This thesis is carried out on behalf of watermixer manufacturer Ostnor AB in Mora.The thesis deals with the area of Article Bound Instructions (ABI) at the company'sassembly department, regarding the layout and management routines involved withthese instructions.In the current situation there are problems with no uniformity in the manner in whichthe ABI is written, then referred to both the civil structure, images and specificityrates in the text.Another problem is that operators do not make use of the ABI that are available inthe current situation, and that there are no clear procedures for who has theresponsibility to write, update and change these ABI.During this work has several people that were identified as key personnel of thethesis held in order to get a handle on how the current situation of the variousobjects of the work looks like, and to examine different desires about the future ofthese should look like from the different subjects perspectives been interviewed.During the work, a number of deficiencies, including that the current program that isused to write the ABI, Lotus Notes, do not possess near the prerequisites for being asimple program to deal with when writing the ABI, which is a condition since wishesare about to put the responsibility for the ABI generation to the departmentsoperators, since their main task is to assemble and do not bother with a program in acomputer.The result of this work has generated new layout and structure of the ABI, designedto be used continuously in the assembly for evaluation, routines regardingresponsibility of the ABI for the Department of Production Engineering (PT),procedures for how the ABI should be written regarding amount of detaileddescriptions in the text and use of pictures.In addition, proposals for further work and improvements has been developed basedon experience during the work and presented at the end of the report..

Finns det någon aktuell trend eller tendens till trender gällande bostadens olika rum, inredning och/eller miljö i tidningsmaterialet.Frågeställning:   Hur ser Skanskas relation till pressen ut?  Finns det några aktuella trender i dagsläget gällande bostadens olika rum, inredning, bostadsvariant eller miljö i dagspress och livsstilsmagasin?Metod: Kvalitativ intervju och Kvantitativ innehållsanalys.

Våld i nära relationer är ett stort samhällsproblem som oftast drabbar kvinnor i heterosexuella relationer. Våldet syns ofta inte och sjukvården är i många fall den enda offentliga instans som kvinnorna kommer i kontakt med. Sjuksköterskans bemötande är därför viktig i mötet med kvinnorna. Det föreligger dock en del hinder mellan hur de våldsutsatta kvinnorna vill bli bemötta och hur sjuksköterskan upplever mötet. Syftet med detta arbete är att beskriva hur våldsutsatta kvinnor och sjuksköterskan upplever mötet.

Sustainable Development is often described as a balance between ecological, economical and social aspects. Between these exists a complicated interaction that creates conflicts in the planning of the landscape. We see a growing need for a functional interaction between values and interest and an understanding for different perspectives. Cooperation and dialogue are key ideas with the focus on cooperation rather than the goal. There is a lack of forum for dialogue and cooperation within municipalities where a great knowledge and competence are gathered.

This thesis deals with two types of agrarian remains in relation to settlement remains; clearance cairns, low stone walls and house terraces in the area of Northeastern Uppland and the area north of Lake Mälaren, during the middle Iron Age. The aim whit this thesis is trying to get a better understanding of the relation between agrarian and settlement remains in Uppland. Three places have been chosen where these three elements are present and they are interpreted through Richard Whites concept of middle ground but also Landesque capital. The three elements have shown to be expressed in different ways in all three sites. It is possible to see two areas with different traditions, but also to see two areas that closely interact with each other, this opens up for a new discussion around agrarian remains in both areas.

A reform of higher education in Sweden in 1993 led to stiffer competitive climate among educational institutions. The reform meant that educational institutions now had the opportunity to plan their curriculum autonomously. Prior to the reform educational planning was restricted to the Swedish government. The new rules spelled a greater opportunity for educational institutions to profile themselves based on their educational offerings. The higher degree of competition means that marketing becomes increasingly important when recruiting new students.

Background: The statutory audit in Sweden was implemented in 1983 and the purpose was to improve the owners ability to control and to mitigate economic fraud. The present debate is concentrated about the high costs of audit in small companies. The major concern is whether the statutory audit should be mandatory for the smallest companies. Purpose: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to explain the value of auditing in small companies defined as 10/24-companies by identify and analyze possible factors that affects the attitudes towards auditing and reflects the value of a statutory audit. Research method: Our study is deductive and based on a quantitative research method which includes both a survey and the companies annual reports.

This is a study about the relation between the Swedish school and the political system of Sweden. I wanted to see if the relation had changed since the election of 2010 as it was in that election the Sweden Democrats got over five percent of the votes and took seat in the Swedish parliament. The thing that is unique about this election is that it was really the first time a right-wing party had been elected into the Swedish parliament. Many experts argue that this is the first xenophobic party that has been elected into the Swedish parliament. This led to a problem for schools and their principals and a difficult question to answer because xenophobia is contrary to the school?s core values and the school?s democratic mission.Should the school still be open for political parties? How do schools manage to distinguish between political information and political propaganda? If parties still are welcome into the schools, which parties should be allowed? The equality ombudsman has said in a report that the schools have to comply with the principle of objectivity, which stipulates that the public sector has to be unbiased.I have chosen to make use of a qualitative method because I think the study then gets a deeper understanding of the topic.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att öka förståelsen för om det föreligger en relation mellan finansiella och icke-finansiella mål i högteknologiska företag och hur denna i så fall gestaltar sig. En kvalitativ metod har företagits. Personliga intervjuer genomfördes på tre företag med två respondenter på vardera. Genom att belysa empiri genom teori försökte vi göra tolkningar rörande relationen. Det tycks föreligga en relation mellan finansiella och icke-finansiella mål.

This study was carried out at a company within the computer industry, a sector that is expanding and is facing scarcity of competent personnel. The purpose was to examine factors that are crucial for being an employer of choice. To get a profound picture of the employees' comprehension of their work situation, a qualitative method with semi-structured interviews with ten of the employees were conducted. To examine factors that are important for future employees a survey was created and handed out to fiftysix civil engineering students majoring in computer science. The results from the interviews showed that the organisation's culture was of great value to the employees.

Background: Effective treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes needs a good communication between nurse and patient. This creats a good relation and leads to a more effective patient education. Aim: The aim with the literature study was to describe how nurses trough patient education can achieve self-care for patients with diabetes type 2. Methods: Literature studies with both qualitative and quantitative articles were examined. Findings: The articles that were chosen for the results were sorted in the two categories relation and communication.

I samband med införandet av elektronisk-auktion av offentlig upphandling i Sverige 2010 började e-auktionssystem att utvecklas för att möta nya möjligheter. Studien ger en överblick av vilka kritiska faktorer som kännetecknar ett framgångsrikt elektroniskt auktionssystem av offentlig upphandling med fokus på systemupplägg för anbudsläggare och upplevelse av användarvänlighet. Studien omfattar en bakgrundsstudie, litteraturstudie, analys av tidigare system och expertintervjuer vars samlade data har legat till grund för utvecklandet av faktorer som sedan testades i en explorativ studie. Studien visar att tydlighet och styrbarhet är de viktigaste faktorerna som har en tydlig hierarkisk relation till ett framgångsrikt e-auktionssystem.
