Teoretiska Perspektiv: Den teorin vi främst använt oss av är Linda Hills bok; ”Becoming a Manager - How New Managers Master the Challenges of Leadership”. Enligt hennes studie så skiljer sig förväntningar och utfall markant åt för nyblivna förstalinjechefer.

Thid thesis concerns pre-Roman religion in Gaul, taking as its starting point Caesar's De bello Gallico. Caesar's account of the Gauls and their religious customs is compared with the accounts of Lucan, Pliny the elder and Ammianus Marcellinus. These are also compared to, and contrasted to, the archaeological evidence. There is some discussion of the nature of the common interpretations of this evidence. The concept of 'the Celts' is touched upon, since much of the relevant evidence has, in our time, been thought of as Celtic.

I förundersökningen av balanserade styrkort upptäckte vi tidigt att flera företag frångått modellen efter en kort tids användning, trots litteraturens positiva framställning av den. Vi ställde oss då frågorna när företag väljer att frångå tillämpningen och utvecklingen av balanserade styrkort samt vilka faktorer som påverkar detta beslut. Syftet med uppsatsen blev att genom att jämföra företag förstå vilka faktorer som kan påverka företag att avbryta vidareutvecklingen av styrkortet. Vi valde att fokusera på implementeringen och vidareutvecklingen av balanserade styrkort. Uppsatsen grundar sig på en fallstudie av två företag, Plastic Technology Composites i Kåge och Centek i Luleå, samt intervjuer med två mycket kunniga personer inom ämnesområdet, Christian Ax på Handelshögskolan i Göteborg och Nils-Göran Olve på Linköpings Universitet.

Researchers in the field of political corruption generally expect voters in democratic states to lose trust in corrupted politicians. However, there are cases where corrupted politicians maintain their popularity, a phenomenon studied in this thesis. Focus lies on three cases of political corruption: the Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi who has been the subject of several judicial investigations and court cases; the impeached former president of Lithuania, Rolandas Paksas; and the German Christian Democratic Union's (CDU) involvement in a party funding scandal. The cases are chosen based on the method of agreement. Berlusconi, Paksas and CDU have all, in spite of their corrupt behaviour, kept or regained popular support among a large group of their country's citizens.

This essay is about power, democracy, solidarity and equality in preschool. I examine three different situations to determine if I could have acted more sensibly in my interactions with the children. I portray: a ?children?s choice meeting? where children select an activity, a so-called emotional gathering and a dialogue at the lunch table about a popular movie that we plan to watch together afterwards. The purpose of this essay is to examine which norms and values form the basis of my actions, and if so, how these lead me to use my power to shape the children.I have chosen to use hermeneutic and norm-critical perspectives where I investigate and examine my norms and values and how I react and act, both consciously and unconsciously.

This report is a bachelor thesis work within the field of Product Development and is also an assignment for Thule Sweden. The work has been performed by Niclas Tjäderborn and Christian Holm, students at the Mechanical Engineering Program with major in Product Development and Industrial Design at Jönköping School of Engineering during spring the semester of 2009.The thesis work concerned the development of a new wheel holder for bike carrier for Thule Sweden. The background to the project was that the initiator wanted a more user friendly wheel holder with better design than those available on the market. The wheel holder is able to be implemented on one or several of Thule?s current wheel holders.

Problembakgrund: Svenskt Näringsliv gav för en tid sedan professorerna Per Thorell och Claes Norberg ett uppdrag att undersöka nytta och kostnad med revision i små aktiebolag. Slutsatserna kring undersökningen publicerades i en rapport som presenterades den 16 mars 2005. Denna rapport ledde till att debatten kring revisionsplikten i de små aktiebolagen togs upp på nytt. Många har olika åsikter angående detta och i praktiken är frågan inte utredd och det finns ett behov att undersöka ämnet vidare. Vår studies huvudproblem är: Hur påverkar en förändring i revisionsplikten revisionsbolagen? Vilka konsekvenser får detta för klienterna, de små aktiebolagen?Syfte: Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka behovet och nyttan med revisionsplikt för mindre bolag ur revisorernas perspektiv.

