Background: Isolation care may be necessary when a patient is carrying infection or is being inflicted with disease that causes Deficit immune system. Being isolated means that the patient is in a confined space and may stay only there. Even in ancient times, people discovered the importance of isolating people carrying an infection from the rest of society. According to the Infectious Diseases Act, patients should be isolated in order to reduce the spread of infection both from the patient to the surroundings as well as the opposite. Isolation care can be psychologically stressful for some patients.

The dog is unique in the way that the adult weight can vary 100 folds between the different breeds. Despite this, most of the breeds reach adult size before two years of age. For the large-breed dogs this means a very rapid growth when some of them can have a weight gain of up to 150 times their birth weight. Syfte: Att undersöka om det fanns något samband mellan behandling med centralstimulantia ochavvikande tillväxt hos barn och ungdomar med ADHD, samt att undersöka om eventuellt avvikandetillväxt hade något samband med ålder vid insättande, kön eller olika funktionshinder.Metod: 68 barn med ADHD som behandlats med centralstimulantia i minst två år inkluderades.Journalkopior inhämtades från Habiliteringen för barn och vuxna vid Uppsala läns landsting. Dessakopior innehöll barnens tillväxtkurvor, kön, diagnos och ålder. Kurvorna granskades med hjälp av enutformad granskningsmall. Barnens tillväxt jämfördes mellan åldergrupper, kön och olikafunktionshinder.Resultat: Vid behandlingsstart var åldersgrupperna 6-8 år samt 12-16 år signifikant tyngre ännormalpopulationen i samma åldersgrupper. Det fanns en signifikant skillnad mellan åldergrupperna ilängdavplaning efter ett års behandling, där fler barn i åldrarna 10-16 år avplanade än barn i åldrarna6-10 år.

Studiens syfte har varit att få insikt och kunskap om kvinnor med ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) och vilka upplevelser och erfarenheter dessa kvinnor bär med sig av arbetslivet, samt deras olika strategier i arbetssituationer. För att få ett ytterligare perspektiv på de berörda kvinnornas situation på arbetsmarknaden, har syftet med studien även varit att undersöka hur en rehabiliteringsaktör ser på kvinnornas situation samt vilka stödinsatser som finns för den berörda gruppen. Som blivande Studie- och yrkesvägledare bedömer vi studiens ämne som viktigt, då vi anser att dessa kvinnor ska få det stöd de kan tänkas behöva på arbetsmarknaden. Vi menar också att det är en viktig samhällsekonomisk fråga. Eftersom kvinnor med ADHD är en grupp som hittills inte fått samma utrymme i forskningen som män med ADHD är detta ämne i hög grad aktuellt och relevant.

Our work is based on a mathematics test which the students accomplished, interviews with student and teachers who are working on this program and the current literatures. The purposes of this work are to search the importance and the effect of the languages understanding in students learning of mathematic in the Individual high school curriculum. In total, sex students and three teachers took part in our study. Tow of the students is mother tongue language student and the remains are second language student. Our study should answer tow important questions:? Do the student in the Individual high school curriculum have the fundamental knowledge in mathematic?? How does the understanding of Swedish language effect in the understanding of the mathematic problems and in the students results in mathematic test?In order to answer those questions, the students have to complete a mathematic test that consists of four parts.

I will also analyze any strategic changes during this period, by using theories of realism, particularly Structure Realism and Rational Choice. Using the Rational Actor Model (RAM), I will analyze how nation states such as the United States act in the political arena in Turkey. The most common neuropsychiatric diagnose among children and adolescents in Swedish schools today is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Many of these pupils are in need of special support and it is therefore important that special teachers and special educational needs coordinators (SENCO:s) have the competence required to meet their needs. The purpose of this essay was to study special teacher and SENCO students? knowledge and attitudes regarding ADHD. This was done using a norm critical and gender perspective.

En person med Downs syndrom har totalt 47 kromosomer istället för människans vanliga 46 och bär på en extra kromosom 21. ADHD står för Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder vilket innebär uppmärksamhetsstörning, koncentrationssvårigheter och planeringssvårigheter, nedsatt arbetsminne samt dålig tidsuppfattning.Syfte: Att få större kunskap om hur föräldrar upplevde och reagerade, när de blev informerade om att deras barn har Downs syndrom eller ADHD. Med större kunskap ökar vår och andras förståelse och därmed möjlighet till förbättrade relationer till både föräldrar och barn.Metod: Examensskrivarna har intervjuat tre föräldrapar vars barn har fått diagnosen ADHD och två föräldrapar som fått barn med Downs syndrom. In this paper we have chosen to focus on social workers and their experiences of interacting with clients with neuropsychiatric disabilities, in example persons with ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), Asperger syndrome, autism and/or Tourette syndrome. The main purpose was to look into three areas: What knowledge do social workers mean that they need about neuropsychiatric disabilities and how can their needs of knowledge can be met? How do they experience the meeting with a person with neuropsychiatric disabilities? How does the cooperation function between authorities regarding persons with neuropsychiatric disabilities?Definition of the concept of disability and function from a historical perspective points out that the approach has changed over time. Previous research studies of the interaction in meeting between the client and the social worker shows that the social worker carries two faces, so called aspects. The first aspect is about help and care and the second aspect is about administrative functions.
