Bakgrund och syfte:Personer som drabbas av en höftfraktur är en stor patientkategori, och till följd av en ökande andel äldre i befolkningen kommer den att bli ännu större. Majoriteten av dessa patienter kommer att åka in till sjukhus med ambulans. För att minska patientens lidande och uppkomst av komplikationer är det prehospitala omhändertagandet viktigt. Syftet med denna studie var att jämföra ambulanssjuksköterskans specifika omvårdnadsåtgärder vid vård av patient med höftfraktur före respektive efter införandet av en ny vårdkedja, ?Raka spåret?, och då framförallt se om givandet av smärtlindring förändrats.

Landlocked Tajikistan is situated in Central Asia and is not only the smallest republic of Central Asia, but it is also one of the most mountainous with some of Central Asia?s highest peaks. Tajikistan is currently and historically the most financially disadvantaged country within Soviet Union/Russian territories. Agriculture is the main occupation for more than half of the country?s population. Unfortunately, however, only 7% of Tajikistan is arable land and the agriculture productivity is low.

Under de senaste åren har hälso- och sjukvårdens intresse för det hälsofrämjande arbetet ökat. Studiens syfte var att kontrastera hur det hälsofrämjande arbetet gentemot medarbetarna beskrivs mellan olika hierarkiska nivåer på ett medelstort sjukhus. Vidare var syftet att beskriva hur nyckelpersonerna på central nivå går tillväga för att nå ut till hela verksamheten, relaterat till teori om förändringsarbete. Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med fem nyckelpersoner på central nivå. Vidare genomfördes en skriftlig kartläggning som besvarades av 58 deltagare beståendes av chefer, hälsoombud, HFS-deltagare och kaizenkonsulter på lokal nivå.

Statistics shows that drunk driving and relapse increases in the Swedish society and it?s a problem that can be considered worth examining because of all the negative consequences that it conveys. To reduce the number of relapse it?s urgent that individuals that have been drunk and driving begins treatment and precedes it. The purpose of this study was to, from a client and therapeutic perspective, examine why drunk drivers begin treatment for their alcohol abuse and furthermore to investigate what?s important for the individual so that he completes the treatment.

Background: A great part of all projects within Swedish industry are conducted in a multiprojectenvironment, which means that several projects are performed simultaneously. The research within the field of project management is though focused on single projects. Projects are highly dependent on the context in which they are conducted, although the organization of the multiprojectenvironment is only partly explored. Furthermore is the research within the project management highly concentrated on standardization of the project work. The question is whether this implies to the basic advantages with the project-oriented organization, which is flexibility and creativity? Purpose: To describe and obtain an understanding for the multiprojectenvironment regarding management control and organization.

Participation is central to the concept of democracy. The role of the civic participation varies with different types of democracy, but a fundamental requirement is that the participation is free and equal. In spite of this, there are significant differences between possibilities to democratic participation in Sweden today.This essay seeks to understand how disability, historically and still today, is constructed as a social deviation from normality, and is constructed to Otherness.One way to regard freedom and equality is to examine the personal autonomy, the legth to wich a person decides her/his roles and activities in abcence of external limitations. Personal autonomy is theoretically central in deliberative and strong democracy, but should reasonobly be a demand for the fundamental definition of democracy.The explanation to why the lack of personal autonomy is accepted, is that the construction of Otherness results in that the persons are categorized and are given simplified characteristics, and are thereby not accepted as equivalent people.In the inteviews conducted, seven politicians contribute both whiteness, pathological discourses regarding disability and ideas of normality through discussing democracy, participation and disability. Simultaniously, they express interest and an awareness on the majority's power and symbolic violence on the minority..

ABSTRACTThis paper aims to shed light to what extent a financier have learnt about sustainableorganizational change, through development projects taking part in the Swedish knowledgeFoundations program, ICT in Teacher?s training. Some questions asked were: Has theSwedish Knowledge Foundation learnt by researchers? and self evaluation?s ?stirring up? ofongoing projects? What type of learning process has been going on? Has new, mutual,knowledge been constructed or has already existing knowledge been transferred?The study consists of one participating observation and three interviews. They showhow the financed projects have been ?stirred up? so that a developmental learning process hasstarted within their organization.

The aim of this study is to investigate how five boys in grade 3 of compulsory school structure and use language when they write narrative texts retelling and assessing personally experienced events. This is studied by interpreting how the boys use genre steps that are typical of the structure of personal narrative texts and by detecting and naming different linguistic features in the texts. The material in the study consists of five boys?personal reports and the method, which is based on the theories of genre pedagogy (see Johansson & Sandell Ring 2012:28ff, 223f), comes from systemic functional linguistics. A central finding of the study is that the boys structure their texts in varying combinations of genre steps which commonly occur in texts of a narrative kind.

