Syftet med denna uppsats a?r att fa? en djupare fo?rsta?else fo?r arbetet med Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) inom e-handeln genom att analysera:Det engagemang som finns för CSR och det ansvar som tas av företag inom e-handeln.Hur kommunikation av CSR används av företagen för att positionera sig och stärka sin image.Vad konsumenter har för syn på CSR inom e-handeln och vad detta har för påverkan på företags arbete kring ämnet.I koppling till detta syfte har följande forskningsfråga formulerats:Vad präglar e-handelsföretags arbete med Corporate Social Responsibility?Vi har valt att go?ra en kvalitativ studie da? vi ville analysera vad fo?retagare, experter och konsumenter inom e-handeln har fo?r erfarenheter och a?sikter kring arbetet med CSR. Studien har pra?glats av en abduktiv ansats da?r vi har haft ett va?xelspel mellan teori och empiri. Prima?rdatan har samlats in genom fyra personliga, semi-struturerade intervjuer samt en strukturerad intervju via mail.
Vägen till sprututbytet : Studie av brukarinflytande vid implementeringen av sprututbytet i Stockholm län
Studien undersöker förekomsten av brukarinflytande vid implementeringen av det första sprututbytet i Stockholms län. I studien ges en bakgrund till Sveriges narkotikapolitik och hur dess utvecklingen har sett ut från 70- talet fram till idag. I bakgrunden till studien presenteras ett governace-perspektiv på brukarinflytande och de deliberativa processer där brukarinflytande är en naturlig del av policyprocessen.Syftet med studien är undersöka förekomsten av brukarinflytande i implementeringsdelen av den besluts- policyprocess som ledde fram till sprututbytets öppnande i april 2013.Studiens teoretisk ramverk består av teorier som ifrågasätter givenheten i governance-synsättet på brukarinflytande genom hänvisning till svårigheter med aktörskap och risken med konstruerat brukarinflytande.Forskningsstrategin som studien utgår ifrån är intervjuer med utvalda respondenter som har varit delaktiga vid implementeringen av sprututbytet samt brukarorganisationer som representerar och företräder sprututbytets målgrupp.Resultatet av studien visar på en svag förekomst av brukarinflytande vid implementeringen av sprututbytet. Det brukarinflytande som kan anses har förekommit har varit på en individuell nivå och icke-formaliserat.I analysen presenteras tre möjlig förklaringar till den svaga förekomsten av brukarinflytande vid implementeringen av sprututbytet samt en analys om svårigheter med aktörskap vid implementeringen kopplat till studiens teoretiska ramverk..

The employer is obligated to call for negotiation on his own initiative, before he makes decisions in questions, which constitute important changes of the employer?s business or of the worker?s working conditions and terms of employment. The obligation to negotiate is reserved to the organisations, which the employer has collective agreements with. But what does the concept of important changes mean? What areas are included in the concept of important changes, according to legal framework and case law? How extensive is in fact the employer?s obligation to negotiate? The purpose of this report has been to seek answers to the above-mentioned questions, through partly describing how the employer?s obligation to negotiate has developed, and partly describing how the codes of negotiations in the Employment (Co-Determination in the Workplace) Act of 1976 are raised and applied.
Liten förändring, stor skillnad : En kvalitativ studie om logotypers påverkan på den visuella identiteten
The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of logotypes within the visual identity and identify possible reasons that motivate companies to change their logo. This paper should also clarify how different parts of the visual identity affect each other and how they are interconnected. The thesis research question is formulated with the purpose in mind and has led to the following question: How can a logo change contribute to enhanced visual identity? Since we wanted to obtain a better understanding of the chosen research area with help of interviews have we chosen a qualitative method for this thesis. During the process we have let the empirical material control the chosen theories.
Fair Trade: A Study of Consumers? Perception and Knowledge in a Minor Town in Sweden
The purpose of this thesis is to get a better understanding of consumers? perception and knowledge of Fair Trade and Fair Trade products in Sweden. Literature was reviewed before the empirical research was conducted. A quantitative method, in form of a questionnaire survey, has been used. We have entered different areas related to our topic.

In this study I examine how the employees at Max Hamburgare receive the corporation?s efforts within sustainability, how it is perceived and what this means to the employees.
Skogsbränsleuttag vid förstagallring och dess påverkan på beståndsutveckling : simulering i Heureka med olika skötselprogram
Stands where pre commercial thinning has been ignored or inadequate often tend to have high stem density and low average diameter when they reach heights of thinning. In such stands, it can often be expensive to do a conventional pulpwood harvest as a first thinning. This study investigates the development of the stands and the economic outcome of forest fuel extraction, or a combined harvest as alternatives to the ordinary pulpwood harvest. Simulations in Heureka StandWise were performed for two thin and dense stands, which were constructed by data from the Swedish National Forest Inventory. The simulations show that the extraction of forest fuel in first thinning at an early stage can provide higher net revenue compared to conventional pulpwood harvest at the same time or later.

