The objective of the present study was to evaluate distillers? dried grains with solubles (DDGS) as a protein source to rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), by studying digestibility and growth measurements. One control diet, totally lacking DDGS, and three test diets were made containing 10 % (low), 31% (medium) and 51 % (high) DDGS respectively on dry matter (DM) basis. The control diet and the test diets were made to be as nutritionally equal as possible. Wheat bran was used to balance the fiber content of the diets.
De klarar sig alltid - en undersökning av svenska gymnasielärares syn på starka elever i ämnet matematik
Hösten 2006 genomförde vi en undersökning vars syfte var att utifrån ett lärarperspektiv se vad som görs för att stimulera starka elever i matematik. Denna undersökning genomfördes med hjälp av en enkät som via mail skickades till matematiklärare vid Nv-program. Frågorna som vi ville undersöka var hur lärarna identifierar de starka eleverna, hur de anpassar undervisningen efter deras behov, samt hur stor andel av eleverna som kommer att kunna bedriva studier vid högre läroverk. Resultatet av undersökningen visade på att en majoritet av lärarna har väldigt hög tilltro till sina elevers förmåga att bedriva studier vid universitet/högskola, att det är svårt att generellt säga vad som kännetecknar en stark elev och att det behövs mer grundliga undersökningar inom detta område, samt att starka elever oftast får jobba med fördjupningsuppgifter i sådant de redan har gått igenom eller att de får börja på högre kurser..

Tyvärr finns det ingen bra tjänst idag för att kunna kommunicera på något annats sätt än telefon och e-mail.För att skapa ett rikare sätt att kommunicera så skapade jag denna tjänst som gör det möjligt för användare att föra olika konversationer. För att öka säkerhet mellan både säljare och köpare har det skapats betygsättning och att användare registrerar personuppgifter för kontroll av den andra parten. Detta arbete har varit av stort eget intresse för att öka kommunikationsmöjligheterna mellan människor.De tekniker som jag använt har bestått av PHP ramverket Codeigniter som bygger på MVC.
En studie i psykosocial arbetsmiljö och kompetensförsörjning om och för chefer på Liseberg 2014
Syfte: Syftet är att på Liseberg undersöka chefernas psykosociala arbetsmiljö utifrån ett ledarskaps- och kompetensförsörjningsperspektiv.Metod: Kvantitativ metod, totalundersökning där 70 stycken enkäter skickades via mail till samtliga chefer på Liseberg, för bearbetning av data användes defgo-verktyg. Resultat: Majoriteten av Lisebergs chefer uppfattar att den psykosociala arbetsmiljön är god. De ger uttryck för att ha gott stöd från sina chefer och ett bra samspel med sina medarbetare. Trots denna positiva inställning uttrycker majoriteten av cheferna att de fått fler arbetsuppgifter och utökade ansvarsområden. Flertalet av cheferna uppger att man ofta eller nästan alltid behöver arbeta övertid för att hinna med sina arbetsuppgifter. Den akademiska utbildningsnivån bland Lisebergs chefer är betydligt lägre än i jämförelsestudien ISM13(Institutet för Stress Medicin rapport 13)..

Media has a big actuating power over the public opinion. The image of reality that media choose to reproduce will affect the recipient view of reality. The case about Thomas Quick and its associated news coverage has been used as an example to illustrate the problematization regarding media imag-es and media framing attempt. The purpose of this essay was to illuminate how daily and evening newspapers works with various framing methods.The theoretical framework for this essay will discuss the media framing theory and its ramification attribute framing theory. This laid the foundation for the research question.

