The question formulation for this work has been "is an ice-hockey audience influenced by music during time-outs in a game?". The method was to observe one period with Färjestads BK and Mora IK, but a recording was also made, together with a conversation with the arena DJ. From the recording, the audience reactions were graded from a given scale. The grades were compilated to a diagram that shows the audience reactions in relation to the time, from the first face-off to the final whistle.

Today's global market means that raw materials are sought and bought from all over the world. This creates an higher Demand for a well-functioning supply chain. In our thesis we have studied a large paper mill in northen Sweden which experiences issues with flow of raw material. Our aim has hence been to examine which aspects affect the flow of raw materials to the mill, and how these can be adressed using an IT-system. The question we sought to answer was; What factors are important to consider and how do these affect the ability of an IT-system which will support the flow of raw material at the paper mill? We have found that the problems are strongly connected to the low amount of information sharing between the mill and the suppliers.

This dissertation examines how creativity can be of benefit for the school. It discusses if there is a need or Demand for it and how the present situation is in Swedish schools. Defining creativity accurately is difficult but it is relevant to look at the environments that use creativity. There is a vast amount of literature that uses creativity and it varies to some extent. Creativity originates from meetings and combinations, both within and outside of the individual.

Mobile Arts have a technical platform for handling maps and community-featured Points of Interest in cellular phones, where the users themselves can share locations with other users either in groups or public. Development of the platform regarding network communication has been included in this paper. The work evaluates different feasible business models regarding packaging the platform as a commercial application and also faces issues users have when using the product. Even if users found maps and POI interesting and cool in cellulars, the technical difficulties and lack of product focus during beta testing, were present. Therefore, the writers recommendation is more development of the platform and using a business model where Mobile Arts deliver to existing communities.

In modern leadership research, leadership is often viewed as a social construction, and under this paradigm various researchers let the media play a central role in constructing leadership. Meanwhile, the question of how the media actors do this is left unanswered. We explore the question of how and why the media construct leadership, from the vantage point of the media actors themselves, and the conditions they work under. Different mechanisms for media construction of leadership are identified in previous research. Through interviews with business journalists at Veckans Affärer, we find recognition for some of the explanatory mechanisms: namely that personification of a CEO facilitates the work of journalists (and sells papers), that personal drama captures reader Demand, and that the CEO of a listed company consciously cultivates his or her personal parallel self.

The aim of this study is to illuminate factors in nurses´ work, which can cause a state of exhaustion called burn out. The results indicate that work related mental illness is a lengthy process that gives rise to both physical and psychical problems. These problems might lead to a state of burn out. However, several authors prefer to use expressions like exhaust syndrome or exhaust depression as they are criticising the concept of burn out. The study is a literature analysis of 11 scientific articles that have been scrutinized using the criterions presented by Polit et al (2001).

The aim for this literature study is to survey the affects of NIDCAP®-nursing. The literature study is based upon scientific articles.

This degree project is an investigation of solar cells and their ability to deliver electric power as well as reducing the need for cooling. The main object of interest is a BASE-X shelter. The shelter is purchased by the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration, FMV to be used for command and camp in the new force called Nordic Battlegroup, NBG. The Demand on the equipment is firstly that it should have a small weight to be easy to transport and handle and secondly to be easy to bring up fast. This increases the stress on the existing poles and for this reason the system for supplying the loads along the railway is to be removed from the poles and be replaced by some other system. This thesis is a study on a two-level low voltage (1 kV and 0.4 kV) electrical system with the aim to investigate if it can be an alternative to the system used today taking into account the voltages, fault currents and costs.In this thesis the following tasks have been performed:? Gathering of data? Description of basic theory? Loadow and fault current calculations of the system with MATLAB? Life Cycle Cost estimate of the system? Analysis and conclusions from the resultsThe results show that the new system can be an alternative to replace today's system. The simulations and calculations show that the voltage drop is at an acceptable level and that the fault currents are large enough to supply a safe disconnection if a fault occurs at the far end of the system..

The aim of this thesis is to investigate the electric solar potential on the Swedish island Gotland. The Gotlandic habitations have been divided into four house categories. For each category energy Demand, roof area, geographic orientation androof tilt have been decided. Solar radiation data have been collected from the Swedish solar radiation model STRÅNG (STRÅNG, 2012).The buildings characteristics and the solar radiation have been used as input values in common solar formulas, the solar potential for each building category have been summed up to a total electric solar potential for the region.The electric solar potential on Gotland was calculated to 242 GWh/year with solar data from 2010. Gotlands largest city, Visby, is marked as cultural heritage by UNESCO (UNESCO, 2012).

Anorexia nervosa is a severe and multifaceted eating disorder generally found in the female population. Throughout anorectic starvation relationship related conflicts revolving round power and autonomy are bound to happen. For that reason the most crucial part of treatment should be to build a trusting relationship.The aim of this study was to describe relationship promoting strategies a nurse can use during care of anorexia nervosa patients. This literature study derives from a qualitative analysis of scientific articles. The findings indicate on five different strategies a nurse can use during care of anorexia nervosa patients.

Structural changes on the grocery market usually take place when the consumer is persuaded to take on the more labourintense parts of the distributionprocess. Internettrade changes this by causing competition between the unpaid work done by consumers and the labor performed by employees. In this master thesis grocery shopping on the internet is analyzed in a economic perspective with focus on distribution, changing marketstructures, driving forces and the future potential of internet as a saleschannel. The main conclusions are that consumerDemand and the belief in electronic commerceas a costreducing mechanism as well as a powerful new marketing tool were the driving forces behind the fast growth of grocery shopping on the internet. Electronic commerce introduces a new model of distribution with changing roles for consumers and grocerychains.

Denna kvantitativa studie behandlar anställdas hälsa i förhållandetill krav-kontroll-stöd modellen. Studiens syfte är dels attundersöka hur krav, kontroll och stöd korrelerar med hälsa iarbetslivet. Vidare undersöks i vilken typ av arbetsbelastningsläge;aktiv, passiv, spänd eller avspänd, som den anställde skattar sinhälsa högst. Resultatet beräknades med hjälp avstatistikprogrammet SPSS och bygger på en enkätundersökning(N=137) som genomförts på arbetsplatser i tre svenska städer.Korrelationsanalyser, T-test och ANOVOR tillämpades. Resultatetvisade att höga krav korrelerade negativt med hälsa.

The production of cut flowers has diminished in Sweden and the remaining growers produce mainly in greenhouses. This situation could be changed if hardy, garden perennials suitable for Swedish conditions were to be used as cut flowers. A grower with suitable equipment as plastic tunnels or houses would be able to provide florists with an attractive assortment of perennials for cutting, during an extended selling period compared with the natural flowering period for these cultivars. This assortment would be based upon imported perennials already used by florists, but would also contain new products. To investigate the Demand for locally field grown perennials as cut flowers, an inquiry took place.
