This study examines work relations on a real estate agency. My interest is to examine how real estate agents apprehend their work relations, and how a recession can affect these relations. Previous research shows that the occurrence of competition in groups decreases the motivation to cooperate. A different research illustrates that reward interdependence is important to performance, and that task interdependence drives observed cooperative behavior. The study contained six interviews with real estate agents working on commission.

The purpose of this study is to describe how the employee appraisal is perceived by managers, employees and representatives from human resources departments. The empirical material con-sists of 15 interviews: respondents were two representatives of the human resources departments, four unit managers and nine employees who work at a state institution or municipal management. In the study, I adopt a sociocultural perspective, with the communicative relational perspective. The latter is a special education perspective in which the interpenetration of participation, com-munication and learning emphasized.The result shows that the majority of employees would like to see that the talks will be held more frequently than once a year. One of the managers has in cooperation with his co-workers devel-oped a model based on that each year, in addition to salary talks, have an individual conversation, a conversation with each group and individual follow-up talks.

What traces of their actions are the Building Corporations in Sweden leaving in their archives and are they followingsome archival policies? This thesis is trying to answer that question. For that reason 25 archives fromSwedish Building Corporations have been investigated concerning their size, contents and age. Furthermore apoll performed by the Swedish National Archives in cooperation with the Swedish Employers? Confederationhas been analyzed.

This essay is a discourse and a feminist theoretical analysis that focuses on the alternative discourse that we consider Feminist Initiative to be constitutive of. Our theoretical stance, with base in Laclau and Mouffes discourse theory, builds on the notion that reality is characterised by conflicts between different competing discursive formations and that the social is an endless struggle over the preferential right of interpretation of meaning. More specifically, the essay focuses on the discursive struggle over the meaning of the term politics. It is our understanding that the dominant perception of politics necessarily excludes other understandings, which can according to Eduards, be explained as a consequence of a patriarchal distribution of power that renders the subordination of certain understandings of politics accordingly. Feminist Initiative, as an alternative discourse, can therefore be perceived as a threat to the dominating discourse of politics, which in order to maintain its preferential right of interpretation seek to illegitimatise and depoliticise the politics that the alternative discourse represents.

This master thesis was initiated with the aim to answer at what level of installed capacity of wind power in the northern parts of Sweden it would be beneficial to improve the transmission capacity from the northern Sweden. During the process of this work the aim has changed to try and create a model that can be used to analyze how well the hydro power installed in the northern Sweden can even out the quick changes in wind power production.To create a good model of all hydro power in northern Sweden is a very large job, unfortunately too large for a master thesis. This report therefore ends with an extensive analysis of the simplifications that have been made and their effects as well as a list of the future work that has to be done.The model that has been created have shown to be effective and produce good results. The conclusions that can be made is that the northern Swedish hydro power have very good possibilities to balance the wind power production. Only a few cases where water have been spilled even though there has been some free capacity has been discovered.

While conducting our practical training we experienced how the structure and the complexity of the municipal administration could, from a white-collar workers perspective, become a limitation and burden for efficient work. Deriving from this experience we found an interest in how politicians reasoned with regards to their relationship with supervisor in municipal old-age care. Kouzes och Micos (1979) ?Theory of organizational behavior in human service? became our point of departure. Their framework was therefore the foundation for our research and work throughout this paper.Our aim with this research was to examine how politicians viewed their relationship with supervisor in municipal old-age care.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vad elever på mellanstadiet och högstadiet har för uppfattning om friluftsliv på olika skolor i Sverige. Frågeställningarna är: Vad är friluftsliv för eleverna? Vad gör eleverna på friluftsdagarna i skolan? Hur uppfattas kunskapskraven för eleverna om friluftsliv inom ämnet idrott och hälsa idrotten? Är eleverna med i någon friluftsförening? Har eleverna som är med i någon friluftsförening en annan syn på vad friluftsliv är i jämförelse med dem som inte är med i en friluftslivsförening? I studien används två olika teorier. Den första teorin som används är Bourdieus sociologiska begrepp habitus. Habitus är en teori som handlar om vad vi vanligen benämner som inlärning eller socialisation. Våra rörelser, vårt tal, val av kläder, mat samt partners och vad vi gör på vår fritid händer omedvetet om det vi kan uppleva som möjligt och passande.

