Bakgrund: Stroke är en av de mest förekommande sjukdomarna i västvärlden och innefattar en stor grupp patienter. Poststroke Depression är den vanligaste komplikationen efter insjuknande i stroke och är underbehandlat och underdiagnostiserat. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur sjuksköterskor kan identifiera tidiga tecken på Depression hos patienter som överlevt stroke. Metoden som vi använt är en litteraturstudie med artikelgranskning. Analysen vi använt oss av är en innehållsanalys baserad på Graneheim och Lundmans (2003) beskrivning.

This study investigated the efficacy of a multicomponent cognitive?behavioral intervention of insomnia, CBT-I, for patients suffering from an anxiety disorder and/or a major depressive episode together with comorbid insomnia. In particular, the aim of the study was to evaluate whether anxiety and depressive symptoms declined as a function oftreatment for insomnia. After rigorous diagnostic procedures, 8 patients were treated in a multiple baseline design. Patients experienced clinically significant reductions in insomnia-, (57 %) depressive- (75 %) and anxiety symptoms (40 %).

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka skillnader i upplevelse av självkänsla, ångest och Depression samt att koppla det till prestation hos gymnasieelever. Studien granskar även genusskillnader. Datainsamlingen sker med ett eget instrument för bakgrundsvariabler samt med beprövade instrument för självkänsla, ångest och Depression. För att mäta elevernas prestation används elevers enskilda provresultat. Resultaten visar att det inte finns något samband mellan elevers grad av självkänsla, ångest och deras prestation.

Syfte: Syftet med studien var att kartlägga förekomst och undersöka samband mellan stress och Depression hos patienter som genomgått en hjärtinfarkt. Enkäterna Vardagslivets Stress och MADRS-S användes som mätinstrument.Resultat: Antalet inkluderade deltagare i studien var 20 stycken. Förekomsten av självskattad Depression uppgick till 5 % efter en hjärtinfarkt. Förekomst av självskattad stress sågs hos totalt 20 % av deltagarna, av dessa var det 5 % som hamnade i den högsta kategorin av stress.
