SammanfattningI denna studie har vi undersökt hur barnen bemöts av pedagogerna i den fria leken på förskolan ur ett jämställt perspektiv. Vi har valt att fokusera på pedagogernas agerande gentemot barnen ur ett genusperspektiv, detta därför att det är ett aktuellt ämne som ofta debatteras i media och vi har ett stort intresse av ämnet. Könsroller är något som vi alla tidigt i livet ?tar på oss?. Barnen i vår omgivning blir påverkade av oss vuxna som finns i deras närhet.Den metod vi använt oss av i studien har varit av kvalitativ sort.

Detta examensarbete ?r en litteratur?versikt. Litteraturstudiens syfte ?r att unders?ka hur forskningen beskriver dansl?rares ledarskapskompetens och dess betydelse f?r det pedagogiska arbetet med att fr?mja elevers kunskapsutveckling och motivation f?r att n? kunskapsm?len. Studien behandlar ocks? vilka pedagogiska metoder som l?rare kan anv?nda f?r att fr?mja elevers kunskapsutveckling och motivation samtidigt som l?raren s?kerst?ller att kunskapsm?len uppn?s.

Bakgrund: I takt med att psykisk ohälsa ökar, ökar även antal personer med självskadebeteende. Självskadebeteendet ses som ett negativt fenomen i samhället och därför upplever personer med självskadebeteende att de blir illa behandlade inom vården. Sjukvården upplever patienter med självskadebeteende som den besvärligaste patientgruppen. Sjuksköterskor önskar att föräldrar är delaktiga i barnets vård. Det kan bli en tvist när barnet själv inte vill att föräldrarna är delaktiga, vilket sjuksköterskorna upplever som svårt.Syfte: Syftet var att belysa föräldrars upplevelse att leva med ett barn med självskadandebeteende.Metod: Uppsatsen är en litteraturöversikt som involverar tio vetenskapliga artiklar.

This paper presents the results of a study of dyscalculia. It is a retrospective archival study implemented with a deductive approach. On the basis of established research and theory 18 analytical categories were formulated, before a deductive thematic analysis of empirical material, consisting of journal data of 17 students investigated for dyscalculia, 14 girls (82.4%) and 3 boys (17.6%).The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the concepts formulated in research on dyscalculia and actual mathematical difficulties as those found in practice of students at school.All pupils had early and long-term difficulties with mathematics, while not showing any difficulties in other subjects. Most have had an unsatisfactory learning environment. All had normal intelligence but difficulty with certain cognitive, self-regulatory and linguistic features.

Bakgrund: Studier har visat att sjuksköterskor hade bristande kunskap om psykisk hälsa, bristande färdigheter att vårda patienter med självskadebeteende och få eller inga möjligheter att utveckla dessa färdigheter. Sjuksköterskor ansåg att det fanns behov av utbildning och träning inom detta område. Ett holistiskt synsätt innebar att sjuksköterskor ser patienten ur alla perspektiv. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva hur interventioner påverkar sjuksköterskors bemötande av självskadande och suicidala patienter inom somatisk sjukvård, samt att översiktligt beskriva vilka interventioner som använts. Metod: Litteratursökning gjordes i databaserna PubMed och PsycINFO.

The aim of this study was to analyze society's efforts for girls who are victims of honorrelatedviolence and oppression. More specifically its aim was to examine what efforts thesociety can offer girls who are exposed to honor-related violence and oppression, and howsocial services and shelters cooperate on issues of honor. We have chosen to focus on girlswho are victims of honor-related violence, but we are aware that even boys and men face thisproblem. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach through interviews. Tocomplete the study we have conducted eight interviews throughout Sweden.

