Den här uppsatsen är ett försök till att analysera ny digital och digitaliserad litteratur med hjälp utav medieteorier och intervjuer med lokala aktörer i det litterära produktionsfältet, först och främst förläggare. Jag har två mål med min avhandling: att ge en överblick över hur dagens digitala landskap ser ut och hur vi, både som kulturkonsumenter och -producenter kan förhålla oss till dessa nya medier när de är så pass abstrakta som de är idag..

Today, "the digital library" is the common way of describing a managed collection of information, with associated services, stored in digital formats and accessible over a network. Digital libraries have mainly been developed at research libraries, but during the last few years public libraries have started to offer similar services.The aim of this Master's thesis is to study how the Swedish public libraries plan to develop their digital libraries according to their mission statements, and in what way they have implemented them at their web sites. 21 public libraries, the largest in each Swedish county, were investigated.The library mission statements are investigated to find out in what terms the digital libraries are described and to what extent. The library websites are examined with respect to what kind of digital services are offered, to what extent they supplement or replace the physical library, and if there are new digital services not found in the physical library.In most mission statements the digital library is referred to in sweeping terms like "IT activities" and "new media". However, a few of the libraries clearly regard the digital library as an important part of the future operations, speaking of it in well defined and extensive terms.The public library websites are relatively homogeneous when it comes to services supplementing physical library activities, like web access to the library catalogue and links to other library catalogues.

I läroplanen Lpo 94 står det att förhållningssätten mellan flickor och pojkar skiljer sig ofta åt. Då detta har väckt mitt intresse vill jag undersöka om förhållningssätten skiljer sig åt mellan flickor och pojkar i teknikämnet. Studien innefattar och behandlar detta område..

Med tankar från pedagogen Montessori och filosoferna Platon och Baudrillard har detta arbete behandlat frågor om datorn och dess betydelse för en grafiker. Frågeställningen formulerades efter hand och lydde tillslut: ?Hur kan materia te sig i digital form?? Forskningen resulterade i en hypotes för hur digital materia skulle födas i datorn: genom att blanda två uppsättningar av data, såsom två genuppsättningar tillsammans skapar en ny organism. Under produktionen utvecklades därmed en metod för hur en grafiker ska kunna skapa tillsammans med en dator. Syftet är att ge andra grafiker ett nytt sätt att se på digital grafik.

Tillsynsrond är en stor del av arbetsgången, för driftpersonal, i maskinrummet på ett fartyg. Det tillhör det förebyggande underhåll som tillämpas ombord. Idag använd till största utbredningen en metod som innefattar en färdig rondlista som skrivs ut på papper för att sedan kunna användas av driftpersonal vid rondering. Utifrån detta undersöka en ny metod för rondering till sjöss. Syftet med arbetet var att undersöka hur en digital rond uppfattas av maskinbesättningen.

I detta examensarbete ville jag studera pedagogernas syn på teknik i förskolan. Tekniken behöver belysas och synliggöras i vardagen för att kunna skapa en grundförståelse för vad lärandet av teknik innebär. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vilken medvetenhet som yrkesverksamma pedagoger i förskolan har i teknikämnet och på vilket sätt pedagogernas innehållsmässiga kompetens kan påverka deras uppdrag i förhållande till barns lärande samt till läroplanen för förskolan. Vad, hur och varför arbetar man med teknik i förskolan? Denna studie fokuserar på förskolans arbete med läroplanens innehållsaspekter om teknik.

The aim of this studie is to describe, analyse and understand the benefits and disadvantages with using digital tools in education. In my qualitative method three primary school teachers were interviewed about how digital tools should be used in educational purposes, also what benefits/disadvantages they could see with the investment of digital tools in their school. I also did observations in two classrooms and interviewed a school politican to get a wider perspective. The collected information identifies that some benefits of using digital tools is the contribution to a more equivalent education, more opportunites for cooperations and that fewer pupils have to struggle with their fine motor skills when producing a text. Some of the disadvantages with using the tools is that they breaks sometimes, it´s easy to get dependent and if something happens (like power outage) it´s unusual that schools have a good an action plan.

