Romsk identitet i förÀndring : nÄgra ungdomars digitala berÀttelser
This study concerns digital stories told by five young Romani students and one teacher from Roma Culture Class in Stockholm, Sweden. The theoretical framework draws from theories concerning identity, culture,Romanipe, the Romani value system and social semiotics. The material for the study is the digital stories that were analyzed qualitatively. The results show that the young Roma in the study demonstrate pride in their Romani background and culture, but also signs of changes and development in their culture. Some of the participants do not show external signs of Romani traditions, for example in the ways of dressing.
Den Digitala teknikens pÄverkan pÄ resebranschen och dess marknadsföring
The intention of this essay has been to investigate how the new digital technology has affected the tourism industry and marketing, as well as how travel agents and tour operators adapt to this. We also aimed to get a broader view of how the future might look like when it comes to marketing and virtual service landscapes. We decided to base our research according to these following four questions:? What affect travel agents? way of adoption to the technical development?? What purposes do the travel agents have for building up their virtual service landscape?? How much does the travel agents emphasize on digital marketing?? What can travel agents do to better adapt to the technological development in the future?We have chosen to use a qualitative research for this essay. The reason for choosing a qualitative research was to gain a wider understanding that would represent a big part of the changes of technology development.
Teachers? attitudes to digital texts and digital tools
Syftet med denna uppsats Àr att undersöka hur lÀrare förhÄller sig till digitala texter och digitala verktyg. LitteraturgenomgÄngen bestÄr av forskning som berör digitala texter, digitala verktyg, mediers betydelse för barns lÀrande och hur lÀrare förhÄller sig till dessa. En teoretisk utgÄngspunkt Àr det sociokulturella perspektivet pÄ lÀrande med centrala begrepp som literacypraktiker, multimodalitet, medieekologi och progressivism. VÄr undersökning bygger pÄ kvalitativa intervjuer med Ätta lÀrare och hur de förhÄller sig till digitala texter och digitala verktyg, utifrÄn frÄgor som berör arbetssÀtt, möjligheter/hinder och pÄverkan frÄn skolans styrdokument. I resultatet synliggörs fem olika förhÄllningssÀtt till digitala texter och digitala verktyg; digitala texter och digitala verktyg skapar bÄde möjligheter och hinder, digitala texter och digitala verktyg ger stöd, digitala texter och digitala verktyg öppnar fönster till elevers fritidsvÀrldar, traditionella skriv- och lÀspraktiker som normerande syn pÄ digitala texter och digitala verktyg samt Lgr 11 har inte förÀndrat nÄgot.
BerÀttelsens labyrinter : Interaktiv fiktion och dess narrativa aspekter
This essay examines the narrative aspect of interactive fiction. The study uses Janet H. Murrays analysis of the digital environment and the properties of it as procedural, participatory, spatial and encyclopedic. From this, her three characteristic pleasures in digital narratives - immersion, agency and transformation - are examined from the perspective of interactive fiction. The study also examines Nick Montforts analysis of interactive fiction as a potential narrative and a simulated world or environment.

VÄrt examensarbete innebar att skapa ett system för digital lagring av trafikolyckor som intrÀffat i Kiruna centralort. De dataprogram vi anvÀnde oss av var ESRI Arc-view, Microsoft Access och Excel. ArbetsgÄng: Vi anvÀnde oss av Kiruna kommuns databas över vÀgnamn som via en lÀnk kopplade ihop programmen Arc-view och Access. Alla vÀgnamn kommer dÀrmed att finnas tillgÀngliga i Access databasen. Digitala Verktyg i Byggbranschen: Utforska Behov och Utnyttja M?jligheter
The aim of this research was to gain a comprehensive understanding of how daily activities impact the organizational culture within the Swedish Police enforcement agency, Polismyndigheten. The study specifically explored the influence of the purported culture of silence on organizational culture. Employing a case study approach, data were collected with a qualitative method from a total of 15 individuals, including students and officials affiliated with Polismyndigheten. The findings were categorized into five distinct groups, revealing a noticeable gap between employees and management. Additionally, the study identified generational disparities and a lack of a clear set of core values.

Title: The transformation of news - an exploratory study of digital and analog news in the Swedish daily press.Author: Annika Arnell and Sofia AmanuelTutor: Lowe HedmanPurpose: This explorative thesis attempts to study if new ways of news production and distribution created by recent digitalization processes and technical development has different impacts and effects when the same news events is published in the same daily newspaper in a digital as compared to an analog platform.Method/Material: The method used is an explorative qualitative content analysis. The articles are divided into three levels: main news, middle-sized news and notes. The material consists of 40 news articles from two Swedish daily newspapers, with a divide of 20 news articles per newspaper.Main results: This study demonstrates that there are differences in how a news article is formed in a digital as compared to an analog platform. The differences show that main news events are presented in the exact same way on both platforms. The smaller notes show vast differences in all categories and are often fuller on the digital platform, leaving information such as context and previous events out in the printed newspaper.

The analysis was focused on the following subjects; Mathematics, Social science and Swedish. The aim with this analysis has been to create a summary in the field of information literacy and to define the fourth basic competence. The analysis were focused on and delimited by the following conceptions; information literacy, digital competence and the information search process. The sources of information has primarily been taken from the field of information literacy and statements from professionals in the fields of information literacy and education.
Ăppen tĂ€vling Filmfestivalens strategiska fördelar i en digitaliserad filmbransch
This paper investigates strategic opportunities for film festivals in a digital film business, with emphasis on Göteborg international film festival and the Swedish film industry. Using a theoretical framework of strategy analysis, the film value chain is examined with special regards to disruptive technology, and the film festival's unique resources are linked to industry structure. It is shown that relationships between actors and across sectors are crucial features of the film industry, and hence a network perspective is added to the theoretical framework. Barriers to entry are shown to be relatively low in all sectors except the cinema market, and it is proposed that film festival's could expand into digital distribution, taking advantage of brand strength, customer loyalty and knowledge of industry. The study adds to the mounting research on film festival practice and its significance for marketing and distribution in the film industry, and highlights the emergence of strategic openings in destabilized networks..

Abstrakt Produkten som jag har utvecklat Àr en mjukvarubaserad 3D-renderare. För att göra en sÄdan produkt Àr man tvungen att gÄ djupt in i omrÄdet 3D och utföra alla berÀkningar pÄ egen hand. Dessa tar annars grafikkortet hand om. Denna rapport förklarar varför jag har valt att göra en egen mjukvarubaserad 3D- renderare och vad den Àr för nÄgot och i vilka omrÄden den anvÀnds. HÀr förklaras Àven min syn pÄ programmering, digitala spel, vad programmering innebÀr för mig och hur min syn pÄ spel har pÄverkat mig med tiden.

Abstract  Cinematic time is the most complex of all: it is composed of public time (clock), personal time (experienced) and in addition, it can run backwards, be contingent, stored and (re)created. The present study examines some aspects of cinematic time, with special reference to the instant, the moment and the present. The strictly defined instant or moment does not exist. It is a passage between the past and the future and it is impossible to record on film or a photograph. One example is the moment of death, which is an abstraction with zero duration.
