Skillnader vid kopiering av Rey-Osterrieth komplexa figur vid Alzheimers sjukdom och lindrig kognitiv störning
Tidigare forskning har visat att Alzheimers sjukdom tidigt kan påverka visuospatial och exekutiv funktion. Ökad kunskap om hur dessa funktioner påverkas kan bidra till tidig upptäckt. Kopieringsuppgiften av Rey-Osterrieth komplexa figur bedömdes explorativt och kvalitativt i syfte att utforska skillnader i organisation hos tre grupper: Alzheimers, Lindrig kognitiv störning (MCI) och kontroller. Resultaten indikerade att antal felplacerade delfigurer baserat på kriterier i Rey Complex Figure Test skulle kunna vara en tidig markör för nedsatt visuospatial konstruktionsförmåga. Resultat från bedömning med Boston Qualitative Scoring System var i linje med tidigare forskning.
Skolan, en arbetsplats att trivas på! : en studie om framgångsrika skolledares syn på lärares psykiska hälsa
Aim and questionsThe aim of our study was to increase knowledge about successful school managers' views on teachers' mental health and their own work regarding this subject.In what ways do the school manager work preventive with measures on teachers' mental health? How does leadership affects teachers' mental health? What factors create mental health among teachers? MethodIn order to answer the questions, we have chosen to use semi-structured interviews. To get in touch with schools that have been successful with their work with the teacher's mental health, we have made a targeted step wise sample where we contacted the primary managers of six randomly selected municipalities in Stockholms län. In total six school managers have been interviewed. The empiric data were thematized and analyzed based on the demand-control-support model. ResultsAll the interviewed school managers agreed to that the concept of mental health is about feeling good, about balance in life and to feel safe.

The Swedish Armed Forces have gone through a remarkable change. From beingan organisation built on the notion of countering a Soviet invasion it has evolvedto focusing on small, multilateral rapid reaction capabilities to be used within theframework of the European security and defence policy, ESDP.This thesis regards the change as a process of Europeanisation. Drawing fromsociological and historical institutionalism, it is shown that the Swedish ArmedForces in the post-cold war context was path dependent and unwilling to redefineits historical raison d?être. The origin of the ESDP Europeanised the nationaldefence policy, whereas the bureaucracy was still unwilling to translate the newstructural norms.

Introduction: Increased ill health in the workplace in terms of increased workload, stress and pressure from employers is common in Sweden today, which may lead to a future variety of medical conditions and disabilities. Aim: The aim of the present study was to describe what employees at companies in the health industry experienced as a health and illhealth on a workplace. Method: A qualitative approach was used in which the interviews were based on an interview guide. The method of analysis was thematic analysis in which three themes emerged. Results: Tree themes emerged; a social interaction with colleagues, good leadership, and access to health care and movement.

In the post Cold-War era, world politics was transforming itself through its emerging complex issues such as terrorism and influential and interdependent actors such as the European Union. In this new era, the European Union was developing its Common Foreign and Security Policy pillar both to present a coherent and unified EU policy and to prove its political potent in order to become an influential actor on world politics. On the other side, security environment was also transforming its content through emerging actors and issues. As one of the most prominent actors of the world politics, the EU was influenced by the transformation of security environment, whose economic ?soft power? proved necessary but insufficient for being a global power in this emerging security environment.

The management of information is one of the key aspects within a successful andefficient product development process, particularly regarding complex products.Scania CV AB is at the moment developing a new IT-system, OAS, which aims tomanage the company?s product data. With this as a background, the purpose of thismaster thesis is to identify the cross-functional user needs within Scania?s organizationconcerning product data and the management around it.To fulfill the purpose, an empirical study consisting of 40 personal interviews with 50representatives from different functions within Scania?s organization was carriedthrough. The empirical data was then analyzed focusing on identifying thecross-functional needs and issues.The study points out that there is a big potential regarding improvement among themanagement of product data.

