Syftet med studien är att utifrån ett socialpsykologiskt- och relationellt perspektiv, skapa en djupare förståelse och förklaring för hur medarbetarna på kundservice "En väg in" i Varbergs kommun upplevt denna organisationsförändring. Urvalet bestod av sex medarbetare och två personer ur ledningsgruppen. En kvalitativ metod med semistrukturerade intervjuer har använts, samt en hermeneutisk ansats. För att analyseraoch tolka det empiriska materialet har tidigare forskning och vetenskapliga artiklar valts ut, samt teorierna Jacobsens (2013) förändringsledarskap och motstånd, Maslows behovstrappa (Aronsson m.fl. 2012), Herzbergs tvåfaktorsteori (Aronsson m.fl.

Långa dagar med mycket oförutsedda arbetsuppgifter gör rektorsyrket till ett tungt arbete. Studier visar att det fortfarande är kvinnan som tar hand om det mesta i hemarbetet. Tuffa arbetsvillkor och mycket ansvar i hemmet kan leda till långvarig stress.

 The 1st of July 2006 Sweden made a change of authorities in the system concerning the reception of separated asylum seeking children. Prior to the change, the Swedish Board of Migration was held completely responsible for the reception of these children, who arrives in Sweden without their parents or any other relatives to care for them. Since the alteration of the law (1994:137) the responsibility for the housing of these children now lies within the Swedish municipalities, while the Board of Migration still handles their legal commissions. The change was intended to fundamentally improve the conditions under which these children were taken care of. However the implementation took a severe wrong turn when the municipalities weren't prepared for their new responsibilities and the immediate result was alarming. This qualitative study is based upon interviews with the people responsible for the reception of the separated asylum seeking children in the municipalities of Kronobergs County, as well as one of the two people in charge of the new system at the Swedish Board of Migration.

In 2014-2015 a large-scale Ebola epidemic occurred in West Africa. The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency was given the order to conduct the Swedish response. The purpose of this case study was to investigate the impact on project planning of the three factors: the nature of the crisis, political initiative and developing countries. In this case study the crisis was an epidemic, and the project was initiated by the Swedish Government and conducted in two developing countries. The results were intended to contribute to developed understanding and recommendations for future project managers in similar projects.

Increased trade and exchange within the European Community has brought with it the need for less restricted circulation of judgments. The situation has improved greatly due to the enactment of Regulation (EC) No. 44/2001 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (the Brussels I Regulation).Despite recent improvements the proceedings are still time-consuming and difficult. Many creditors refrain from having judgments recognized and enforced as the proceedings cost too much time and are too time-consuming. In the year 2002 a commission wasappointed by the government and taskedto clear up possible flaws in the lawgoverning spatial planning (Plan ochbygglagen, PBL). The commission's reportlaid the foundations for a new law whichwas adopted by the Swedish parliament onthe 20th of June 2010 and is scheduledto come into effect on the 2nd of May2011.The purpose of this thesis has been toexamine the changes made in the new law,primarily from a civil-rights point ofview, focusing on the appeal process.This is a highly interesting subjectconsidering one reason behind the newlaw was to simplify and streamline theplanning process while keeping civilrights intact.Through a comprehensive literature studyand interviews with experts the currentplanning process was mapped out andrelevant changes in the new law wereexamined. After the study had beenconcluded we were able to distinguishseveral areas that underwent especiallyinteresting changes;The requirement of a plan program wasremoved and the exhibition process wasremoved and replaced by a writtenreview. Individuals were given thepossibility of requesting a plan notice.The different spatial plan documentswere merged into one single document andthe number of responsible authoritiesfor spatial plans is no longer limitedto one.The study has shown that the aspirationfor a more effective spatial planningprocess has mostly been conducted at theexpense of individual rights.The single biggest obstacle forachieving a democratic planning processis learning how the law works and howthe spatial planning process isimplemented, this is has been proven tobe a very hard and time consuming taskfor individuals to undertake..

