmetod: Tio vetenskapligt publiceradeartiklar granskades och tre återkommande områden kunde skönjas. Dessa var socialinteraktion, lärande hos eleverna och lärarens roll i undervisningssituationen.
