1994 infördes lagen om producentansvaret i Sverige, en del av denna var förordningen om förpackningar. Tanken med detta var att minska andelen avfall som gick till förbränning och deponi och samtidigt öka andelen till återvinning. Från och med 2002 blev det dessutom förbjudet att deponera brännbart avfall i Sverige. Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka vilken av avfallshanteringsmetoderna, återvinning eller förbränning med energiutvinning, som är mest samhällsekonomiskt lönsam gällande hantering av vätskekartonger. De externa kostnaderna, hushållens kostnader och miljökostnader, är mycket viktiga i kalkylen.

The essay deals with gender aspects on climate change adaption. The aspects consist of the fact that women in Sweden drive cars less than men, and that women in the developing world are more affected by natural disasters arising from global warming. This study was carried out in the municipality of Huddinge, a suburb to Stockholm, by interviewing one Agenda 21 coordinator, one planner and one student in genderstudies. I also attended a meeting in the Committee for built environment in the Huddinge Municipality, to ask the politicians questions and observe gender structures during the meeting. The results also consist of a search for gender-related words in the documents used in the essay.The results are analysed using ecofeminsim, a theory that connects woman subordination and environmental destruction.

Since 2003 Saudi Arabia is under attack from domestic Al Qaida-cells which, by random shootings of westerners and bombings of compounds and official state buildings, is trying to challenge the stability of the royal regime. According to Al Qaida, the Royal family is attacked because of their friendly relations to the US and for not implementing Islam in the Saudi society as profound as they ought to. Political analyst finds it obvious that the Islamic Al Qaida-cells by terrorism is trying to erode the stability in the kingdom.An important foundation for stability for any government is legitimacy. The aim of this thesis is to examine the royal legitimacy strategy in the state bureaucracy of Saudi Arabia. The question at issue is: how has the royal family constructed the civil, military and religious bureaucracies to maintain and promote stability and legitimacy?The thesis focuses on the on three different units within these three bureaucracies and it surveys the way they are staffed and organized to strengthen and maintain legitimacy for the royal family.

Vår avsikt är att i denna uppsats utifrån Donald L. Horowitzs teori om etniska konflikter, förklara varför etniska majoriteter attackerar etniska minoriteter. Vi utför en fallstudie av Sri Lanka och av händelserna innan juli 1983 dvs. det som ledde fram till upploppet, ?Black July?.

The Anglo-Saxon trust is not a new phenomenon, but existed as early as in the Middle Ages. The concept is customary among common-law countries, such as England the US,but unfamiliar to civil-law countries like Sweden. The person who creates the trust is called a settlor, the one who holds and administer the property is a trustee and the person who benefits from the settlement is called a beneficiary.In Sweden there is no legislation of how the trust ought to be assessed, but the need to understand it has probably increased with the internationalization.The Swedish Supreme Administrative Court has had a few opportunities to elucidate some of the uncertainties regarding trusts, but chose to abstain. With this The Swedish Tax Panel has very limited guidance from the court when they receive an application of an advance notice.A trust is not a legal entity nor a tax subject. This differs the trust from a foundation and they can not be placed on an equality from a Swedish tax perspective.In an advance notice, 2010-03-23 (dnr 103-09/D) om Inkomstskatt: Inkomst av tjänst ? värdepappersförmån, the Swedish Tax Panel equalizes the trust property with shares when determining how to tax the assets.

Jordbruket är något väldigt centralt i världen då jordbruket är det som försörjer oss med mat, en vara vi inte kan leva utan. Idag lever vissa delar av befolkningen på jorden i överflöd av jordbruksprodukter samtidigt som andra delar lever i svält. 1994 bildades en ny internationell handelsorganisation, World Trade Organization (WTO), som har till uppgift att liberalisera den internationella handeln och på så sätt förbättra förutsättningarna för handel mellan länder. En helt liberal handel innebär att alla länder konkurrerar på lika villkor på världsmarknaden. Detta ska ske genom att länderna reducerar sina handelshinder och öppnar sina inhemska marknader för omvärlden.

Bakgrund: Fysisk aktivitet har en positiv inverkan på vår kropp.  Fysisk aktivitet kan sänka blodtrycket, stärka muskler och skelett och reducera stresshormoner. Genom dessa effekter och andra minskar risken för flera sjukdomar som exempelvis diabetes typ II, hjärt- kärlsjukdomar och depression (Ståhle 2008) Syfte: Syftet med denna undersökning är att försöka förstå hur förskrivare av Fysisk aktivitet på Recept (FaR) och mottagare av patient (aktivitetsarrangör) ser på samarbetet runt patienterna. För att undersöka detta belyses dels hur de två parterna ser på det egna och den andra partens arbete, dels hur de ser på kommunikationen dem emellan. Metod: Studien är mulitimetodiell utifrån en fallstudie som har karaktär av en fenomenografiskt beskrivande analys (Merriam 1994; Granskär & Höglund-Nielsen 2008). I undersökningen deltog tre förskrivare och två aktivitetsarrangörer.