Abstract The aim of this paper is to investigate whether Vara municipality has a continuous picture of their identity, profile and image. Globalization has contributed to the increasingly growing of place marketing. Therefore, the study goes on to using the concepts of identity, profile and image to find out if Vara Municipality communicates similar throughout the whole organization and find out their all through core values. Globalisation will be an interpretive framework for the work that describes why the place marketing is becoming more pressing. The sense of place will be a central part of this study as it is the feelings and images of different places that will be described by the municipality together with the identity, profile and image.

This thesis aims to examine the conditions for entrepreneurship in Taiwan by the occurrence of cultural phenomenon guanxi. Based on the concept of familiness and guanxi, the family is central in this study of family business. Traditional descriptions of the Asian culture claim that guanxi is vital in the business context. Though, recent studies indicate that significance of guanxi seems to be changing. Therefore the purpose of this thesis is to create an understanding of the importance and relevance of guanxi in the context of Taiwanese family business.By travelling to Kaohsiung, Taiwan to interview six managers of Taiwanese family firms this study?s empirical material was gathered for further processing based on a qualitative approach.

Kursplanen för svenska (Skolverket, 2000) återkommer ständigt till att litteraturen bör ha en central roll i undervisningen. Litteratur beskrivs som något man kan lära och uppleva genom, dels om sig själv, dels sin omvärld. Syftet med denna studie är att belysa vilken skönlitteratur lärarna använder i svenskundervisningen på högstadiet, hur den väljs samt hur lärarna väljer att arbeta med den. Våra informanter består av lärare, från två olika skolor med skilda förutsättningar. Av studien framgår att skolorna trots andra skillnader är relativt lika gällande skönlitteraturen och dess roll i svenskundervisningen, vilken samtliga lärare beskriver som central.

Uppsatsen består av en fallstudie av IF Metall där intervjuer utförts på tre nivåer inom fackförbundet, lokal, regional och central. Uppsatsen syftar till att visa på åsikter över rådande situation av anslutningsgradsnedgång inom facket, även sett ur en postfordistisk synvinkel.Uppsatsen använder sig av Anders Kjellbergs forskning kring facklig anslutningsgradsnedgång som forskningsläge vilket visar på en stadig nedgång med tillfälliga fluktueringar från 1970-talet till 2012, och syftet är att ge ett perspektiv inifrån IF Metall över rådande situation.Resultatet visar att det finns en diskrepans mellan regional och central nivå huruvida postfordism är ett utbrett fenomen och om det är ett arbetsätt som kommer spridas mer inom industrin i Sverige. Samtliga nivåer är överens om att regeringens agerande och höjningen av a-kassan var en stark orsak till senaste tidens anslutningsgradsnedgång. Även liberalisering och rådande kultur av individualism bland yngre generationer samt undermålig utbildning över facklig verksamhet från grundskolans nivå nämns som tänkbara orsaker till nedgången inom den fackliga rörelsen..

Sammanfattning Syfte:Syftet med vår undersökning var att skapa förståelse för hur företag arbetar med etiska och moraliska frågor i samband med ekonomistyrning. Metod:Vår undersökning har gjorts i tre svenska företag genom personliga intervjuer med personer i chefs- eller ledarposition på varje företag. Den insamlade empirin har sedan sammanställts och analyserats genom att jämföra den med vårt teoriavsnitt. Slutsats:Vi har kommit fram till fyra punkter som enligt vår undersökning är centrala för arbetet med etiska och moraliska frågor i de företag vi undersökt. Dessa är värderingar, förståelse, ledarskap och företaget. Abstract Purpose:Our purpose was to clarify how companies work with ethical matters in relation to its management control system. Method:Our thesis has been prepared at three Swedish companies where we have completed personal interviews with people in management or leading positions in each of the companies. The collected data was analyzed and compared to the different theories presented in our theory chapter. The public library´s overall purpose and legitimacy is analways relevant subject for discussion in Library andInformation Science and in public debate on libraries.Libraries are a part of a bigger societal context and are thusinevitably influenced by societal changes. In this thesis wehave studied different roles and functions of the publiclibrary, as seen from documents published by one specificpublic library in Malmö - Garaget. As basis we have usedan analysis model of the library in the knowledge andexperience society made by Jochumsen, HvenegaaardRasmussen och Skot-Hansen (2010).