The purpose of this master`s thesis is to examine how the contemporary changes in society display itself in the network Ecumenical Forum of European Christian Women EFECW and to increase the understanding of networks. My main questions are: What does the networks structure look like? What does the networks relationships look like? How is identity created in the network and what types of identities is created? The objectives are reached by using two methods, qualitative inquiries and document analysis. The inquiries were carried out to nine members in the network of different countries. The theoretical framework of the thesis is Manuel Castells theories of the network society, and the study is also placed in context by a presentation of previous research on the field.

Vigren Johansson, Kalle & Svensson, Christian (2008) Dramaarbete i förskolan Malmö: Lärarutbildningen: Malmö högskola Examensarbetet handlar om hur arbetet med pedagogiskt drama ser ut på förskolor. Huvudsyftet med undersökningen är att ta reda på vad förskollärare har för inställning till pedagogiskt drama samt om de känner att de har tillräckliga kunskaper för att använda det i den dagliga verksamheten. Vi har utgått från följande frågor: Hur ser verksamma förskollärare på pedagogiskt drama som en del av verksamheten i förskolan? Hur framställs pedagogiskt drama/dramalek i förskolans läroplan? Hur stor kompetens anser förskollärarna krävs för att leda denna typ av verksamhet? Hur är utbudet av litteratur eller andra kunskapskällor tillgängliga på arbetsplatserna? För att besvara dessa frågor har vi genomfört en enkätundersökning med förskollärare i Lunds kommun samt ett mindre antal intervjuer. Vi har utgått från litteratur som rör pedagogiskt drama i allmänhet samt drama och teaterarbete i förskolan.

Roland Öhrvall, VD för Ro Rollytech AB, hade en idé om ett båtskydd som med hjälp av GPS skulle kunna meddela båtägaren om oönskad aktivitet, såsom stöld eller inbrott. Genom projektet ?Ett entreprenöriellt universitet? förverkligades idéen vid Luleå tekniska universitet. Den systemtekniska utvecklingen av larmet påbörjades 2005 och utfördes av EISLAB (Embedded Internet System Laboratory) vid LTU. This essay revolves around the Christianisation of the Danish kingdom during the middle ages. Issues like; the length of the Christianisation process and the influence it had on thevillages? structural appearance in the Danish kingdom. A special case study of the villages Kyrkheddinge and Fjälkinge, Scania, is an essential part of the essay. Through writtenmaterial and excavation reports from the both villages the study enlightens the structural appearance of the village and the hierarchy of the farms in the village.

The key purpose of this research has been trying to understand, and study how assyrian/syriac youth create their identity under the influence of two or several different cultures. We have also looked upon how different factors such as history, religion, language, family and school play a role in the youths identity development.We have used a qualitative method in our study where we have interviewed six assyrian/syriac youth. Because of their Christian faith the assyrian/syriac group has been forced to migrate from their countries to different parts around the world. In the new countries the group has been forced to create and live in a diasporaculture. The city Södertälje in Sweden has developed to become a metropole for this ethnic group where they have founded a substantial diasporaculture.

The aim of this essay is to illustrate a modern phenomenon, the Olympic Games, by applying the ideas of Mircea Eliade concerning space, time and myth. This literature study is mainly divided in two parts, one descriptive and one analytic. In the first part Eliade?s ideas and some criticism, which has been pointed against his theoretical approaches as well as his character, are presented. In the second part an analysis is carried out, based on the previously presented ideas and elements essential for the Olympics; the idea of the Olympics, the place, the ceremonies, the competition and the concept of individual idolism.I have discussed what seems like gnostic tendencies in Eliade?s ideas, in the sense that both Eliade?s ideas and the concept of Gnosticism argue that knowledge is a necessary condition for salvation, as well as the fact that Eliade and his ideas have not always a pro-Christian approach.

In this study, we looked at how balanced the various christian denominations in Sweden were raised in the news, on the basis of the requirement for balanced reporting. To measure the balance, we utilized Harcup and O'Neill?s news values and studied to what degree these values occurs in association with news articles that address the various denominations. The following denominations were selected for this study; Word of Life, the Pentecostal Church, Jehovah's witnesses, the Catholic Church, the Salvation Army and the Swedish Church. These denominations were then studied on the basis of news values in four of Sweden?s largest news organisations, in terms of audience numbers.
