Because of the increasing numbers of international tourist arrivals each year it is essential that tourist operators are aware of the impacts that tourism generate. Tourism affects the world in an environmental, social and economic way, positive but also in a negative way. To travel responsible and sustainable is therefore important, and operators have a responsibility in this subject.Because of this I wanted to look at how Swedish tourist operators manage responsible tourism, together with what amount of information their customers receive about this. To be able to study how operators work with this I conducted three interviews via email. The tourist operators were of different sizes and specializations to receive a more extensive result.

We wanted to see if predetermined factors like genetics also had an effect on the intention of generosity. There is a ratio between the index finger (2D) and ring finger (4D) that is determined by the levels of testosterone in the amniotic fluid and that have had some significant effect on personality attributes like musical and leadership skills. We wanted to see if that ratio had any effect on the intention of generosity. We experimentally examined a group of priest student and two groups of young handball players and let the groups answer a survey that included a sort of dictator game and we photo copied their hands to get their 2D:4D-ratio.

Förändringar på arbetsmarknaden har medfört att anställda i allt större utsträckning upplever anställningsotrygghet. Syftet med föreliggande studie är att undersöka huruvida autonomi, deltagande i beslutsfattande och arbetsrelaterat socialt stöd kan moderera sambandet mellan anställningsotrygghet och framtida psykisk ohälsa samt bristande arbetstrivsel. En enkät besvarades av 181 anställda på en revisionsfirma vid två tillfällen. Resultatet av hierarkiska regressionsanalyser indikerar att kvantitativ och kvalitativ anställningsotrygghet predicerar bristande arbetstrivsel och att kvalitativ anställningsotrygghet även predicerar psykisk ohälsa. The travel planner offers a wide range of functions and services for their targeted audience to find the fastest route between their current location and their destination. These functions are for example real time information on hold ups and malfunctions on different travel routes, and an interactive map of specific destinations so that the user can get a clear view of the area and nearby traffic stops. But how much does the average user care for these functions, and how often are they used on an average visit? What are the users? motivations when they visit the site? Earlier research suggested that there are services and functions on this website that are useful and well crafted, but that some people may not be aware of.