Mervärdesskattelagen trädde i kraft i Sverige år 1994 och lagen har sedan dess reglerat den svenska skatteinbetalningen. Efter Sveriges inträde i EU, år 1995, har det pågått anpassningsåtgärder inom momsområdet för att uppnå en harmonisering med EU:s mervärdesskattedirektiv. Medlemskapet har således inneburit att EU-rätten har blivit en del av det svenska rättssystemet och följaktligen är det inte längre bara den nationella rätten som ska beaktas utan stor hänsyn måste också tas till innehållet i EU-rätten. Från och med den 1 januari 2010 har det införts nya regler i mervärdesskattelagen om omsättningsland för tjänster. Detta har gjorts med anledning av direktiv 2008/8/EG och syftet med genomförandet av dessa regler i svensk rätt är att det allmänt sett är en fördel för rättstillämpningen om de svenska bestämmelserna i stort är ordnade på samma sätt som i EU-rätten.

A study of local politicians' arguments in                       connection with the division into grades at Swedish primary schools.Author:                       Annie LinderUniversity of KalmarC-essay in Social StudiesAutumn 2011 The study aims to investigate local politicians' decisions since municipalities took overSwedish primary education in 1990/91. The arguments put forward in support of how stages are organised have been studied, likewise whether municipalities have acted rationally when making their decisions.Six municipalities are included in the survey. They were divided into three educational categories: lower, middle and high level schools; previous and recent schools and F9 schools with pre-schools and primary schools integrated.Minutes from politicians' and civil servants' meetings have been studied and categorised according to arguments for and against. The most common supportive arguments are about economy and organisation, others concern school premises, trends and the wish for a comprehensive compulsory school.

The aim of this study is to examine how librarians experience implementations of changes in the physical space of the public library. The study seeks to answer the following questions from the librarians? perspective: What are the underlying reasons for changes in the physical space of the library? What are the important functions of the public library to the community residents? What reactions do librarians get from community residents after changes in the physical space of the public library? The study is based on semi-structured interviews with librarians working at seven small public libraries in Sweden. A model of four library spaces, which was developed by Andersson and Skot-Hansen in 1994 and refined in 2012, is used as a theoretical framework to help analyzing the results. The majority of the libraries are structured according to the older version of the model.

This study examines the differences between Bosnia and Herzegovina?s, Montenegro?s and Croatia's tourism development after the Civil War in the 1990s. In particular, this essay is about the town Neum, which is the only Bosnia and Herzegovina destination on the Adriatic, splitting the Croatian coast in two. Through information from books, the internet and interviews I´ve tried to find out why Neum is a special place to visit and how it differs from other destinations on the Adriatic coast. One of the findings is that many are not aware of Bosnia and Herzegovina having a small, but still, part of the Adriatic.

In the mid-1990?s, the global computer network known as the Internet was introduced in Sweden. With this study, we are shining a light on the entrance of Swedish Public Service media on the Internet. The two major Swedish Public Service companies Sveriges Television (?Swedish Television?, also called SVT) and Sveriges Radio (?Swedish Radio?, also called SR) are included in this study.SR published its first website in 1994 and the site featured a presentation of the results from the Swedish parliament elections of that year.

EG-rätten är överordnad nationell rätt, vilket innebär att Sverige har en skyldighet att följa EG-rätten. Det övergripande målet med den Europeiska gemenskapen är att skapa en inre marknad inom gemenskapen. För att förverkliga målet att skapa en inre marknad har ett gemensamt system för mervärdesskatt utvecklats, med målsättningen att harmonisera mervärdesskatten i alla medlemsstater. Harmoniseringen har resulterat i ett flertal direktiv och det mest centrala på mervärdesskatteområdet är direktiv 2006/112/EG, mervärdesskattedirektivet. Mervärdesskattelagen[1] trädde i kraft den 1 juli 1994 och ska utformas i enlighet med mervärdesskattedirektivet.Mervärdesskatten är en allmän konsumtionsskatt, vilket innebär att den slutlige konsumenten bär bördan av skatten.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva erfarenheter av förändringar i aktivitetsidentitet hos personer med kronisk sjukdom. För att studera detta genomfördes en litteraturbaserad studie med analys av självbiografier. Data samlades in via sex böcker som var skrivna av kvinnor mellan åren 1994- 2005. Data analyserades utifrån kvalitativ innehållsanalys vilket resulterade i tre kategorier: "Att förlora kontrollen", "Att göra aktiviteter på ett annat sätt" samt "Att få förändrade roller och relationer". Informanternas erfarenheter visade hur de ställs inför nya situationer där de var osäkra över sin kapacitet och kämpade för att behålla sin tidigare aktivitetsidentitet.
