The Disney princess line includes nine films, in our study we have extended this line to include the latest three films from Walt Disney Pictures that follow the same pattern. These films are Tangled (2010), Brave (2012) and Frozen (2013). We have conducted our study using the same method used by England, Descartes and Collier-Meeks (2011) in their study of the first nine films, starting with Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs produced in 1937 to Princess and the Frog from 2009. A quantitative study was executed where we focused on gender role portrayal, the main characters behavioral characteristics and performed rescues. We applied the following theories to our result; the Social Constructivism, Laura Mulvey?s theory of the Male Gaze, Michel Foucault?s theory of power and discourse, intersectionality and Claude E.

Bakgrund: Bekräftelse är ett grundläggande mänskligt behov som är viktigt för patienten och har stor betydelse för upplevelsen i mötet med vården. SAUK (Sympati-Accepterande-Upplevelse-Kompetens) modellen är en metod för att värdera bekräftelse i omvårdnad. Syftet: Syftet med uppsatsen var att få förståelse samt ökad kunskap om hur patienten upplever bekräftelse i mötet med vården. Metod: Tolv vetenskapliga artiklar valdes ut, dessa var publicerade i Sverige, USA, England, Finland, Norge och Australien, mellan åren 1998-2006. Resultat: Resultatet visade att SAUK-modellens begrepp kunde användas som analysmodell för att undersöka patientens upplevelse av bekräftelse i omvårdnaden.

Denna uppsats behandlar fenomenet och begreppet Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Begreppet används synonymt med företags samhällsansvar och innebär att företag frivilligt vill medverka till ett bättre samhälle. Utgångspunkten är Carroll och Buchholtz mångciterade modell The Pyramid of Corporate Social Responsibility, som förklarar CSR utifrån fyra ansvar: ekonomiskt-, legalt-, etiskt- och filantropiskt. Fokus ligger på CSR som en del i ett företags marknadsföringsstrategi, med betoning på det ekonomiska-, etiska- och filantropiska ansvaret. Problemformuleringen lyder: Hur ser chefers uppfattningar om Corporate Social Responsibility, som en del i marknadsföringsstrategin, i ett brittiskt respektive svenskt fastighetsbolag ut? Syftet är att ta reda på svaret på problemformuleringen samt att se om det finns likheter och skillnader i de båda studerade företagens chefers uppfattningar om CSR.

Detta är ett arbete som visar en del av de teorier som finns inom moralutvecklingen idag. Tyngdpunkten har lagts på Lawrence Kohlberg och hans stadieutveckling. Därtill kommer kritiker till dessa teorier att tas upp. Nancy Eisenberg och Carol Gilligans ?bry sig om?-perspektiv på moralutveckling kommer att ställas mot Kohlbergs mer rättviseinriktade teoristadier.

Endometrios är en kronisk sjukdom som drabbar cirka 10 procent av alla fertila kvinnor. Världen över beräknas 176 miljoner kvinnor vara drabbade av sjukdomen. Endometrios medför ett stort lidande då sjukdomen påverkar det fysiska, psykiska, sociala samt sexuella välbefinnandet. Det krävs god kunskap om hur kvinnorna upplever sitt tillstånd och sin kropp för att sjuksköterskan på bästa sätt ska kunna främja kvinnornas hälsa och ge en god vård. Syftet med studien var att beskriva kvinnors upplevelser av att leva med endometrios.

Isaberg Rapid AB is a company that manufactures for instance staplers and glue guns. Headquarters and main factory is located in Hestra but there are also subsidiary companies in Denmark, Netherlands, France, Spain, China and England. There are also two filial factories in France and China.Today has the company no logistic guidelines committed and that leads to problems since the salesmen promise different things to the customers. This contributes too many different logistic solutions for Isaberg Rapid AB. The company has also noted problems with returns of goods.The purpose with this task is to standardize and compile logistic guidelines, usable to all Isaberg Rapid AB's small to midsize customers.

I föreliggande uppsats undersöks IKT (informations- och kommunikationsteknik) i gymnasieskolans svenskundervisning. Studien har utförts bland annat genom kvalitativa intervjuer av 5 svensklärare på fyra olika gymnasieskolor i Småland. Författarna försöker ge svar på vilka motiv som ligger bakom den pågående förändringen mot ett mer digitaliserat svenskämne, vad och hur dessa förändringar rent konkret ser ut samt om svensk-undervisningen blir bättre eller sämre av IKT. Dessutom har vi försökt ta reda på och besvara hur svensklärares attityder till förändringen ser ut samt huruvida skolornas 1:1-satsning med en dator per elev har betydelse för förändringen mot en IKT-baserad svenskundervisning.De huvudsakliga resultaten visar att det finns olika motiv till integrerandet av IKT i svenskämnet på gymnasiet. Vi ser tendenser till något som kan sägas vara ett slags socialiserat behov hos dagens unga där de nya digitala, visuella medierna ser ut att påverka och förändra den unga generationens sätt att hantera sitt lärande.

