Bakgrund: Att ge egenvårdsråd är en del av distriktssköterskans/sjuksköterskansomvårdnadsarbete i telefonrådgivning på vårdcentral. Att arbeta med telefonrådgivningupplevs självständigt och stimulerande men också svårt då DSK/SSK känner sigutlämnade pga. det ansvar och den kompetens som krävs. DSK/SSK stöter ibland påmotstånd när de förmedlar egenvårdsråd. Patienterna vill inte alltid ta emot råd som gesvilket kan utgöra en belastning för DSK/SSK.Syfte: Syftet med studien var att beskrivaDSK/SSK erfarenheter av motstånd mot egenvårdsråd i samband medtelefonrådgivning.Metod: Studien genomfördes som en kvalitativ intervjustudie.

Metod/Method: Semistrukturerade intervjuer har genomförts med kommunchefen, personalchefen, fyra medarbetare och en facklig representant i Sala kommun. Materialet från intervjuerna analyserades sedan bland annat med hjälp av två av Morgans organisationsmetaforer, Kotters 8 steg, agil projektledning och Derbys tidigare forskning inom området./ Semi-structured interviews have been conducted with the local head of government, the human resource manager, four employees and a union member in Sala kommun. The material from the interviews was then analyzed with help from Morgans organizational metaphors, Kotters 8 step, agile project management and Derbys earlier research on the area. Slutsatser/Results: En organisationsförändring enligt agil projektledning innebar att de teoretiska rekommendationerna för hur en organisationsförändring ska genomföras följdes. Att personalen gjordes delaktig i förändringen gjorde att motståndet mot organisationsförändringen kunde minimeras vilket var den största fördelen. De nackdelar som fanns med en agil projektledning vid organisationsförändringen var i princip obefintliga i jämförelse med fördelarna./ Organizational change according to agile project management made sure that the presented theoretical recommendations on how to succeed with organizational change were followed.

This Degree project is a study about the Mortgage Cap, introduced in October of 2010, and its impact on the demand for rented apartments. The mortgage cap was introduced to decrease the households? loan-to-value ratio and thereby increase their economical resistance during times of financial instability.The past ten years Swedish households have continuously increased their average loan-to-value ratio. In an attempt prevent this negative development Finansinspektionen introduced a mortgage cap stating that banks should no longer grant mortgages corresponding to more than 85 percent of the property?s market value.In order to answer the main question two methods were used both a survey and two interviews.

Utvecklingen bygger på två kopplade differentialekvationer som under arbetets gång anpassats och implementerats i turbinmodellen.Modellen beskriver hur vattenflöde och turbinmoment påverkas av avvikelsen från den optimala kombineringskurvan för vinklarna på turbinens ledskena och löphjul, och är anpassad för ett referensaggregat med tillgängliga provdata. Även övriga enheter i vattenkraftaggregatet modelleras och sätts samman med frekvensregulator och elnät för att simulera aggregatets reglerstabilitet i önätsdrift.Verifieringen av turbinmodellen sker genom försök att återskapa de befintliga verkningsgradskurvorna med hjälp av modellen. Resultatet visar en god följning av de verkliga kurvformerna, dock med något lägre maximal verkningsgrad.Verifieringen av önätmodellen sker genom att prova stabiliteten i nätfrekvens och turbineffekt vid stegpålastningar. Globally the quail production is very small, except in China where it is the second largest poultry industry. The production globally is small despite the quail's rapid growth, early sexual maturity and its high feed efficiency. The quail is also used as a laboratory animal and can be reared to be released in hunting areas.

This study investigated the possibility of implementing three standards, Transistion Minimized Differential Signaling (TMDS) and two versions of Stub Series Terminated Logic (SSTL), for inter-chip communication in a specific manufacturing process. The two SSTL standards were implemented in one transceiver system while TMDS was implemented in a separate system. The evaluation was done with Spice simulations on schematic level with some parasitic capacitance and resistance. The idea was to investigate the possibility of implementing these standards and get an idea of eventual shortcomings. In order to create models as a basis for evaluation, simulation environments with models for circuit board and packages were created and transmitters and receivers were designed.