In recent years there have been many corporate scandals from environmental and social aspects. Corporate irresponsible behavior has led to major public discussions on responsibility and these pressures made that many companies wanting to show that they are working for a sustainable development by voluntarily reporting economic, environmental and social and social issues in the financial statement. They hope this will create credibility for the companies. In the current situation, there are a number of guidelines that companies can use to report sustainability. One of these is the GRI guidelines which is an international framework that covers many accounting areas and allows companies to compare their sustainability reports with other companies.The purpose of this study is to determine if all state-owned companies follows the government?s requirement that these companies must form a sustainability report under the GRI guidelines, and the sustainability report must be audited and certified by an outside party.

The objective of this project was to develop the visual identityof Halleluja, a brand new booking agency representing approximatelytwenty minor artists within a wide range of contemporarymusic styles.The outcome has been applied to business cards and awebsite yet to be produced. To attract the audience and differentiateitself from other booking companies, Halleluja featuresa minimalist design that speaks of dedication, breadth ofgenres and exclusive taste. Although my sketches have beenapproved by Lars Olsson and Erik Sundfeldt, the co-foundersof Halleluja, I have had the privilege of working quite freely andstarting from scratch, since there was no earlier work done onthe company.Some of the issues I have faced during my process wasabout finding the right tone of voice in type and colour, ordealing with the semantics of the corporate name (meaning»praise the Lord«). I?ve also been struggling to come to termswith my own self-censorship and my slighly suspicious view onbranding..

The results of this thesis are that there are things to consider when creating a visual identity with an ecological concept. The most important question is if there is any benefit for your company to go green, otherwise positioning of your company will be hard. What I realized during the design part of my project was that if I use the methods described in this thesis and consequently applying my choices after the flower shops identifying words, a working concept-based visual identity will be possible to create..
Ansvarsfulla investeringar : Undantag eller huvudregel på svensk fondmarknad?
The Swedish stock-market gives investors an opportunity to benefit from the global growth while financing companies invests and contributes to a socio-economic development. Parallel to the ownership of the funds also follows a responsibility as companies in the funds affect society and the environment. The growth of savings in funds, combined with an increased focus on sustainability has developed SRI (socially responsible investment). Therefore it is interesting to examine whether responsibility is an exception, which only concerns SRI-funds or a general principle, which includes the whole Swedish stock-market.The results of the survey makes it clear that all the Swedish major banks actively works to integrate sustainability within the respective bank's business to achieve a more sustainable financial system. Thus concludes the investigation that responsible investments are a general principle on the Swedish mutual stock-market.How responsibility is integrated in fund management differ between the banks.
A Swedish national forest programme ? participation and international agreements
Sweden is in the initial phase of forming a national forest programme (nfp). The establishment of an nfp has been evoked by international policy developments and a national debate questioning Swedish forestry and forest policy. National forest programmes are participatory processes for the development and implementation of forest-related policies and international commitments. Hence, the aim of this master thesis is to assess the stakeholders? acceptance of participation and integration of international issues within the Swedish national forest programme.
Incitamentsprogram : En fallstudie av institutionella ägare
Detta är en kandidatuppsats vid Företagsekonomiska institutionen på Stockholm Universitet. Uppsatsen behandlar hur olika institutioner som är stora ägare i svenska börsbolag förhåller sig till incitamentsprogram. Detta är ett intressant ämne att behandla då incitamentsprogram länge har varit ett hett debatterat ämne där stor vetenskaplig skepticism har riktats mot incitamentsprogram som mervärdeskapande verktyg för företagen. För att uppnå syftet att få ökad kunskap samt se hur institutionella ägare förhåller sig till incitamentsprogram har vi valt att genomföra en kvalitativ analys av text och dokument. Främst har materialet samlats in från de olika institutionella ägarnas egna PM om ägarstyrning.
Hennes & Mauritz : En fallstudie av deras CSR arbete och samarbeten med NGO:s

Tutor: Michele Micheletti. ?Hennes & Mauritz ? a case study of their CSR work and collaborations with NGOs.?The purpose of this essay is to examine if and how the transnational corporation Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) collaborates with NGOs in it?s work with human rights for workers and increased corporate social responsibility. I have looked at H&Ms CSR report from 2006, the Swedish network Clean Clothes Campaigns report about Swedish corporations in the textile industry and if their CSR work during the past ten years have given any results and I have also done two interviews with two NGOs.The examination is thereby a case study where I?m examining H&Ms CSR work and its collaborations with NGOs and the NGO?s opinions about H&Ms CSR work.My delimitation lies in the fact that I only have examined one corporation and what two NGOs thinks about the corporation.
CSR-kommunikation inom dagligvaruhandeln : En retoriskt textanalys av ICA och Axfoods hållbarhetsredovisningar
Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att analysera CSR-kommunikationen från Sveriges två största livsmedelskoncerner, ICA och Axfood, under åren 2012 och 2013. Denna analys kommer att göras utifrån företagens officiella hållbarhetsredovisningar. Studien avser även att analyseravilka tydliga skillnader som finns mellan företagens kommunikation. För att göra detta har vår studie utgått från modellen The pyramid of corporate social responsibility av Archie B. Carroll.