SammanfattningDen ökade konkurrensen från globala företag ställer högre krav på att företag kan anpassa sig efter marknadernas förändringar samt leverera kvalité i de produkter som syftar att tillfredsställa kundernas behov. För att kunna säkerställa kundernas behov krävs kunskap om vad kunderna värdesätter. En metod för att undersöka detta är kategorisera en produkts attribut utifrån Kano modellen. Kano modellen menar att produktattribut bidrar på olika sätt när de finns inkluderade i en produkt. Vissa attribut bidrar starkt till kundtillfredsställelse, medan andra inte bidrar till kundtillfredsställelse.
Tailor-made : En studie om skräddarsydda produkter på internet
The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze how companies offering tailor made products on the internet, can work with their marketing and their customer relationships. The study will answer the purpose from a service management perspective and there will also be presented theories from an Electronic Commerce perspective.The starting point for this study was the qualitative method. The essay builds its empirical material from interviews with knowledgeable persons in the subject and the owner of the company whose products are tailor made and sold on the internet. It was conducted seven interviews, four of which were face-to-face, two conducted by mail and finally there was made a telephone interview.Conclusions have been drawn based on the empirical material and theory. The study has been able to identify three concepts that are central to this type of product: Site-building, customer involvement and promotion & relationship management..
Hur vårdbiträde anställda i en poolgrupp uppfattar sin arbetssituation
This is a qualitative study with the aim to find out how caregivers in a resourcegroup experince their work situation. We wanted to know how they where treated by the ordinary staff and what strains and possibilities they can encounter in their daily work. We used semistructured interviews to answer our questions.We found out that the ordinary staff of caregivers always treated the resourcegroup like one of them. A strain that the resourcegroup experienced was the shortage of time which sometimes resulted in that they felt stressful. The resourcegroup work on different floors each day, giving them a chance to see and learn new things.
"Hur fan kan man jobba som kriminalvårdare?": en studie i hur kriminalvårdare ser sin yrkesroll ur en psykosocial kontext
This analysis explores the psychosocial aspects in relationship to the occupational role as a correctional officer in Sweden. Historically prisons are hierarchically structured with a military organisation used as the basis for a role model. This military type structured organisation is designed to keep the prisoners under constant observation, thus providing direct authority and control by the prison guards over the prison inmates. Data obtained from investigations conducted by the Swedish Government indicate a direct link between the prisoners's living conditions and the prison employee's work duties and environment. The data strongly suggests that the work needs of prison guards have significant priority over the general work conditions of inmates, thus showing that the status for the occupational role was relatively low.

The aim of our research in this study, which has a qualitative attempt, is to investigate participation concerning to a few co-workers in the old-age care. The co-workers experience of participation and their definition of participation, and how participation is related to our different themes. Our themes are the present and wanted assumptions, to make participation possible. Further more does this study discuss participation in relation to the themes communication, competence education and to physical and psychic health. The method we used was primary semi-structured interviews and some observations.

This thesis has been conducted at Volvo Bussar ABunder a period of ten weeks. Within the organizationVolvo, the work is conducted with leaders and teamson every level; from production to top management.They have three tasks, besides executing their dailywork, they are expected to actively work on improvingtheir individual work as well as themselves as persons.The two latter are future value adding activities for theorganization. When doing so, however, it has beennoticed that they often lose the grasp of their dailywork. The question that consequently arises is whythis happens. Is it because of lack of time or it isbecause the co-workers do not have the competenceand simply do not know how they are to execute thethree tasks? Or, is it because the motivation to executethe three tasks is not enough? With this in regard, thestatement of issues for this bachelor thesis were thefollowing: how can the conditions for leaders and theteam be improved, in order for them to execute thesethree tasks.To find out why the execution of these threeassigments did not always succeed, the decision wastaken to conduct a survey and interview study in reallife and at the plants.

The aim of this essay is to examine how the Internet functions as a communication channel to Event Marketing. We have investigated what makes the Internet unique as a communication channel for events and how Internet has been used for event marketing. We have mapped fundamental theories within marketing, media, communications and human-computer interaction, which together describe event marketing. We have carried out case studies on two event-marketing projects where the Internet has played a major role. The first project was XCT which is a project developed by the company Eventum AB.

The purpose of this thesis was to describe how service producing IT- companies handles their internal marketing. We wanted to understand how management deal with internal marketing activities and how different companies create a working environment to encourage employees to motivation and well-being. To be able to find out we did a case study on a service producing IT-company. Two personal interviews were done with two of the managers. Our empirical research showed that the company used internal marketing on a daily basis.
