Portfolio i perspektiv

Sammanfattning Med denna forskning har jag från olika perspektiv belyst portfolio som verktyg till aktivt lärande. Jag har också försökt förstå hur elever och pedagoger upplever varandras utveckling med portfolio som arbetssätt. Intressant har också varit vilka tankar och drivkrafter ligger bakom valet av portfoliometodiken. Genom frågor till skolledare och enkäter med elever och pedagoger i en portfolioskola har jag velat, med ett täckande perspektiv, bidra till tidigare forskningar. Jag använde mig av intervjufrågor till skolledare och enkäter av kvantitativ och kvalitativ karaktär för pedagoger och elever.

Rekrytering av kreatörer och portfolions betydelse : En enkätundersökning med femtio svenska kommunikationsbyråer

Inom kommunikationsbranschen råder det hög konkurrens om arbeten för både nyutexaminerade arbetssökande och de med erfarenhet. En viktig del i ansök-ningshandlingarna är en portfolio som visuellt visar personens kompetens och talang.Denna kvantitativa studie har genom en webbenkät med 50 byråer inom kom-munikationsbranschen undersökt hur de rekryterar ny personal samt deras per-spektiv kring portfolion i samband med detta. Studien har även syftat till att belysa skillnader i svaren beroende på byråernas storlek.Resultaten från enkäten visade att den vanligaste kanalen vid anställning inom kommunikationsbranschen är via personliga kontakter och att det är portfolions kvalité som väger tyngst vid anställning. Vid ansökan föredrog byråerna en digital portfolio men vid en arbetsintervju såg de helst en kombination av en fysisk och digital portfolio. Title: Inflation and Investments, with Focus on Inflation-linked Bonds.Investors face many types of risks when allocating assets in a portfolio, e.g. volatility and inflation risk. Inflation risk will mainly affect investments in the long perspective. This thesis will examine those risks that an investor is commonly exposed to when allocating assets in a portfolio and in particular inflation-linked risk and how to eliminate it. We examine the correlation between different assets and inflation to determine the assets? ability to hedge inflation risk.

Kundlojalitet i tjänsteföretag

Since companies have realised the importance of customer loyalty and since the service sector has gained higher significance in recent years, we found it interesting to study what leads to customer loyalty in service companies. The theories we have chosen to consider are customer loyalty, service quality, service guarantees, affinity marketing, loyalty programmes and customer clubs, the customer in focus and other factors that influences customer loyalty. To find out how service companies are working with cus- tomer loyalty, we have conducted a case study within three service companies. Our findings are that customer loyalty has a significant importance for the companies we studied. Quality and personnel were the factors we found had the greatest impact in service companies concerning customer loyalty.

Portfolio och elevers motivation. : En litteraturstudie gällande relationen mellan portfolio som arbetsmetod och elevers motivation

Syfte med denna studie har varit att studera relationen mellan motivation och portfolio, både digital och pappersbaserad. Samt att studera huruvida den ena metoden är mer motiverande för eleverna än den andra och hur relationen ser ut mellan portfolio och några av de sex utvalda motivationsteorierna som redogörs för i uppsatsen.Den metod som har använts i denna uppsats är forskningskonsumtion vilket innebär att resultatet är baserat på tidigare forskning inom de områden som berörs i denna uppsats, det vill säga motivation och portfolio. Utifrån dessa artiklar samt ytterligare litteratur har sedan en analys och diskussion gjorts för att undersöka relationen.Resultat som framkom i undersökningen visade att portfolio har en motiverande effekt för eleverna, framförallt den digitala portfolion, detta då den har flera tekniska fördelar jämfört med den pappersbaserade portfolion. Det framkom även att elevernas motivation i samband med portfolioarbetet visade en tydlig koppling till motivationsteorierna som tas upp i uppsatsen.Mina slutsatser av denna uppsats är att framförallt den digitala portfolion är en gynnsam metod att använda för att elevernas motivation ska öka. Dock bör teknologin i den digitala portfolion fortsätta utvecklas för att minska risken för tekniska problem.

