Under senare tid har det i samhället varit ett enormt fokus på jordens miljöhot och det har förts en het debatt kring exempelvis klimatförändringarna. Dessa frågor har idag kommit att bli mer oroande än någonsin förr. Denna uppmärksamhet har bidragit till att det uppstått ökade krav på företagen och deras miljö- och sociala ansvar gentemot omvärlden, vilket tvingat dem att se över vad verksamheten har för effekter på omgivningen. Syftet med uppsatsen är att följa upp tre svenska bolags syn på hur det praktiska arbetet samt ansvarsfördelningen avseende intern kontroll har förändrats och utvecklats de senaste åren.Det görs en jämförelse över tid av arbetet i vartdera bolaget för att sedan jämföra om arbetet i de olika bolagen skiljer sig åt. I Sverige har bolagsstyrningsfrågorna stått högt på dagordningen under en längre tid. Examensarbetet är utfört vid Volkswagen Parts Logistics i Nykvarn. Företaget är ett reservdelslager för Volkswagen Groups bilmärken på de svenska, finska, baltiska och norska marknaderna.Examensarbetets syfte är att ge förslag som förbättrar produktiviteten och förbättra arbetsförhållandena, med bibehållen eller ökad kvalitet på två avdelningar i lagret: Parts Logistics Pallgods och Parts Logistics Avgåendegods. Förändringsförslagen är, eftersom lagret är nybyggt (2006), fokuserade på hur processerna i sig kan förbättras utan ombyggnationer och investeringar.Examensarbetet är utfört genom att aktivt arbeta i processerna på de två avdelningarna för att sedan analysera dessa med hjälp av en litteraturstudie och diskussioner med de anställda. A study on the usage of venture capital within the Swedish film industry.Author: Tobias MagnussonSupervisors: Ahmad Ahmadi, Clas GunnarssonPurpose: The purpose with this thesis is to complement the research on procurement of capital within the Swedish film industry.Methodology: The primarily research method that have been used to gather material is qualitative interviews, that has been performed with four individuals that are active in the Swedish film industry.Theory: In order to create an adequate theoretical base, theories regarding investments and cultural entrepreneurship are presented.Empirics: In this chapter the results of the interviews are presented, sorted in several subcategories. The material is thereafter analyzed and discussed in the following chapter, with the theoretical base in mind.Conclusion: The usage of venture capital within the Swedish film industry is relatively low today. Non-monetary values are the primary reason to invest in the Swedish film industry today. A significant risk diversification, together with knowledge dispersion needs to be made in order to make the Swedish film industry more attractive to investors.

Bakgrund: Yttrandefriheten blir ofta ett ämne för debatt då någon yttrar en åsikt som är kontroversiell eller ouppskattad. Detta blev fallet 1998 då konstnären Elisabeth Ohlsons fotografiska utställning Ecce Homo hade vernissage i Stockholm. Utställningen innehöll gestaltningar av olika situationer ur Nya Testamentet där Jesus porträtterades av olika homosexuella män som i sin tur omgavs av andra homo-, bi- och transsexuella som föreställde bland annat apostlarna och Jesus mor Maria. I mars 2010 hamnade konstnären Lars Vilks åter i hetluften, när det stod klart att ett flertal olika personer gripits utomlands för planer på att mörda honom. Anledningen till att Vilks var målet för attentatet var hans teckning av Muhammed som rondellhund, då det inom islam är förbjudet att avbilda profeten Muhammed.

Som en möjlig bieffekt av undersökningen skall jag även ge förslag till förändringar av verksamheten för att bättre uppfylla elevernas och kursansvarigas förväntningar. I vår vardag utsätts vi hela tiden för bilder av olika slag, vissa påverkar oss på ett medvetet plan medan andra verkar gå oss obemärkt förbi. Vad är det som gör att vissa bilder påverkar oss mer än andra? Vad sätter bilderna igång inom oss? Vi tolkar allt vi ser utifrån våra egna referensramar vilket gör att en bild kan ha otaliga betydelser, allting ligger hos betraktaren. Jag vill undersöka detta och se hur olika människor kan tolka en och samma bild och försöka förstå varför den tolkas på så olika sätt. En bild kan väcka väldigt starka känslor hos en person samtidigt som någon annan inte ens reflekterar över motivet.Jag har använt mig av bilder som jag själv har valt ut av olika orsaker, vissa för att provocera fram starka känslor och vissa för att de helt enkelt tilltalar mig personligen.
