Galna Glassen is a company that has a unique way of selling ice cream in Sweden. The idea is for the costumer to be able to compose their own favorite ice cream, partly by choosing the flavor of ice cream but also by picking the ingredients. The ingredients that can be chosen from are around twenty and can be everything from Cookies to candy to berries. When the costumer has chosen their ice cream and ingredients they are mixed together on a cooled granite board.The company was very successful when it was founded in the summer of 2011 and decided to expand to other cities in Sweden. They also wanted to explore the profitability of a mobile sales unit that is intended for festivals and events.The thesis is meant to develop Galna Glassen?s mobile sales unit.

Det globala nätverket Internet växer för var dag som går och det gör även dess möjligheter. Idag omsätter den elektroniska handeln över Internet miljardbelopp och förväntas öka ytterligare de kommande åren. Allt fler företag startar upp handel över Internet i nätbutiker och intresset bland konsumenterna ökar.När elektroniska avtal sluts försvinner den fysiska kontakten och den personliga kontakten minskas. Som en följd av detta ökar behovet av en säker identifiering av Internetanvändarna. Detta är vad mitt arbete handlar om.Arbetet belyser vilka problem och möjligheter som finns för en svensk nätbutik att identifiera kunder som besöker nätbutiken.

Bakgrund: Det konsumenter oftast inte är medvetna om vid deras Internetanvändning är att de iakttas av företag. Företagen samlar avsiktligt in personlig information och spårar vilka hemsidor och produkter eller tjänster de intresserat sig av genom så kallade webb-spårningssystem. I samma takt som tekniker så som webb-spårningssystem börjat användas har också etisk marknadsföring på Internet blivit ett diskuterat och aktuellt ämne. Etisk marknadsföring på Internet handlar om vad som uppfattas som accepterat beteende av konsumenterna och företag måste ta hänsyn till konsumentens etiska koder.Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka konsumenters uppfattningar om webbspårningssystem utifrån etiska koder.Forskningsfråga: Vad är etiskt accepterat användande av webb-spårningssystem från konsumentens perspektiv?Metod: I studien har en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi samt semi-strukturerade intervjuer tillämpats.Slutsats: Slutsatsen i studien är att konsumenters uppfattningar om webb-spårningssystem inte alltid uppfyller konsumentens etiska koder.

The main dietary sources in Sweden tend to be crisps, French fries, fried potatoes, crisp bread, Cookies and coffee. Un-fortunately, dietary intake of AM has in several studies been shown to cause cancer in ro-dents. Consequently, the compound is currently regarded as a potential carcinogen in hu-mans.

I have interviewed a teacher and a cook in three different preschools, in different municipalities. I have also looked at their various nutrition policies to see how the guidelines for their work on diet and health look like.
