Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är beskriva och analysera konsumentens beslutsprocess vid köp av tilläggstjänster som erbjuds vid köptillfället av kärntjänsten.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relation between certain chosen fundamental factors (emission trading rights, hydrological balance, interaction with continental Europe, fuel prices) and the spot price at Nord Pool. Particular focus has been put on the trade with emission rights since it is only now their actual impact on electricity prices can be studied. The relationships are measured with regression analysis which includes both R2 and the simulation possibilities of ARX models. The studied period covers 2008 and 2009 with partly daily data and partly weekly data. Owing to the expected higher importance of the fundamentals during the winter months the winter 2008/2009 has been studied separately.

The primary function of a mixer is to keep a fluid in constant motion. All mixing applicationsrequire varying degrees of small-scale turbulence and bulk flow. The performance of asubmersible mixer is measured by the thrust that it produces, while the strength of the bulkflow is dependent on the total amount of installed thrust.In a mixer, the fluid quickly flows past the propeller, and as a result, the current is mainlyaxial. During the process, the total amount of energy increases in the formof static pressure and kinetic energy.

Banks carry a great responsibility when it comes to the financial systems in our society. Disturbance in the credit system affects both lender and borrower. All financial institutions must therefore carefully estimate their risk exposure. This assessment enables them to cover themselves from losses with appropriate capital buffers as main guardian. In order to prevent bank crises and also to maintain financial stability in general, new regulations concerning analysis and preventive actions were introduced on the 1st of February 2007.

This paper is a qualitative study on the influence of the residents in a special communitydwelling within the care system for elderly. The purpose of the study is to describe and analyse with a user perspective how particularly staff members but also a group of retired people living in this dwelling interpret and articulate the concept of resident influence. How the retirees can influence the design and the content of the activities and the organization. How today the residents influence is carried out with the ideas and visions of the future.My methods include qualitative structured, semi-structured and non-structured interviews within a general frame of a resident questionnaire. The staff members present the current situation and reflect on the reasons for obstacles for resident influence.The group of retired people who lives in structures originating in the Swedish long-term care system and homes for the elderly tends to adjust to given routines and express a low-voiced wish for increased influence.

De traditionella flygbolagen verkar idag på en konkurrensutsatt marknad. Då flygbolagen ofta är statligt ägda präglas de av byråkratiska och komplexa beslutsprocesser. I flygbolagens omgivning finns ett flertal olika intressenter, däribland fackförbund. Dessa kan ha en ansenlig inverkan på flygbolagen. Problemområde: E-auktioners dynamiska karakteristik skapar betänkligheter hos köparen, som måste bemötas av säljare, och som ställer krav på säljare att tydligt utskilja sig i konkurrensen om kunderna. Behovet av en tydlig position på marknaden för e-auktioner bemöts inte av teorin, där ingen övergripande studie av fenomenet står att finna, och där forskning kring säljarens perspektiv på e-auktioner är ovanligt. Syfte: Syftet är att identifiera och analysera kritiska aspekter inom fenomenet e-auktioner, samt att med denna grund resonera kring hur säljare kan skapa varaktiga konkurrensfördelar. Metod: Beskrivning av köpprocess och kartläggning av e-auktioners bakomliggande dimensioner är grundade i observationer på marknadsplatser för e-auktioner. Analyser där kritiska aspekter identifieras, och där resonemang kring varaktiga konkurrensfördelar förs, är baserade på litteraturstudier, observationer och analys av sekundärmaterial.

Intro: 80 percent of the Swedish population own shares. This makes Sweden the leading country in private investment in securities. It can be difficult for the private investor to know where, when and which security to invest in. The strategies are as ambivalent as the stock markets fluctuations. If the investor prefers to refrain from investing money himself, there are brokers who carry out these types of services.

In the EU there are EC Directives that Member States of EU should follow. Sweden has undertaken to transpose EC Directives regarding the working environment to Swedish Provisions.  In 4 April 2006, the European Commission had some criticism against the Swedish implementation of the Construction Sites Directive. The Swedish Work Environment Authority has in response to this criticism reworked the Work Environment Act and related provision about building and civil engineering work. The changes came into force 1 January 2009.These changes have resulted in some working methods and even new responsibility subjects must be reviewed. The purpose of this exam project was to investigate if contractors and clients in the construction sector, had have time to update themselves on this front and adapt to these changes.

I en demokratisk stat finns en myndighet som ansvarar för rikets säkerhet. Efter bombningen av World Trade Center -tornen den 11 september 2001 ökade terrorhoten i världen, samtidigt ökade även säkerhetspolisens krav att skydda statens säkerhet. I kampen mot terrorister agerades det genom hårdare åtgärder. Terroristbekämpningens inflytande har påverkat även säkerhetstjänstens organisering i Norden. Syftet med uppsatsen är att granska och jämföra säkerhetspolisens verksamhet och organiseringen i den svenska och den finska säkerhetstjänsten.

In the prison of Kumla, Sweden`s highest security classified institution, spiritual retreats are pursued since 2001. The aim is to offer the inmates a possibility to enter deeply into spiritual contemplation. This spiritual contemplation is made possible through the fact that the prisoners carry out a retreat designed after guidelines written by Ignatius of Loyola in his Spiritual Exercises. The purpose of this examination is to study how ordinary institutional life in comparison to monastic life defines and creates different attitudes and roles amongst the inmates. A secondary aim is to describe the consequences of the retreat on individual basis.

Problem: Allt fler marknader uppvisar idag en större tillgång än efterfrågan och konkurrensen blir hårdare, dagligvarumarknaden inberäknad. Ett sätt att möta den hårdnande konkurrensen för ett företag är att investera i sina befintliga kunder. Med bakgrund av detta är det intressant att undersöka om dagligvaruhandelns egna varumärken kan användas som ett verktyg för att stärka kundlojaliteten. I våra undersökningar, inför denna uppsats, har vi inte funnit någon forskning som, ur ett kundperspektiv, granskar hur dagligvaruhandelns egna varumärken påverkar kundlojaliteten. Avsaknaden av forskning inom detta ämne, tillsammans med övertygelsen att kundens perspektiv är avgörande för utvecklingen, motiverade oss i vårt val av ämne.Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är, att ur ett kundperspektiv undersöka vilken betydelse dagligvaruhandelns egna varumärken har för kunderna, såväl som för kundlojaliteten.Metod: Uppsatsen grundas på teorier kring varumärke, lojalitet, positionering och profilering.