The purpose of my work is to find out if and in which way dance in school teaching can contribute to a positive development of the pupil and also if the dance can give the pupil a better self-confidence. It?s important and useful to know, how dance will influence the pupil from a physical, psychological and social point of view.The study of litterature describes opinions and theories based on the issue and emanate from the three classifications applicable to the pupil development through dance: physically, psychologically and socially. With help of theories from different experts investigates, if a continuous dance teaching in the subject Athletics and Health can contribute to a positive development of the pupil these different aspects.As the empiric study I chose to interview pupils both from the ordinary comprehensive school classes and the aesthetical gymnasium line, in order to find out what they really think about dance and what they wish should be included of dance in the subject Athletics and Health.The interest of dance can be strongly connected to different music stiles, in this connection one can for sure get more pupils and especially boys to dare to try dance and through this improve their self-confidence.In my discussion and conclusion I bring up how important it is, that the pupil in dance get to learn how to work with it´s body as means of expression and the importance that the school gives priority to other than intellectual qualities and gives the pupil a chance to be able to develop and learn how to use it?s body language by dance.I also touch thoughts of future research..

There is a combination of old methods like female infanticide and new technologies, which make selective abortion possible. The strong practices of dowry transform daughters to economical burdens to their parents. They face mortal danger before, at and after birth. The aim of the study is to elucidate and analyze newcomer students´ experiences of the Language Introduction Program, in more detail, how the students describe their time at the program and how experiences could differ between girls and boys. Finally, the study examines how the program, according to the students, can be significant for their future. The analysis of the students´ dictums is based on the perspective of intercultural education. To answer the study´s aim and research questions, the investigation consists of eight semi-structured interviews with students who are studying at the Language Introduction Program at an upper secondary school in Uppsala.The results show that the main advantages with studying at the Language Introduction Program are, according to the students, that they learn the Swedish language and that they meet students with several cultural backgrounds. The main disadvantages that were noted were that the Language Introduction Program takes a long time to finish, and furthermore, the contact with the students at the other programs at the school is not enough.

The aim of this study was to get insight into refugee children?s perception about experience of the preparatory class, the transition to the ordinary class and the ordinary class. To get access to my informant?s perspective and also to get a more profound understanding of their experience, I oriented the study in a qualitative approach. This study will highlight the refugee children?s personal experiences and their point of view regarding the schools preparatory class, ordinary class, together with other pupils behaviour against them in the social interaction.

The main aim of this essay was to find out what kind of advantages and/or disadvantages giving marks in pupils order and behaviour can cause for their development of knowledge and emotional and social skills. We let teachers answer a questionnaire about giving marks in pupils order and behaviour. We have also interviewed one person that was involved to prepare the latest curriculum in 1994, Lpo 94, and they decided that Swedish teachers do not have the right competence to judge ones order or behaviour. We have also looked at different theories about: mark as motivation, mark as information, mark as control, self-fulfilling prophecy, emotional disorders and gender, with whom we analyse the fact to give marks in order and behaviour.What we can establish is that giving marks in pupils order and behaviour seems to bring more disadvantages than advantages. Boys mature later than girls and have there for, in general, not as good behaviour as the girls have in the classroom.

The aim of this study was to investigate how the process of implementing a quality management system for food safety was handled in four different food producing companies in Sweden. The aim was also to analyze what difficulties the companies face and the possibilities that arise when certified. Furthermore, the reason for implementation was discussed as well as the main expectations on the certificate. Implementing a quality management system is a good way of ensuring the quality and hygiene of the food production and it also increases the traceability of food products through the whole food chain. A food safety standard provides a method of preventing problems and crisis and it can also help to handle requirements from authorities, the market and others.

This master thesis is based on the sociocultural perspective. A qualitative research study was conducted to investigate children's attitudes towards reading, texts and libraries.The theoretical background is constituted by ideas from the new sociology of childhood, literacy-studies and reader-response theory.The study was conducted with 23 children, 13 girls and 10 boys, participating in focus groups.The results of the study reveal that children's literacy-activities in school are strongly influenced and limited by adults. Children's interest in pictures and non-fiction-reading do not correspond to the school institution that favors traditional media and fiction. The study also reveals a gender division between children's literacy-activities that tends to grow with age. All the children in the study regard libraries as book-houses and wished for libraries that combine activity and serenity.The thesis shows the importance of being aware of, and engage in, children's reading-interests and reading-practices if the reading stimulating activities in schools and libraries are to be successful.
