Varumärken i idrottsgymnasiers marknadsföring - Vilka passar din idrott bäst?

The upper secondary school 2011 (Gy 2011) was a reform which created large changes in the Swedish educational system. One of the major changes was the requirement of certification for sport schools. Schools in Sweden have historically used sports in their marketing, this opportunity was impaired by the reform. This thesis aims to investigate how brands are applied on webpages of sport schools that are certified in football and/or cross-country skiing. Content analysis was used as method of data collection.

Värdet av kompetensutveckling : En analys av SATS GETIN-utbildning med fokus på dess kompetensmål och ekonomiska påverkan

Att mäta och värdera kompetensutveckling på företag blir en allt vanligare företeelse även om det fortfarande inte är allmänt vedertaget. SATS Sports Club AB är ett företag på den Skandinaviska träningsmarknaden. Det är ett utbildningsorienterat företag men gör själv inte någon uppföljning på sina utbildningar.I det här arbetet har vi kartlagt en utbildning på SATS (GETIN-utbildningen). Vi har definierat kompetensmålet med utbildning, vilket sorts värde som detta mål bidrar med och vilka affärsmål som påverkas av detta.Vårt syfte är att ge SATS en inblick i hur de kan arbeta med kompetensmätning i sin organisation. Vi ämnar även lägga grunden för en fullständig kompetensmätning av SATS GETIN-utbildning.Vi har kommit fram till att kompetensmålet med GETIN-utbildningen är ?att öka de nyanställdas servicekvalitet och förbättra deras kundbemötande.?.

For many companies, the Internet has revolutionized the relationship they have with their customers concerning costumer service. The use of Information Technology in regard to Internet as a media has provided companies with the opportunity to build customer databases in order to target their customers individually. The airline industry was one of the first pioneers to use the full potential of Internet to improve customer relations and its profits which we aim to investigate in greater detail in our thesis.Our thesis answers the question on how Scandinavian Airlines' (SAS) Eurobonus department uses their website to create valuable and profitable relationships with SAS loyalty club members through direct marketing. In order to answer our research question, three key informants have been interviewed - each representing different sub departments at Eurobonus; service and support, IT and marketing. Our results were that the Eurobonus department use direct marketing methods by sending customized e-mail offerings to target specific customer, using their customer databases.

Varumärkesuppbyggnad och Marknadskommunikation i Svenska Fotbollsklubbar : En fallstudie på BK Forward & KIF Örebro

Background                      European football has during the past decades seen a fast development towards a more professionalized and commercialized climate. This had led to the fact that a lot of clubs are run like any other company, and the focus on marketing and market shares has increased. To be able to create a strong brand clubs have to put a lot of work into marketing, not only of their own brand, but of their sponsors and partners as well.Purpose                              The purpose of this study is to (in step 1) analyze how two smaller Swedish football clubs build their brand and work with their marketing communication. In step 2, the purpose is to create a model of how these clubs may work to develop their brand and marketing communication.Method                              With a qualitative approach, the authors of this paper have analyzed text and documents as well as performed two in-depth interviews.Findings                             Both clubs lack a well-developed strategy regarding their work with their brand and marketing communication. However, there are in both cases factors that, if developed correctly, could help build a stronger brand and better the marketing communication.

Ska vi gå hem till dig, eller hem till mig? Om sexuellt kontaktskapande i nöjesetablissemangsmiljö i Malmö och Lund

Places like nightclubs or pubs are frequently visited in order to find partners for love, sex and relationships. This study examins behavioral patterns and trends among young adults in these environments. A computer-based questionnaire has been implemented on entertainment establishments - two studentclubs, one youth club and three nightclubs - in Malmoe and Lund in southern Sweden. The emprical material contains at most 149 answers, and at least 109. Sex, love and relationships are less important than expected, but are still some of few big reasons for visiting nightclubs.

