Studien syftar till att få en djupare insikt i hur sociala och kulturella faktorer påverkar barn och ungdomar i deras val av instrument för studier på en kulturskola. I bakgrundskapitlet presenteras tidigare forskning och annan relevant litteratur inom studiens ämnesområde. Studiens teoretiska utgångspunkter utgörs av det sociokulturella perspektivet. Studiens metod utgörs av den kvalitativa intervjun. Sex nybörjare, tre flickor och tre pojkar i åldrarna 8-10 deltog i studien.

This paper deals with a partly new development in the Swedish law system, somewhere in the boundary between political science and jurisprudence. A new instrument -artbrott- has successively become more popular among lawyers and politicians. The new instrument -here translated to classified crimes- signifies that the perpetrator is sentenced to prison even though the seriousness of the crime committed is not in itself serious enough for such a consequence. The reason for this policy stance is to create a prevention against crime of that specific character among the public. The use of this instrument has grown considerably both concerning types of crimes as well as in application.

The purpose of this study is to investigate two Handelsbanken offices and how they work in similar ways when dealing with internal communication. The goal is to answer if and in what way the managers` and the employes perceive their internal communication at the two bank officies. By a comparation between the two decentralisized officies the aim is also to study what differences and/or similarities that exists in internal communications?Are managers and employees satisfied with the communication that flows in the organization? I find it interesting to investigate in wheather there exist a similarity in the internal communication between the managers and the employees since it is a decentralized organization.I have made five semi-structured interviews with two managers at two different Handelsbanken offices. Additionally two interviews with two employes at one of the offices and also one interview at the other Handelsbanken office.By the study I have found that all respondents have a positive impression according the internal communication.

AbstractPurpose/Aim: The purpose of this paper was to identify the communication process at the company Cherry casino and see what opinions the employees had about it. Moreover, an evaluation of the used strategies was done and an analysis about what perhaps could be done to improve the attitude, communication and in the end the result for the company.Material/Method: The empirical material was gathered through qualitative interviews and theory application.Main results: The transmission of information regarding the regular work related information works just fine and the channels used are well chosen. But more large-scale information that deals with the company?s plans, strategies and targets is not handled in the right way. Neither is the respond.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine what the communication between bank and customer looks like. We have more specifically studied how the bank communicates with the customer when communicating different offers, how the customer wants the communication to take place, what communication problem looks like and how the customer wants the bank to design their offers. Our target group was bank customers with academic degree, with one to seven years of working experience. This study was conducted trough interviews with bank customers and representatives at the bank. On the basis of our studies we found that the communication between bank and customer works fairly well.

Changes are occurring in most organizations today and due to the fact that changes often are harder to implement than they seem, it often takes much longer time to implement them than the management have planned. During an organizational change theorist claim that communication between managers and employees is one of the most important things to consider. Therefore, in this essay, our aim is to closer investigate which needs of information and communication co-workers have during a planned organizational change. To collect data, we interviewed five co-workers and one manager who works in an organization which has gone through a major change. Our theoretical framework comprises former research of organizational communication, employee?s needs of communication, change communication and theories of uncertainty during organizational change.

Syfte: Att genom vetenskaplig litteratur beskriva vilka metoder och instrument somanvänds inom hälso- och sjukvård för att mäta följsamheten tillhygienföreskrifter.Metod: Föreliggande studie har genomförts som en litteraturöversikt. Artiklar söktes viaCinahl, PubMed och Web Of Science.Resultat: Resultatet grundar sig på 14 artiklar. Fem kategorier av metoder beskrevs, medtio tillhörande instrument. I tio av studierna användes manuell observation sommätmetod. Två studier tog upp provtagning på ytor (ATP-mätning) för attutvärdera städrutiner.

I dagsläget finns det inga psykometriska instrument som är specifikt anpassade för kampsportsutövare och de psykologiska krav som ställs under en tävlingssituation. Syftet med denna studie var att utveckla ett användarvänligt psykometriskt instrument för kampsportsutövare baserat på en substantiv teori kring begreppet påtvinga vilja och det teoretiska ramverket kring mental tuffhet. I studien deltog 216 utövare från olika kampsporter med olika erfarenhetsnivå. Data samlades in med hjälp av ett internetbaserat formulär som därefter behandlades med explorativ faktoranalys. Resultatet av processen utmynnade i ett psykometriskt instrument med god validitet och hög reliabilitet som mäter mental tuffhet och därmed förmåga att påtvinga vilja.

Problem: In society of today corporate competence is an important factor for survivor and development. IT is developing rapidly and can not be ignored by companies. Then need for people with IT-competence is conquent increasing. A survey of corporate IT-competence is therefore of interest for companies as well as for local authorities. To determine the IT competence within an organisation, this competence has to be measurable.

Vårt övergripande syfte med denna undersökning är att finna ut i vilket syfte lärare använder drama i sin undervisning och hur de uppnår dessa. Vi har genom vår litteraturstudie dragit slutsatserna att drama är ett gott instrument för att skapa en sammanhållning i klassen, ett instrument för inlärning som också i förlängningen skapar en trygghet i gruppen och en stärkt självkänsla hos den enskilda eleven. Drama tydliggör också för eleven skeenden inom historien såväl som samhällskunskapen som annars kan vara svåra att förstå och arbeta kring. Genom att intervjua åtta lärare som arbetar med drama i sin undervisning kom vi fram till att drama är ett ypperligt instrument att använda som komplement till den traditionella undervisningen..

The aim of this study is to explore the possibilities for internal communication that the employees have at the base industrial company of Billerud Gruvön, Sweden. How important do they feel that communication is? Can the internal communication within Gruvön be described as modern, where dialogue between the staff is possible, or as orders from the top down to the bottom of the hierarchal structure?These are our research questions:Which channels are used for communication within Gruvön, and how are they used?How important do the employees deem the internal communication to be?Can the communication within a hierarchal industrial company such as Gruvön be described as modern, where dialogue is at the center, or does the communication consist basically on orders from the top down to the bottom of the chain?Our research is based on the following theories: Communication, Organizational communication, Internal communication and Organizational culture. Abstract: When playing in teams, communication is important, not just communication with words but also non-verbal communication such as gestures and body languish. The purpose with this study is to see how there is a co-op among communicating players , between leaders and players and to examine what meaning communication and culture got  in a youth team. The ambition with this study was to increase our knowledge about communication and communicationculture in the youth floorball team. This study is qualitative and was inspired by an ethnographical method so we got the information from observations of a youth floorball team, totally we made four observations. The result were analyzed and categorized from our observation papers.