Portfolio : - ur ett nyzeeländskt perspektiv

The purpose of this essay is to illustrate how and why teachers in New Zealand use portfoliosas a part of their teaching. The purpose is also to investigate if, and in that case how, a sociocultural perspective on learning can be shown through the work with portfolios. Toinvestigate this we have made a case study in New Zealand where we interviewed sixteachers. The result of the investigation shows that our teachers use portfolios in both asummative and a formative way. In a summative way to gather what the children have done inschool, and in a formative way to help the students to assess what they have done, how theyhave done it and what they are going to do next.

Portfolio som arbetsredskap i skolan. : En studie kring portfolio och dataprogrammet Portfolio Manager 2.

Portfoliometodik är idag ett känt begrepp, likaså digital elevportfolio. Båda dessa begrepp, och en av de programvaror som främst är utvecklade för att vara en aktiv digital elevportfolio, har en central roll i den här studien. Portfolio Manager 2, som programmet i fråga heter, är utvecklat i Sverige av svenska pedagoger.Studien har en kvantitativ ansats med enkäter som redskap. En köns- och specialpedagogisk betraktelsegrund fanns i studien, vilket också resulterade i nya pedagogiska rön.Studien är utförd i 5 klasser på 2 olika svenska skolor i slöjd, där samtliga elever gick i åk 5.Lärarenkäten var utformad så att den skulle kunna ge en bedömning av ?fenomenet? Jämförelsestudie mellan AP-fondernas Sverigeportföljer och storbankernas Sverigefonder 2002-2006

The first four AP-funds have a well-diversified Swedish portfolio, which is managed in similar way as the largest Swedish bank funds. Up until today, there has not been any comparable study that focuses specifically on this part of the AP-funds. Our aim is two-folded; First we will look at how well the AP-funds have managed their Swedish assets compared with Swedish funds of the four largest banks in Sweden during 2002-2006. This will be done by looking at some important key ratios and both absolute and active return. Secondly we will present a descriptive analysis of the management structure within the respective organisations, to be able to draw conclusions regarding the possible deviations in investment return.

When ideas from the private market is transferred to the public sector, for example to regard citizens as cus-tomer. Central in this paper is the use of term customer in the Swedish public sec-tor. There are two questions in the paper; which possibilities has a disappointed customer to effect the public sector, and what may happen with democracy, the common good, when the citizen becomes a customer?To answer the questions I study two different cases, Svedala kommun and the tax department, Skatteverket.

The aim of this thesis is to describe how service companies through adjustment of the customer?s zone of tolerance can influence customer?s perception of the service during the processes of service delivery and create customer satisfaction. The method used was case study approach utilizing personal interviews, which were conducted at two service companies. The study showed that the aspects of the service that have greatest importance for the customer?s assessment of the service and customer satisfaction among others are personal treatment and that personel behave in the way that makes the customer feel itself taken good care of and unique.

The Emerging Pricing Capability

The purpose of this thesis is to try to understand, with the help of existing theories and empirical findings, the parameters which are of importance in the development of the pricing capability. We have used a qualitative and abductive methodology approach. The empirical findings have been collected via semi-structured interviews which we have conducted via personal and telephone interviews. Seeing pricing as a capability within the company our theoretical framework mainly consists of the resource-based view and an article explaining and given proof how pricing can be seen as a capability. We also describe the most used pricing strategy today within business-to-business companies, the cost plus strategy.

Are there any differences in the use of Best of Breed-based and ERP-based CRM system?In this study, we have chosen to carry out interviews and quantitative surveys with manufacturing companies to get their view of CRM-systems.

BOHICA (Bend Over Here It Comes Again) : kan ledningen undvika BOHICA syndromet vid en omorganisation?: en fallstudie i en sydsvensk sparbank.

This essay is about how the company management should prepare to avoid BOHICA syndrome to develop from a reorganisation. BOHICA syndrome is a cynical attitude, acquired by recurrent disappointments from, for example reorganisations. If the company management is attentive and identifies and addresses such disappointments, BOHICA syndrome can prohibit the possibilities in future to work efficiently and profitably in the company. BOHICA syndrome are thus by extension a threat to the company?s survival.
