Vådabekämpningar är inget nytt fenomen när det kommer till militära operationer. För att kunna lösa detta problem så måste man ta reda på vilka de största orsakerna till vådabekämpning är samt vilka lösningar det finns för att minska risken. I denna uppsats har det genomförts kvalitativa litteraturstudier om fenomenet vådabekämpning, från Operation Desert Storm och framåt. Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera hur arbetet med att förhindra vådabekämpningar skulle kunna se ut, samt ta reda på vilka de största anledningarna är till att vådabekämpningar uppstår. Analysen visar att det finns en rad olika orsaker till att vådabekämpningar uppstår. Vidare så visas ett antal åtgärder som kan vidtas för att minska risken för vådabekämpningar. Resultatet visar på att det går att reducerar riskerna, men att fenomenet aldrig helt kan försvinna..

This report presents a study of the basic criteria for computer programmes that may be consideredadequate for aiding children with autism in their education and upbringing. I have based thisstudy on descriptions, opinions and proposals from people who deal with treatment and/orother issues concerning children with autism, as well as relevant literature.The study has been carried out in a major Swedish metropolitan municipality. The intervieweeswere civil servants from this municipality and representing different institutional endeavourson the issue of autism.I used a combination of both quantitative and qualitative techniques, as there was need for bothstandardization and qualitative variation. The main aim of the study was to seek suggestionson how computer programmes should be. That is, if they are to be considered appropriate föraiding children with autism develop their personality.The general conclusion of this study is that computer programmes, that may be consideredappropriate for the above mentioned purpose, should have certain characteristics of whichpedagogic usefulness and user suitability are of primary importance..

The fighting?s, which started in 2003, has caused the loss of at least 200 000 human life and more than 2 million people have fled their homes. The conflict has been described as a? prolonged Rwanda?.

The aim of this qualitative study of service work in the private sector is to examine how the service worker experiences his/her work. There are three dimensions of the service workers experience in focus, and they are the base of my formulation of questions. The first dimension refers to how the service worker experiences the emotional labor demands from the employer. The second dimension concerns the relation between service worker and customer, from the view of the service worker. The third dimension problematizes how service workers experience efficiency.I have interviewed three call center customer workers and two hotel receptionists, using semi-structured interview technique.

Syftet med min undersökning var att ta reda på lärares syn på lärare-elev-relationen. I min rapport belyser jag vad som karaktäriserar en god lärare-elev-relation, hur en god relation etableras, vilken betydelse en god lärare-elev-relation har, samt vilka hinder och svårigheter som lärarna upplever sig ha för att kunna etablera goda elevrelationer. Jag genomförde en kvalitativ intervjustudie för att kunna belysa fenomenet mer nyanserat och djupgående. I studien ingick fem lärare från en gymnasieskola i Kalmar. Urvalet gjordes strategiskt för att garantera att det skulle finnas en spridning vad det gäller lärares kön, år som verksam lärare samt ämneskombinationer.

This will be contrasted with how BBC and CNN describe the events. These other two news agencies were chosen, because they represent media from democratic countries in Europe and the USA. The aim of this Master´s thesis is to examine the debate in Swedish library press concerning outsourcing of public libraries. The two magazines studied are BBL (Biblioteksbladet) and bis (bibliotek i samhälle). The period of time covered by the selected articles is 2005 to 2011. Although there are still quite few cases of tendering arrangements in Sweden, the question has been raised in the last years by the decision of the Municipality of Nacka (Stockholm) to outsource their public libraries. Another important factor for bringing the question into focus has been the general elections of 2006, which brought an alliance of right-wing parties to power.     In this thesis the arguments of the participants are documented and analyzed.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka om HVB-hem för ensamkommande unga flyktingar använder evidensbaserade behandlingsmetoder och om personalen tar hänsyn till förutsättningarna för behandling, trygghet och relation. Ensamma unga flyktingar som har flytt från krigsdrabbade länder kan ha svåra trauman bakom sig och kan vara i behov av behandling. Frågeställningarna lyder: Hur viktigt anser personalen på HVB-hem det vara med trygghet och relation som förutsättning för behandling? Vilka evidensbaserade metoder används i verksamheterna? Vilka inslag från evidensbaserade metoder används?Undersökningen genomfördes med en kvantitativ metod, med enkät som datainsamlingsinstrument. Urvalet bestod av 26 HVB-hem för ensamkommande barn.

Once these disciplines complement one another, you can achieve a smooth handover to ensure a good and healthy working environment.In this thesis, we study a company in Uppsala and their operations and handover by interviewing the relevant staff in question. The result shows that there are currently no present guidelines for how and when the handover should take place, it is up to each individual to provide themselves with the relevant information.If the handover of the work environment would occur to the extent it should it would lead to minimized proportions of unforeseen risks and events that may occur during the production phase, which ultimately leads to a better and healthier working environment..

The number of HIV- positive is increasing all over the world and it's very likely to meet these patients as a nurse. The interaction between the nurse and the patient is characterized by experience and knowledge and at the same time the nurse is expected to act professionally. The purpose of this literature review is to investigate the nurse's complex of problems regarding the treatment of the HIV- positive patient by exploring the attitudes against HIV among nurses and how the nurse can maintain the integrity of the HIV- positive patient. Antonovsky's salutoqenic model, sense of coherence, has been used as theoretical frame. From 14 articles five topics have been found that influence the nurse's attitudes against HIV-positive patients.

Denna magisteruppsats i krigsvetenskap med inriktning i militärteknik behandlar utveckling av kravställningen i materielproduktionsprocessen för örlogsfartyg, exemplifierat av en konfigurationslösning för manöverbryggan. Syftet är att föreslå nya krav på materielproduktionsprocessen för att skapa förutsättningar för konfigurationslösningar på örlogsfartyg som säkerställer utövandet av den väpnade striden och hanterar effekter av stridsskador samtidigt som den militära sjösäkerheten tillgodoses. Utifrån inhämtad kunskap om materielproduktionsprocessen, mänskliga faktorer, den väpnade striden, den militära sjösäkerheten och en standard för hantering av skador orsakade av strid analyseras en befintlig manöverbryggas konfigurationslösning, innan och efter en skada, utifrån ställda krav inom den väpnade striden och den militära sjösäkerheten. Manöverbryggans konfigurationslösning utvecklas och en förnyad analys sker på motsvarande sätt. Resultatet presenteras i form av ett antal nya krav som bör ställas på materielproduktionsprocessen för att skapa förutsättningar enligt ovan angivna syfte..