Vilken påverkan har revisionsbolagens ägarstruktur på revisionens kvalitet?Bakgrund: Revisorslagen (2001:883) reglerar att 75 procent av rösterna i ett revisionsbolag skall ägas av kvalificerade revisorer. Lagen innebär konkret att revisionsbolagen ägs av individer verksamma inom bolaget, och detta fenomen benämns populärt partnerskap. Forskning om revision belyser dock sällan revisionsbolagens ägande, vilket medfört att det finns en begränsad kunskap om hur revisionsarbetet påverkas av partnerskapet.Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att förstå och förklara hur olika aspekter i revisionsbolagens partnerskap påverkar revisionens kvalitet, för att på så sätt kunna uttala oss om vilken inverkan partnerskapet har på denna variabel. Metod: För att utreda hur partnerskapet och dess struktur påverkar revisionskvaliteten görs tre olika empiriska datainsamlingar: dokumentgranskning, intervjuer och enkätundersökning. Datan som samlas in är både kvalitativ och kvantitativ, och uppsatsen har både ett deduktivt och ett induktivt angreppssätt. Slutsats: Studiens resultat visar att partnerskapet påverkar revisionskvaliteten positivt, där en större andel partners av totalt antal anställda leder till en högre revisionskvalitet.

Sammanfattning: Det övergripande syftet med studien var att undersöka vad det innebär för föräldrar att formellt ha rättighet till inflytande i förskolans verksamhet. Studien hade tre frågeställningar: Vad vill föräldrarna ha inflytande över i förskolan? Hur mycket vill föräldrarna ha inflytande i förskoleverksamheten? samt På vilket sätt vill föräldrarna ha inflytande i förskoleverksamheten?Som datainsamlingsmetod användes både en kvantitativ metod och en kvalitativ metod, i form av enkäter och intervjuer. Enkäter skickades ut till 126 föräldrar varav 52 deltog, 9 intervjuer genomfördes varav en var skriftligt genomförd genom e-post. Studien är inspirerad av den fenomenografiska forskningsansatsen då jag ville ta reda på föräldrars uppfattningar om inflytande som fenomen.Resultatet visade att föräldrarnas kunskap om vad föräldrainflytande i förskolan innebär är bristfällig.

Climate change is a major political challenge, and the public opinion can play a big role in addressing it. It?s therefore relevant to examine which factors influence individuals? support towards environmental policy. Previous research indicates that this can be understood from political orientation (Jagers m.fl 2018, s. 86-7).

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to study the relations between internal information and the principal business objectives in a knowledge organization. The questions are: how does the organization behave to its internal information resources, how is the information management related to the principal objectives and strategies, what information policy does the organization develop, and how is the management experienced by the employees. The purpose was to study the supply and management of information designed for internal use and the study was carried out with qualitative, semi-structured interviews to get a picture of the internal information management. The informants were mostly key persons with deep knowledge of internal information.

The goal of this master thesis is to show the benefit of using computer games of the type First Person Shooter, FPS in the field of military simulations. The main focus in this is around a couple of topics. Creating the AI that controls the behaviour of the computer-controlled characters, the bots. Create an environment where it is possible to supervise the bots and also design a framework that enables cooperation between a group of bots, a squad. The result is Total Unreal Studio, TUS, a program where it is possible to add bots to a squad, connect them to a game server and inspect what the bots are doing.

SAMMANFATTNINGBakgrundBröstcancer är i västvärlden en vanlig cancerform hos kvinnor och behandlas bland annat med hjälp av kirurgi. Det finns olika typer av kirurgisk behandling av bröstcancer och vilken som blir aktuell bestäms utifrån indikation och i samråd med patienten. Bland dessa kirurgiska metoder återfinns mastektomin, som innebär ett avlägsnande av hela bröstet. Brösten är en central del i både den psykiska och den fysiska sexualiteten hos de flesta kvinnor och symboliserar i många kulturer kvinnlighet och moderskap.SyfteStudiens syfte var att beskriva vilken effekt en mastektomi till följd av en bröstcancerdiagnos kan ha på den unga kvinnans kroppsuppfattning och sexualitet.MetodStudien genomfördes som en forskningsöversikt. Sökningar i tre databaser resulterade i fjorton artiklar som inkluderas i resultatet.

The purpose of this study was to investigate registered nurses experiences about the current model for triage at the emergency department at Uppsala University Hospital. The study is descriptive with qualitative approach. The data collection was made in the form of semi structured interviews. The interviews took place at the emergency department. The sample consisted of eight registered nurses with varying work experience of emergency care.