Hur påverkar organisationsformen "ideell förening" budgetarbetet? : en kvalitativ undersökning i Allsvenska fotbollsföreningar

The purpose of this bachelor essay is to describe and analyze budgeting in nonprofit organizations. To do that, we used a qualitative method and accomplished seven interviews in four different football clubs. Our idea is to create understanding by combine theory and empiric, and therefore we have an abductive research strategy.The subject of this essay is very topical in view of the recently emerging trend that Allsvenska football clubs are paying increasing deficit. This can have a major impact on the progress and must be stopped. The first step is to make a more realistic budget.The conclusions drawn from this essay suggest that it is not how the budget per se, but how to work from the planned budget that affects what results you gets in the end.

Framgångsfaktorer för ideella ledare : grundstenarna inom svensk föreningsidrott

2005 hade Sverige 600 000 ideellt arbetande idrottsledare. Trots detta stora antal idrottsledare upplever många idrottsföreningar att intresset för att vara ideell ledare har sjunkit de senaste åren.Tidigare forskning föreslår att nya ledare bäst rekryteras inom grupper av tidigare klubbmedlemmar eller genom föräldrarna till idrottsutövarna. Stöd till ledarna föreslås av flera forskare för att de ska fortsätta att trivas.Idrottsföreningarna är en pedagogisk arena och undersökningar visar att idrottande barndricker mindre alkohol samt att idrotten är en viktig mötesplats där barn fostras i demokrati och möten med andra människor.Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att beskriva framgångsfaktorer för ideellt ledarskap inom föreningsidrotten i Gästrikland. En kvantitativ undersökning i form av webbenkäter har genomförts för att finna struktur i det data som insamlas. Undersökningen innefattar 230 ideella idrottsledare.

The purpose of this paper was, on the basis of the association?s annual reports, to describe appropriate key performance indicators for non-profit associations. The purpose was furthermore to study how the associations show their goal-attainment. The research was delimited to contain the second category of non profit associations, which include sports associations. The authors choose three non profit associations, which according to the law, shall draw up annual reports. The three ice hockey associations HV71, MODO Hockey and Frölunda Hockey Club, were thereafter chosen on the basis of those delimits.

"Jag tror att våra ord är ingenting" : Om hur ungdomar som deltagit i upplopp beskriver sina livsvillkor, bakgrunden till upplopp samt använder hiphop som symboliskt motstånd

The aim of this study is to describe and analyse how young men who have participated in a riot describe their life-situations regarding to their relations to the police, their neighbourhood, employment, the background to the riots and how they use hip-hop as a resistance to subordination. The study is conducted through three semi-structured qualitative group interviews and to some extent field studies. The theoretical points of departure are Slavoj Zizeks theory of violence, which is divided into subjective, symbolic and systemic violence, and subcultural theory. The results of the study show that the young men in their daily life are exposed to by both systemic and symbolic violence, feel secure within their neighbourhood and find themselves harassed by the police. A major finding is that the riot primarily can be understood as an act to get society conscious of their situations, while they found themselves marginalised, lacking employment and youth club.

Idrottslig prestation och ekonomisk ställning : En sambandsstudie i fotbollsklubbar

Purpose: Examine if there is a connection between the athletic performance and the financial status in football clubs.Theoretical perspectives: This thesis is based on the theory that the modern football club is like every other company trying to maximize profit. The clubs should therefore use the same business strategies.Empirical foundation: The study is based on 25 observations over five years and five Allsvenska football clubs. The data is a compilation of the key ratios from the annual reports and the league table, years 2004 through 2008 in the clubs. Year 2009?s league table place is also included since tests have been done with one year?s displacement between the financial status and the league table.Conclusion:There is no correlation between solidity and the place in the league table in Allsvenska football clubs.There is no correlation between net profit and the place in the league table in Allsvenska football clubs.There is no correlation between equity and the place in the league table in Allsvenska football clubs..

Omplacering av hundar : situationen i Sverige

I the year of 2008 there were more than 60 000 purebred dogs newly registered in theSwedish Kennel Club. In addition there are a lot of mixed breed dogs and in the year of2006 it was estimated that there were over 700 000 dogs in Sweden. In today?s society it isnot unusual that people change their life situation by moving, getting a new job or startinga family. Because of this there is a risk of rehoming for dogs owned by these people.In Sweden dogs are among others rehomed by advertising or by rehoming organisations.