Background: In 1994 came the general prescription law in force for the district nurses with specific training in pharmacology and pathology in Sweden. According to The National Board of Health and Welfare from 2004 follow-up of the use of the prescription law revealed that nearly half of the district nurses used their prescription once a week. According to previous research the district nurses and patients were positive to the district nurses administration of prescriptions. Doctors, contrariwise, were not as favorable to the district nurses administration of prescriptions. The responsibility of the heads of the health centers is to promote the district nurses to prescribe and make sure that it works in a satisfactory manner.

When it comes to investigating the motives behind activism, the members of political study have a lot to say. I aimed to critiqually rewiev this in my thesis. I asked the question ?What do the actor themselves claim lay behin their decision to become motivated?? To highlight this complex dilemma, I sought to discuss new social movement theory by comparing it to reality. This includes a literate examination on contemporary political science approaches, and a study of two organisations in the south of Sweden, choosen not to despise any excisting theory, but to give it a sense of reality.
Chefens respektive medarbetarnas uppfattning av ledarskapet och dess inverkan på organisationsklimatet
Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka om det finns någon skillnad mellan hur medarbetarna uppfattar sin chefs ledarskap och hur chefen uppfattar sitt ledarskap. Studien undersöker även organisationsklimatet på arbetsplatsen för att eventuellt kunna dra paralleller mellan organisationsklimatet och ledarskapet. Mätinstrumenten som använts vid mätningen av ledarskapsstil är Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire, utvecklat av Bass (1985) och vid mätning av organisationsklimatet användes GEFA formulär, utvecklat av Ekvall (1986). Deltagarna var medarbetare på Hiltis kundtjänstavdelning samt kundtjänstchefen. 17 av 22 medarbetare medverkade.

Studien bygger på Implicit Leadership Theory, tidigare studiers noterade ledaregenskaper samt egenskaper noterade i denna studie värderade från ett medarbetarperspektiv. Implicit Leadership Theory bygger på hur ledarskap konstrueras av medarbetaren. Deltagare var åtta medarbetare varav tre män. Kvalitativa intervjuer utfördes. Syftet konkretiserades utav önskvärda ledaregenskaper, studiens gemensamma egenskaper och egenskaper överrensstämmande med tidigare studier samt teori. De upplevda egenskaperna delades upp i kategorier som beskrev de önskvärda egenskaperna.
Är uppdragstaktik och utvecklande ledarskap förenligt med utvecklandet av anpassningsbara officerare?
Människan har en förmåga att anpassa sig till en omvärld i förändring. Detta syns inte minst på den taktik- och teknikanpassning som sker i kampen mellan verkan och skydd inom den militära kontexten. Men idag sker inte bara förändring i den militära tekniken; även uppgifterna förändras. Exempelvis kräver de insatser som sker runt om i världen, inom ramen för FN-resolutioner, allt mer av civilmilitär samverkan samtidigt som enheterna måste vara ständigt beredda på att möta en motståndare i strid. Om anpassningsbarhet är det som gör att vi kan förändra oss för att möta nya uppgifter i nya miljöer torde ökad anpassningsbarhet i organisationen vara en fördel.Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka huruvida de svenska ledningsstyrdokumenten, i form av Uppdragstaktiken (ledningsmetod-/filosofi) och Utvecklande ledarskap (ledarskapsmodell), är förenliga med utvecklandet av anpassningsbara officerare.Resultatet av analysen visar på god förenlighet mellan uppdragstaktik och utvecklande ledarskap å ena sidan och anpassningsbarhet å andra sidan.

As self-service technologies become more common in service provisions, a deeper understanding is needed of how customer satisfaction is affected by automated service encounters. Drawing from theories of customer satisfaction, human interaction, and the dynamics of complex service provisions, the differences between automated and interpersonal service encounters in the initial part of a service provision are examined in terms of customers? evaluation of the service encounter itself, overall satisfaction, as well as the service encounter?s impact on global evaluations and evaluations of other non-dependant service encounters. The study was performed on people travelling by air on Swedish domestic routes. Passengers were asked to evaluate the airline?s performance on different attributes of the air travel they had undertaken, as well as to form an overall evaluation of the service.
