The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the marketing in Swedish politics. To clarify and compare the Swedish politics to traditional and commercial marketing strategies is not always simple but at the same time we must understand that the practical work political institutes practice, fuse with many theories and marketing is one such theory. When national Channels broadcasts internationally, it is interesting to see what they choose to convey as that day's news flow and how to represent their country. It can depend on many different things such as structures of media ownership in the country and cultural context. The research methods used have been empirical studies and comparative analysis of a total of ten broadcasts of the largest daily newscasts on both Channels, both news programmes are called the News Hour.

Makalös arbetsbelastning : Studie om arbetsrelaterad stress och faktorer som påverkar psykosocial arbetsmiljö inom human service organisationer i offentlig sektor

The aim of this study is to investigate which communication strategies and Channels the mu- nicipal company Falu Energi & Vatten should use in order to become more efficient in com- municating with citizens between 18 to 29 years old. The company is owned by the munici- pality of Falun and manages community services in electricity, district heating, fresh water, sewerage, metropolitan area network and waste disposal. The following theories have been used in the study: convergence culture, digital natives, information overload, communication strategies and uses & gratifications theory. The methods used in the study are 4 focus group interviews and one informant interview. The members of the focus groups where within the age range 18-29 years and lived in the city of Falun.

There are those who currently use social networks as a marketing tool that creates the standards that exist. There is no given standard, there are no absolute facts that exist through all time. A constant change is happening and therefore forcing everyone involved to adapt and make the changes needed to be current. What is relevant to consider in this study are the different roles a freelancer creates on the various Channels of social media. Based on the results of the interviews that have been conducted the informants create different identities at different forums they reside on.

Är morsan för gammal för sociala medier?

Ett av de mest omtalade fenomenen de senaste åren har varit den snabba utvecklingen av digitala medier och sociala nätverk. Teknologin har utvecklats från att ha varit något som användes ibland och var till för arbete och underhållning, till att vara en stor del av livet och för vissa en nödvändighet. De nya medierna och sociala nätverken är idag en stor del av mångas vardag och påverkar hur vi tar in information, kommunicerar och utrycker våra tankar och idéer. Under de senaste åren har allt fler organisationer valt att ta in sociala medier i sin marknadsföringsstrategi och organisationerna har företagsprofiler på bland annat Facebook och YouTube för att kommunicera med kunderna. Yngre generationer har växt upp med tekniken och sociala medier vilket är en resa som äldre inte har följt med på och därför är en vanlig uppfattning idag att endast yngre generationer använder sig av de nya mediekanalerna.

Mash It Up! : En studie av musikfestivalers digitala marknadsföring och dess framtidsutsikter

The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand how music festivals in Sweden are marketed today and the changes that will and may occur in the future. Music festivals are a common phenomenon in Sweden today and since most of them only are arranged once a year it gives the marketing of them a special character. Therefore I find it interesting to look at how the development of the Internet will change the marketing of music festivals. This study is based on a qualitative method where I have performed eight interviews with people who have given me their thoughts about this subject. The gathered material and my conclusions of this study are presented in chapter 4 and 5 and for further knowledge about this I recommend you to take a closer look at those chapters..

CSR i sociala medier - Möjligheter och risker med att kommunicera CSR i sociala medier

This B.Sc. Thesis examines how Swedish Large Cap companies communicate CSR in social media. We describe the current state of CSR communication in four different social media Channels, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, and blogs. This research, supported by interviews with stakeholders and a quantitative survey, analyses the potential risks and benefits from communicating CSR via social media and provides concrete advice on the development of a CSR communication strategy for social media. Although some benefits have been realized, many companies have failed to truly reap the potential benefits from an effective social media strategy for CSR.

Vem syns i rutan? : En studie över SVT:s och TV4:s sportsändningar ur ett genusperspektiv

This report is an analysis from a gender perspective of more than three hundred minutes in sports broadcasting on SVT and TV4. The study explains how air time is divided between male and female athletes as well as which sports, male or female, get the most air time. The sports are also categorized according to attitudes about the sports being masculine, feminine or neutral. In this way the study also shows the categories of sports that are given the most airtime.Our view before the study was that from a media perspective, the Swedish sports world was very male dominated. The results show that male athletes get more exposure than female athletes on both Channels, this despite the fact that the membership of the Swedish sports clubs is fairly evenly divided between men and women. .

E-post och internkommunikation : en studie av upplevelser kring användandet av ny kommunikationsteknik

Purpose/aim: To investigate individual experiences of how a new communication technology, e-mail, influences a) the structure of the internal communication ? does it for example make networking any easier? ? and b) the form of the persons everyday language.Material/method: A theoretical framework gathered through a literature study and empirical data gathered through interviews with two persons.Main results: Differences and similarities exist between the experiences studied in this paper.