Det här kandidatarbetet handlar om Barsebäcks gods och dess parks historia. Godset har en historia som sträcker sig ända tillbaka på 1400-talet och kom i familjen Hamiltons ägor år 1743, köparen var Gustaf David Hamilton. Parken har haft en hel del skepnader under århundradena som speglar dess historiska storhet. Fram till år 1889 hade parken lindalléer, vallgravar och bestod av parterrer. Men år 1889 gjordes parken om till den stil som kallas ?Engelsk lustpark ? och det var även under denna tid som slottet byggdes om. Jag har sammanställt de ritningar och texter av bland annat Burman- Fischer, Barfod, Carl Hårleman, Adolf Fredrik Barnekow och Carl von Linne, för att få ett historiskt perspektiv över godset. Man ser tydligt att alla har haft sin egen syn på godset samt egna förslag på hur man skulle ha kunnat förbättra det. Den Engelska lustparken tog sin form i England i början på 1700-talet och spred sig över Europa och nådde Sverige på 1800-talet.

Russian comfrey, Symphytum x uplandicum, was tested as a plant nutrient source in a trial with tomatoes. Comfrey liquid was produced by Stiftelsen Holma i Höör. Tomato plants of the cultivar Aromata planted in a medium of soil:peat (1:1) enriched with organic nutrients and lime, were fed with comfrey liquid plus Biofer, in three different concentrations. Two different concentrations of BioRika were used as comparison, along with an unfertilized control group. In the comfrey treatment I a total amont of 1g N, 0,23 g P, 0,84 g K, was given to the tomatoes.

I have for my one year master's thesis worked on arranging and cataloging the archives from the missions stations of Musana, Congo-Brazzaville and Sundi-Lutete, Congo-Kinshasa, belonging to the Swedish Missions Church (Svenska Missionskyrkan). The archives contained records written in Swedish, French and Kikongo, from primarily the years 1910 until 1961. Records have though been found that adhere from both prior to and after these years. These archives are deposited at the Swedish National Archive and it was therefore important to take the opinions and regulations of both parties into consideration, as well as relying onto archival theory.The archives were initially scattered and had in some parts been organized by an archivist without formal schooling. The major difficulties in this work has therefore been to establish the provenance ? to which creator the documents belonged to, and also to decide to which degree the principle of the original order should play a part.

I have chosen to investigate the relationship between Latin American- and African Liberation Theologies. My purpose is to analyze, understand and compare the similarities and differencesbetween the two. The bulk of the study addresses two Liberationists, Gustavo Gutiérrez from Latin America and Jean-Marc Ela from Africa, both of whom are considered by many to be the most important theologians on their continents. This is done with the aim of deepeningthe knowledge of other theologies which have also influenced present day theological thinking.The questions I pose concern Liberation Theology in general, its background and its history. I will journey through Latin American and African church history in order to understand the contexts in which these two theologies have arisen.

An era ended in 1920 when the Walloon ironworks village of Strömsberg closed. The Wallon people had lived on the spot for 300 years and influenced the region was a lot. The kitchengarden in Stromsberg was a gardencenter 1920-50. The count´s good profits made him reinvest a lot of capital in the Wallon ironworks village to make it better and to construct forges, buildings and gardens. The kitchen garden´s history in Stromsberg started in 1660-70s, when Johan Vervier, built Strömsbergs first manor house.

This essay concerns the osteological cremated skeletal remains from Broe, Halla parish, Gotland of  The Late Iron Age.The focus of this essay is to determine the position of the corpse on the pyre, whether the cremated bones were crushed after or prior to the cremation and if the individual was buried in the pyre. In addition the species, age, sex and skeletal abnormalities of the bones in question will be studied.The result of the research has yielded that the cremated bones did not need to be crushed to result in the small fragment sizes. Crushing of the bones may have happened during the cremation, this conclusion has been drawn through the comparison of a pyre experiment were bone fragmentation is evident with cremated foxes, and dogs in the cremation graves from Broe. The construction of the pyre and the position of the corpse could not be determined through colouring and fragmentation of the bones.The human's were commonly buried in the pyre, and in some cases it is possible that the "grave" in fact is the remainder of a pyre. The species found are dog, horse, cow, sheep/goat and bear.

Visitor Centers were first established at various national parks in North America. Most Visitor Centers were built in the ten-year period following 1952. The purpose of the Visitor Centers was to welcome visitors and enhance their experience of the national parks. Today there are Visitor Centers all around the world, connected to different places or attractions. Many of the Visitor Centers that exist today, especially those in the national parks in North America, were built during the information society.

This master thesis summarizes contemporary theories on secularization processes in the Western world, and compares these with the example of Sweden, which by many scholars is considered to be the most secularized country in the Western world.I do this by dividing the most influential theorists in five different groups. In each group I explain how the theorists formulate and motivate their positions. These groups are:1) The secularization paradigm, where secularization always accompanies modernization. (Therorists: Steve Bruce and Peter Berger (in the 1960s)2) The paradigm basically accepted, but revised to depend on existential security, rather than modernisation as such. (Pippa Norris and Ronald Inglehart)3) Religion returned in the public sphere.
