Användandet, eller frånvaron, av öppen källkodsprogramvaror inom offentlig sektor är något som på senare tid har diskuterats flitigt både i artiklar och i internetanslutna diskussionsforum. Den offentliga sektorns behov av investeringar i nya IT-system kommer dessutom att öka i och med realiseringen av Statskontorets vision om 24-timmarsmyndigheten. Detta examensarbete undersöker hur välbekant begreppet öppen källkod är, vilka attityder som finns mot begreppet och hur stor utbredningen av öppen källkodsprogramvaror är hos Sveriges kommuner. Av resultatet framkommer att 60 % av alla IT-chefer och motsvarande i kommunerna känner till begreppet väl, att 80 % av alla tillfrågade upplever öppen källkod som något positivt och att drygt 30 % av alla kommuner redan använder någon form av programvara baserad på öppen källkod. De viktigaste fördelarna med öppen källkodsprogramvaror är den låga kostnaden, tillgången till all källkod och att man snabbt kan få del av andras förbättringar. I flera länder i både Europa och Asien, såväl som Sydamerika förekommer rekommendationer, eller åtminstone diskussioner, om hur öppen källkod bäst kan användas för att stödja den offentliga sektorn i respektive länder. För att användningen av öppen källkodsprogramvaror skall ta fart även bland Sveriges kommuner krävs fler leverantörer av support och andra kringtjänster, ytterligare förbättring av säkerheten hos programvarorna, samt mer information om vad begreppet faktiskt innebär..

The result is aimed to give a deeper picture of how gender is represented in media.Material/Method: The method used in this thesis is discourse analysis, applied on twenty articles which contained personal interviews with women and men who have or have had breast or prostate cancer. Ten of the articles contain interviews with women and ten interviews with men. The articles were selected from criteria based on where and when they were published. They were picked from the two largest papers in Sweden, Dagens Nyheter (DN) and Aftonbladet (AF), ten from each paper, of which five were interviews with women and five with men.

The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze laws that completely prohibit abortion through a legal philosophical perspective. To demonstrate that abortion blanket bans cannot be seen as legally legitimate, the author has completed a literature study where she uses Robert Alexy?s ?Concept of Law? to analyze abortion laws both in general, and in Nicaragua in particular.Based upon Alexy?s ?Concept of Law? the author has identified three relevant key elements ? social efficacy, the argument from injustice and correctness of content - which she uses in her analysis. In order to apply these three elements on the total abortion ban, she then uses four different analysis tools - feminist theory, Human Rights, deontology analysis and right analysis. This has enabled a thorough analysis of the total ban on abortion that has demonstrates that such laws cannot be considered legitimate.By highlighting the human rights violations the law entails, one can conclude that the law has a social impact.

This Master of Science Thesis was a complement project to the PIEp study MENTOL, carried out at a Swedish midsize medical device company.. PIEp nationally works for a long-term increase of the innovation capability of people and organizations. The purpose of this study was to find measuring parameters of innovation that fit medium-sized technological companies and organizations, Another purpose was to evaluate an innovation investment at the company, consisting of external consultant?s education of key personnel in innovation, and a two day innovation seminar with all personnel at the company participating. The aim of this Masters thesis is to conduct an analysis of the Swedish classification system the SAB-system from a feminist and queer theoretical perspective. The theoretical framework of the study is feminist and queer theory as well as theories from Library and Information Science, mainly classification theory. The study takes its departure from the idea of classification systems as social constructs, reflecting their time, place and society. Paul Ricoeurs critical hermeneutics is used as methodological guidance. This gives room for a critical perspective in the interpretation.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to study how DIK (Documentation, Information and Culture), the major trade union for Swedish librarians, work with the status and professionalization of the occupation. The status is, as we see it, low and depending on several factors. They are among others: the knowledge base, how extended the research base is and the domination of women within the profession. These factors all work together to maintain the status and the prestige of the occupation at a low level. With the help and work of the trade union DIK the status can improve if the focus is right.

Furthermore, I am anxious to widen the perspectives of that which theoretically can be considered substantially real, and the existential consequences that follows on such a study. Hur kan mobila användare studeras? Frågan blir allt mer aktuell i samband med att vi människor i större utsträckning blir mobila och därmed också använder mobila artefakter som en del av vardagslivet. Denna fråga är framförallt aktuell för de företag som utvecklar denna typ av artefakter. Vi har under detta kandidatarbete samarbetat med ett företag som dagligen ställs inför denna typ av frågor, och vi kommer i denna rapport behandla utvecklingen av en metod för att studera just mobila användare. Every single child has the right to a childhood as well as a future. The labor regulations within the international conventions exist in order to make sure that these rights are looked after, but the ratification of the conventions is just the beginning. In order to receive the results which are set by the conventions, it is crucial that the implementation is successful. The politics of the country have to change and improve in order to achieve compatible laws, but also the population has to be given the opportunity to obtain education and knowledge about their human rights. Children who are forced to work at a young age, often under inhuman conditions, are not only deprived of their childhood but also of the chance to develop into an independent individual at the same time as this interferes with their education.

Enligt 29 kap 2 § ABL, med hänvisning till 29 kap 1 § ABL, ska en revisor som under fullgörandet av sitt uppdrag, av oaktsamhet eller uppsåtligen, skadar bolaget ersätta skadan. Revisorns skadeståndsansvar delas in internt och externt ansvar med den åtskillnaden att det vid externt ansvar, som syftar till att skydda tredjeman, krävs att revisorn brutit mot ABL, tillämplig lag om årsredovisning eller bolagsordning.
