Syftet med studien var att studera de föreställningar några medborgare hade om Arbetsförmedlingens tjänster och arbetsförmedlarnas kompetens, samt vilka känslor Arbetsförmedlingens logga frambringar hos medborgare. Intresse att studera människors föreställningar om Arbetsförmedlingen väcktes då Arbetsförmedlingen är ett välkänt varumärke som människor har en åsikt om. En kvalitativ intervjustudie genomfördes med åtta medborgare i Stockholm. Resultatet visar att endast en respondent inte kände till vilka tjänster Arbetsförmedlingen erbjuder. Övriga sju respondenter nämnde utbildningar, personligt stöd, rekryteringsträffar och utbetalning av arbetslöshetsförsäkring.

ABSTRACTIntroduction: Preoperative hand disinfection aims to prevent surgical site infections. After the preparing hand wash, drying is performed using an aseptic technique. It?s important to dry hands thoroughly in order to achieve the full effect of the alcohol based hand disinfection. Due to the lack of a evidence-based guideline on this procedure, the hand drying techniques differ among operating theatre nurses, depending on which technique seen as the most appropriate.

In this thesis I have discussed about conflict management in school, from a teacher´s perspective. Focus has been on Swedish schools, especially on the teachers who are active in primary school. Several perspectives have been given, including an intercultural approach which has been the most recurrent. The importance of teachers? emotional maturity, knowledge about democracy and values, as well as teacher?s impact by being a sharp leader in different ways are other subjects the essay has touched.

The aim of this study is to evaluate an alternative projection of the Medial Coronoid Process (MCP) of the canine elbow joint. The projection (Di35M-PrLO) was, to my knowledge, first mentioned in an article by Haudiquet et al in 2002. In that article the projection was tested in vitro, and a good sensitivity was showed for the Medial Coronoid Process. The projection might be helpful in cases of suspected Fragmented Coronoid Process (FCP) . This study is divided into three parts. The first part is an in-vivo test of the projection, including technique and subjective evaluation of the outlining of the MCP.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate whether the reading promotion project called ?A book?s all sides?, together with the activities of the book-event, can stimulate young people?s reading. The research questions are: How do the project leaders plan and organize activities for the book-event? How do the young people respond to the activities at the book-event? Do the young people get interested in the book which is presented at the book-event? Which connections between Vygotskij?s theory and the activities can be found in the book-event? The theoretical approach is based on Lev Vygotskij?s socio-cultural theory. To answer my research questions I have implemented four qualitative interviews and two interviews with the adult activity leaders and observed a book-event in the classroom.

Föreliggande examensuppsats undersöker vilka möjliga betydelser och meningsinnebörder feministiska perspektiv kan ha för bedrivandet av psykoterapi. Utifrån en explorativ och förståelsegrundande ansats intervjuades 13 svenska behandlare med självidentifierade feministiska utgångspunkter om hur de ser på skärningsytorna mellan feminism och psykoterapi, sin yrkesroll, samt vilka konsekvenser deras feministiska perspektiv får i det praktiska behandlingsarbetet.Resultaten visar att feministisk terapi som begrepp framstår som i stort sett oetablerat i en svensk psykoterapeutisk kontext, att förhållandevis lite forskning på området tidigare är gjord, samt att intervjudeltagarna ofta framställer sammanjämkningen mellan feministiska och psykoterapeutiska diskurser som komplicerad. De medverkande beskriver sina feministiska utgångspunkter som en bakomliggande filosofi snarare än en uppsättning tekniker. Dessa omsätts i terapeutisk behandlingspraktik genom en problematisering av maktaspekter, ett uppmärksammande av strukturella faktorers inverkan på subjektivitetsskapandet, samt ett kritiskt och stundtals avståndstagande förhållningssätt till specifika delar av de gängse terapiparadigmen. AbstractBackground: Becoming a parent to a child in need of Neonatal Intensive Care can be a traumatic experience. During a time when the parents may need support, guidance and a sense of control ? the family might need to relocate to a hospital away from home if the child needs highly specialized medical care at a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the parents? experience of having to change neonatal care unit.

The purpose of this thesis is to get knowledge about how it is to work as a librarian at Gothenburg city library during a rebuilding process and during the time when they have worked in a temporary library so called niche library. Which part did they have in the renovation project and in the niche library? The aim is also to find out how the librarians have experienced their time in the niche library and if it has affected their profession and identity.The method that is used to answer questions of the study is semi-structured interviews with four public librarians. Through comparing previous research in building and rebuilding process I have analyzed the four public librarian?s part in the renovating process and the temporary library.

The purpose of this thesis is to identify the factors that drive efficiency and effectiveness in technical development projects performed at A?F?s department of product development. In addition to identifying and analyzing these factors, the thesis also analyzes what needs to be taken in to account in order to implement a measurement system that is able to both monitor and control the identified factors.The thesis has been performed in a qualitative manner. It is based on interviews with people from several different technological companies, within different lines of business, all of which are customers to A?F?s department of product development.The results show that there are seven critical factors for project efficiency and effectiveness.

Today, the catering personnel are an essential part of the safety organization on board Swedish passenger vessels in ferry services. Their responsibilities for the safety on board have increased in connection with the changes in regulations made on the shipping industry. These changes have been mostly related to human factors and structural leadership in the last 25 years.A well-functioning safety organization requires competence and commitment from every individual. Previous researches on Swedish passenger ferries concerning the safety organization have raised issues regarding the catering personnel?s perception of the safety on board.

The objective with this study is to investigate the school introduction of newly arrived students, by focusing on the latter years of high school, by comparing two schools method of working.This was done by a qualitative survey based on half structured interviews and existing school documentation.The questions of the study targeted the schools method of working, how well the education was adapted to the students and if it was appropriate to them. We also asked about the school resources to meet the need of the newly arrived students. Our theoretical assumptions were based on Haugs? terms ?including integration? and ?excluding integration?, Lahdenperäs? theory about intercultural education, Vygotskijs thoughts about adapted education and finally Blossings? description of different cooperative cultures. Our results showed that school introduction for newly arrived students were formed from the schools? view on learning development and adapted education.
