This led us to our research question: How can information be exchanged betweenactors in geographically diverse areas be categorized and encrypted so that it can be transportedover the internet without security or integrity deficiencies?To answer the question, there was a case study at a defense company.
Modellering och reglering av tvåarmad golfrobot
SammanfattningDetta examensarbete har utförts delvis på University of Florida i Gainesville, USA, och delvis på KTH i Stockholm, Sverige. Syftet med arbetet har varit att undersöka hur en pneumatiskt driven golfswings robot kan modelleras och automatiseras för att kunna konkurrera med existerande golfswings robotar som t.ex. Iron Byron. Fördelen med prototypen som byggts av studenter på University of Florida är att den har två armar vilket enligt Hunt och Wiens (2003) ger en mer realistisk och noggrann avbildning av en människas golfswing.I denna rapport beskrivs modellering, simulering och reglering av den pneumatiskt drivna golfswings robot som utvecklats på University of Florida. En kinematisk och en dynamisk modell har härletts enligt trigonometriska funktioner, respektive en metod av Kane och Levinson (1983) för härledning av dynamiska modeller.

Dimensional stability is an important aspect of fuel mechanical design and licensing of new fuel designs for nuclear power plants. Dimensional changes within the reactor can affect the safety margins against overheating of the cladding and the pellets, therefore it is crucial that the dimensional changes are kept to a minimum.The profits per produced kiloWatt hour continue to decrease for the Swedish nuclear power plants. Some reactors are even operated with a calculated loss. To reduce fuel costs and thereby improve the profit some reactors are operated with higher uranium enrichment, so that the assemblies can reach a higher average burnup. This increases the neutron fluence to the pellets, cladding an spacers.
Arbetsterapeuters kliniska resonemang om individer med stressrelaterad ohälsa
Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur arbetsterapeuter inom primärvården kliniskt resonerar om individer med stressrelaterad ohälsa. Sju arbetsterapeuter verksamma inom primärvården deltog i studien. Data samlades in genom semi-strukturerade intervjuer och insamlad data analyserades genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Analys av data resulterade i tre kategorier ?förändring av klientens livssituation mot en bättre balanserad vardag?, ?Underlätta förändring genom ett gott samarbete? samt ?yttre faktorers betydelse på arbetet?.

Då många företag vill skaffa sig marknadsandelar genom att leverera rätt produkt, vid rätt tid och för rätt kostnad har de börjat arbeta med Simuleringsdriven Konstruktion. Simuleringsdriven Konstruktion hjälper dem att genom ett iterativt arbetssätt hitta optimal konstruktion tidigt i NPD-processen och därigenom reducera tid och kostnad för produktutvecklingen.Många företag som sysslar med forskning och utveckling kräver idag mer av provutrustning än tidigare för att kunna kontrollera och möta ökande krav på produkter. Mer sofistikerad provutrustning behöver utvecklas för att möta ökade krav på produktprov. Krav så som säkerhet, kapacitet, tidseffektivitet, noggrannhet etc. Att även tid och kostnad för utveckling av provutrustning reduceras är viktigt.Detta examensarbete har syftat till att ta fram riktlinjer för effektivisering av arbetet med Simuleringsdriven Konstruktion i utvecklingsprocesser.