This thesis deal with how seniors treat and view the digital world, what their information seeking process looks like and what they perceive as the major obstacles regarding the usage of IKT and the Internet. The experience of the seniors is put in relation to how Uppsala City Library is carrying out the task to increase digital participa-tion. This operation is part of the Digidel network which during the preceding year concluded their campaign Digidel2013 which aimed to render 500 000 new users digitally participant. Following the campaign Digidel published a report on how to further work to increase the digital participation derived from the experience gath-ered from Digidel2013. This report is discussed and put in relation to the proposed measures of Jan A.G.M.

Bitcoin is a digital currency that is used by people all around the world. The goal of this paper is to give an idea about how much trust there is in bitcoin among its users. This paper has used an online survey aimed at bitcoinusers and a content analysis to collect data about this trust.The conclusions show that there seems to be some trust in bitcoin as a technology and this is based on that the users have a good understanding about how bitcoin works. They also share their knowledge about bitcoin to people around them. The trust between people in the bitcoin network on the contrary doesn?t seem as high because certain technological properties hurt this trust.

Detta examensarbete behandlar flickors och pojkars intresse för teknik sett ur ett genusperspektiv. Syftet med arbetet var att identifiera om vi kunde påverka flickors och pojkars intresse för teknik med metoden Lärande cykeln, en konstruktivistisk arbetsmodell bestående av tre faser direkt beroende av varandra. Ett konstruktivistiskt synsätt innebär att lärandet är aktivt, dvs. att eleven själv konstruerar sin kunskap. För att utvärdera syftet har vi som metod valt att genomföra en enkätundersökning, detta för att få en generell bild av den utvalda populationen i undersökningen.

Introduktion: Modellanalys har traditionellt gjorts på fysiska gipsmodeller. Idag finns ny teknik som möjliggör framställning av digitala modeller utan behov av konventionella avtryck. Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka tillförlitligheten hos digitala modeller framställda med en intraoral scanner, patientupplevelsen och olika tidsaspekter förenade med tekniken. Metod: På ett urval av 20 vuxna personer gjordes både konventionell avtryckstagning och en intraoral scanning (TRIOS, 3Shape) av bettet för framställning av gipsmodeller och digitala modeller. Den kliniska tidsåtgången mättes och personerna besvarade ett frågeformulär gällande sin upplevelse av metoderna. Fyra observatörer diagnostiserade bettrelationer och utförde ortodontiska mätningar på gipsmodeller med ett skjutmått och digitala modeller med OrthoAnalyzer Orthodontics (3Shape, Danmark).

This project practise methods used in the interaction design discipline to develop a concept related to the Swedish Guinness World Records Magazine. This project is a challenge to accommodate both the users? and client?s needs. We focus on interaction and the experience, which is acquired through the use itself, and how to connect it to a theme from a client. The aim of this project is to create a meeting place for children where they can interact with technology.

Denna uppsats undersöker problematiken runt att integrera datakällor då analytics används för flerkanalig digital marknadsföring i större organisationer. Ansatsen är kritiskt och går emot bilden av analytics som både enkelt att implementera och använda för flerkanalig digital marknadsföring inom större organisationer. Uppsatsen visar på hur strukturer i större organisationer gör övergripande analytics för fler digitala kanaler problematiskt.Uppsatsen bygger på resultat från en observationsstudie som gjordes inom en större multinationell organisation och fokuserar på problematik som återfanns i två huvudsakliga projekt som genomfördes under tiden för studien..

In this project we have explored digital tools for service management on the bicycle paths of Malmö. This was done through the participation of citizens in order to attempt to discern how such interactions can be eased using a mobile app, as well as how this app can be designed in order to appear trustworthy with user friendly interactions. We have explored this field by using goal-oriented design through interviews, prototyping and user tests. We have created a digital prototype as a possible solution for how the interactions can be done. Throughout the process interviews were held and user tests with selected members of the user group. To explore the concepts we have used paper prototypes in order to establish the design and then defining the interactions with the help of a digital prototype. Finally we have concluded that a general app for bikers in the city would be functional and that a longer study in the effects of such an app would be interesting as a continuation of this work..
