Statistics indicate an increase in online shopping. This indication could result in the loss of safety factors for the customer, for example the possibility to physically examine the product, interact with professional store personnel and try the product before purchase ? factors which all could support the customer in her choice of company and product. The purpose of this study is to increase the theoretical knowledge regarding strategies in the area of trust-development between customers and companies. We have chosen to investigate what strategies web based companies apply and how they are perceived by their customers.

Att framkalla ökad köpbenägenhet : Hur man ska investera

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vad företag bör investera i för att öka köpbenägenheten hos kunden. Uppsatsens bisyfte är även att undersöka vilka butikschefernas upplevda problem med franchisingkonceptet är vid investeringar i butikerna. Metod: I uppsatsen har det utförts en tvärsnittsundersökning på mikronivå. En enkätundersökning och tre intervjuer har utförts och det abduktiva tillvägagångssättet har fått vara utgångspunkten för undersökningen.Teori: Teorierna som har använts i uppsatsen är marknadsföringsmix, servqual, customer value och agentteorin. Empiri: Data som tagits fram till denna uppsats har varit till för att se butikschefernas syn på framtida investeringar och franchisingkonceptet och enkätundersökningen har resulterat i empiri kring vilka faktorer som påverkar kunderna.Resultat:       Företaget bör skräddarsy marknadsföringen för respektive butik, utifrån vilket kundsegment butiken har. Företaget bör investera i allt som ökar servicegraden, såsom investeringar i snabbare system och i kurser och samarbeten som bidrar till säkrare, kunnigare och trevligare personal.

Executive summary This master thesis was originally based on a specific assignment given to the authors from ABB Full Service, a unit specializing in providing maintenance outsourcing: ?How can ABB Full Service expand its offering of providing fundamental maintenance by seamlessly incorporating the business concept with competencies and solutions from other ABB divisions?? The academic issue was developed throughout the thesis, resulting in the following formulation: ?From an organizational perspective; how can service providers bring continuous added value to intra-organizational outsourcing partnerships?? Many of the key findings of this thesis are reflected in the issue. The term intra-organizational outsourcing is a proposed addition to the terminology in the academic discourse on outsourcing. The definition of the term is: ? Where an organization outsources a business process interlinked with the physical operations, requiring the service provider to take over a preexisting unit and its employees.This is an accurate description of the form of outsourcing that ABB Full Service is engaged in.

The difficulty of fully estimating and identifying the spread of the cost in the IT service department is increasing. As a result, firms tend to budget the business unit as a total cost rather than as a spread of defined costs. In order to deal with this challenge an ABC calculation will be applied. The main purpose with this MA thesis is to examine how visually impaired, disabled and people with dyslexia define service quality at the public library of Linköping. The method that has been used is focus group interviews. A focus group consists of four to eight people who are joined together, without knowing each other before, to discuss a certain subject. This study was performed using a qualitative method and includes six individual interviews with active duty officers within the Swedish armed forces.

Transportation represents 10-15 % of wood supply costs. It is therefore important to improve efficiency in the transport system to decrease these costs. The aim of this study is to map the timber vehicle routing processes used by a sample of timber hauling contractors and to identify possible links between the vehicle routing process and service and economic variables. The study was carried out at Södra Skog in autumn 2008. 15 timber hauling contractors were sampled and interviewed about their work with timber transports.