Sedan det infördes ett nytt mål- och kunskapsrelaterat betygssystem 1994 har flera undersökningar gjorts för att studera hur lärarna har tagit till sig de nya styrdokumenten. Resultatet har visat på att det råder en olikvärdig bedömning då elever inte har fått samma betyg när de har blivit bedömda för samma prestation och kunskapsnivå av olika lärare. Avsikten med det här arbetet har varit att undersöka om det har skett någon förändring och därmed om det råder likvärdig bedömning av elevtexter i engelskämnet men också hur skolorna arbetar för att nå likvärdig bedömning. Lärarna i studien var inte helt eniga i sin betygsättning men mycket nära i sina motiveringar för det betyg de satt. Bedömningen blev därmed inte helt likvärdig men visar på att bedömarna ligger nära i sina tankar kring betygsättning av elevtexter.

This essay focuses on the implementation of the strategy gender mainstreaming in the European Union and the member states. It starts to identify problems connected to the implementation process and recognizes significant prerequisites for an efficient implementation of the strategy. The main problems and prerequisites are: political will, governance and structure and knowledge about gender equality. The empirical material consists of reports from the EU that touches upon gender mainstreaming and gender equality. The problems and prerequisites will be analysed in relation to the governance perspectives top-down and bottom-up and expert bureaucratic and participative democratic and gender and feminism.

Allt fler kvinnor söker sig till rektorsyrket. Medan yrket har blivit mer kvinnodominerat har även arbetsvillkoren blivit hårdare. Långa dagar med mycket oförutsedda arbetsuppgifter gör rektorsyrket till ett tungt arbete. Studier visar att det fortfarande är kvinnan som tar hand om det mesta i hemarbetet. Tuffa arbetsvillkor och mycket ansvar i hemmet kan leda till långvarig stress.

The arguments put forward in support of how stages are organised have been studied, likewise whether municipalities have acted rationally when making their decisions.Six municipalities are included in the survey. They were divided into three educational categories: lower, middle and high level schools; previous and recent schools and F9 schools with pre-schools and primary schools integrated.Minutes from politicians' and civil servants' meetings have been studied and categorised according to arguments for and against. The most common supportive arguments are about economy and organisation, others concern school premises, trends and the wish for a comprehensive compulsory school.

Denna uppsats är skriven inom ramen för den tekniska specialiseringen vid Försvarshögskolan och är en deskriptiv och komparativ studie av möjligheterna för Marinen att skaffa satellitkommunikationssystem.Marinen har i takt med nya uppgifter fått behov av ett autonomt sambandssystem som kan användas som komplement vid internationella operationer. För att kunna deltaga inom ramen för NATO-ledda fredsbevarande operationer är satellitkommunikationssystem  t.o.m. ett krav som Marinen i dagsläget inte klarar av att fylla.Den säkerhetspolitiska utvecklingen och en förändrad hotbild gör att utnyttjande av ett helt civilt system är ett kostnadseffektivt och realistiskt alternativ. Geostationära satelliter utgör då fortfarande det bästa valet med hänsyn till täckningsområde och driftsäkerhet. Operationsområdet styr vilken operatör man väljer, men inriktningen bör vara en svensk satellit eller en satellit med svensk delägande.Tekniskt sett skall systemet vara uppbyggt kring hyllvara (COTS).

Since the beginning of 1940 there have been externally developed tests in Sweden. Their appearances have changed over the years together with the cognitive approach. Nowadays, this kind of tests is going by the name of the national tests, which was introduced in the year of 1994. When the Swedish National Agency for Education received the assignment to develop new purposes and national tests to the third grade students, debate took a bounce. The matter was well discussed; national tests in third grade or not?The national tests thus far carried out four rounds in the third grade and the purpose of my study was to find out how teachers are reasoning about the tests.

Slovenia and Latvia are two examples of countries which have gone through a successful democratic transition. They were both under authoritarian rule and command economy up until their declarations of independence in the early 90s. Today they have a functional market economy and political pluralism. I have examined transition theories highlighted by Jonas Linde and Joakim Ekman and from these theories sought the explanations to what lies behind the successful transitions of these two countries. The transition in Slovenia was affected by liberalization from within the ruling communist party which then controlled much of the transition process. A relatively large civil society and the fact that Slovenia was not involved in the Balkan War also contributed to the short process.

Few issues raise such an engagement as parking areas, both by the municipality, property- and car owners. For car owners, it is of great importance where to park his car. Parking is not simply about availability but also about safety, security and how it affects the urban environment.When the land will be utilized for building development, there are regulations in Chapter 8, § 9 PBL how parking will be provided. Property owners have an obligation to provide parking space and it shall be arranged in an equitable manner, on the site or near it, which gives an opportunity for shared parking facilities. The guidelines for parking that the municipality has adopted should be the starting point for the extent of that space for parking is required when a building permit review.The first thing you should look at, is if the property owner has ability to provide parking space at his own property, but this is not always the best solution in areas such as inner cities.
