Abstract
I have made a Website called ?Art school? for Liljevalchs art Gallery, Culture
administration in Stockholm and Culture school in Stockholm.
It is with scholarship from these that this Website has been possible.
The work whit the ?Art school? started in the autumn of 2005 and ended in May
2006 on distance from Stockholm towards Blekinge technology school in Karlshamn.
The Webb place is for the general public, but most for people who have interest
in art and for those how want to learn more painting in different mediums. This
Websites I name: oil, watercolour, acrylic, coal, gouache, and graphite. On
each one of these mediums you?ll get to know about their history, what
technique they have, what sort of material you need, practise and tip.
Att bryta isoleringen - sociala faktorer i nätbaserad distansutbildning
Detta projekt fokuserar på distansstudenter och deras studiesituation i tre
nätbaserade kurser. Genom en empirisk studie bestående av samtal med studenter
och lärare, samt deltagande observation, har vi försökt finna lösningar för att
förbättra studenternas lärandemiljö. De sociala faktorerna visade sig vara av
stor betydelse i en studieform som tidigare kännetecknats av isolation mellan
studenter och lärare. Projektet visar på hur en nätbaserad utbildningsplattform
genom enkla tekniska lösningar kan ta hänsyn till studentens behov i fråga om
att stödja kommunikation och samarbete..

The aim of this text is to compare the semantic profile of the Russian prefix B?- with that of the Swedish particle "ut". It follows Janda's categorization of Russian B?-verbs into semantic groups and compares Swedish phrasal verbs with the particle "ut" to the semantics of the Russian prefix B?-. The material consists of Russian B?-verbs and their Swedish translations retrieved from Norstedts ryska ordbok.
"Bråk pågår" Om konflikthantering i en årskurs fem
Abstract
The goal of the study was to conduct an in-depth investigation of how conflicts are resolved in schools, from a pupil- and a teacher perspective. Our intention was to view and compare pupils and teachers different opinions in the school environment. A major focus was put on different ways teacher handle conflicts and how they try to prevent them. The material was acquired by interviews with both teachers and pupils.
The study is based on Jean Piagets and Lev Vygotskijs visions about the cognitive developmental stage for children. The result of the study shows the teachers need to be attentive and also that the pupils generally do not notice when the teacher works to prevent conflicts.

This paper focuses on the employers? responsibility as described in the 11th section in the Employment (co-determination in the workplace) Act of 1976. The questions asked are to determine whether the law in the 11th section is followed in real life and if the consequences for breaking the law are a deciding factor. This paper summarizes the law as it is interpreted today and in what situations it is applicable. Since the law and especially section 11 affects certain individuals and organizations, the paper also describes who these individuals and organizations are and how they are affected.
En fenomenologisk studie av sex psykologers förhållningssätt till andlighet
The purpose of this essay is to examine Cognitive and Psychodynamic theory in the ways they approach spirituality. How and whether or not the personal view of spirituality affects the professional role of the psychologist is investigated. Data from six semi-structured interviews with psychologists have been collected and analysed in a qualitative, phenomenological method. The results reflect two main topics and several subsequent headlines with regards to: 1) the psychologist's professional approach and 2) the area in between the psychologist's personal and professional approach to spirituality. From empirical studies and relevant theories, a discussion is held about the psychological approaches to spirituality in psychotherapy.

CU2 - Design av ett PDA-baserat diskussionverktyg med ljud/bildkommunikation
I detta arbete framlägger vi ett designförslag på hur ett diskussionsverktyg
som stödjer ljud- och bildkommunikation kan se ut. Ett förslag som förbättrar
och förenklar den distanskommunikation som idag sker med hjälp av
mobiltelefoner, videokonferenssystem samt webbkameror anslutna till
persondatorer. Den design vi föreslår möjliggör för mobila användare att
visuellt föra flerpartssamtal med hjälp av PDA:er. Vårt designförslag har fått
arbetsnamnet CU2 (see you too) och är tänkt att fungera i tredje och/eller
fjärde generationens mobila nät.

Hållbar Utveckling 2010 : Hur uppfattar lärare begreppet idag?
This work is a study of subject teachers in social studies and science understand the concept of sustainable development. The work uses a qualitative and a quantitative approach. Teachers in various schools and stages have been answering questions about how they perceive sustainability, how they implement it in teaching and if they feel that school is important for the future of sustainable development at large.The theoretical background is based on environmental ethics as well as the different meanings and definitions of the concept of sustainable development. These theories and definitions are coupled with the empirical results.The study concludes that all teachers throughout the study perceive the concept of sustainable development as something ecological, something that has to do with nature. A few teachers also state economic and social dimensions.Questions about how the teachers in the study implement the concept in their teaching can be seen as three different approaches.
Folkbibliotekarier om omvärldsbevakning - Intervjustudie med 5 svenska folkbibliotekarier
The purpose of the study is to reach knowledge about how public librarians understands and describes environmental scanning as a working process in a Swedish public library. The study consists of 5 interviews with public librarians working within the same organization. The empirical material is presented in two ways. The first one is what aspects of the external world the librarians find important. The second is through a theoretical framework based on Magnus Hoppes model of environmental scanning, including communication and cognitive processes aswell as ways of analyzing information from the external world.
European Food Safety Authority - En studie av legitimitet i en europeisk expertmyndighet
This essay analyses the European Food Safety Authority's (EFSA) legitimacy. Theories on input- and output legitimacy are used in the examination. After analysing stakeholder representation, forum for deliberation, transparency, independence, and information sharing, input legitimacy in EFSA is assessed to be high. Output legitimacy was examined through the authority's outcome effectiveness, which was divided into compliance and effectiveness. Since food safety is an immense area, two important parts were chosen for the analysis of output legitimacy; transmissible/bovine spongiform encephalopathy (TSE/BSE) and genetically modified organisms (GMO).
Kontrollerad vokabulär eller naturligt språk? En empirisk studie.
The question whether controlled vocabulary or natural language free-text terms is the most effective search strategy has occupied researchers in LIS for many decades. This Masters thesis is an empirical study which aims to compare these two search strategies in LISA Library and Information Science Abstracts, an online bibliographic database. 22 topics from the discipline of Library and Information Science were constructed and out of each topic one query for each search strategy was formed. Queries in natural language were formed with terms from different sources, for example dictionaries, while queries in controlled vocabulary were built with terms from LISAs electronic thesaurus. The measures used in this study were precision, relative recall pooling method and overlap.
En familjs upplevelser av ljud - en pilotstudie
Sound surrounds us in a great extent, we all have experiences of sound and this phenomena has a great meaning in our lives. High levels of sound might be harmful for your hearing and might also cause related difficulties such as tinnitus and sensitivity to sound. Studies reveal a connection between the attitudes toward high levels of sound and the risk behaviours in these situations. The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences and meaning of sound and whether the attitudes toward sound will reflect in a family consisting parents and adolescents. A family consisting two parents and two adolescents participated each and one of them in an interview in this qualitative study that has been carried out of a phenomenological approach.

Nevertheless, people with cognitive and communicativedisabilities have limited access to common communication technology like textmessaging via a mobile phone. This study is part of the project Text messagingwith picture symbols - a possibility for AAC users and people with cognitiveimpairments. Semi structured interviews were used to investigate three menand four women?s experiences of using Windows mobiles with adaptedfunctions for text messaging.
